<br /> 6 . 11 and 6. 20 ; peril or special causes of loss policy form that shall at
<br /> least include insurance for physical loss or damage to
<br /> 5 . contain a provision or endorsement that the the Work, temporary buildings, false work,
<br /> and
<br /> coverage afforded will not be canceled, materially materials and equipment in transit, and shall insure
<br /> changed or renewal refused until at least 30 days against at least the following perils or causes of loss
<br />:
<br /> prior written notice has been given to Owner and fire , lightning, extended coverage, theft, vandalism
<br /> Contractor and to each other additional insured and malicious mischief, earthquake, collapse, debris
<br /> identified in the Supplementary Conditions to whom removal, demolition occasioned by enforcement of
<br /> a certificate of insurance has been issued (and the Laws and Regulations, water damage, (other than
<br /> certificates of insurance furnished by the Contractor caused by flood) and such other perils or causes of
<br /> pursuant to Paragraph 5 . 03 will so provide) ; loss as may be specifically required by the
<br /> Supplementary Conditions ;
<br /> 6 . remain in effect at least until final payment and
<br /> at all times thereafter when Contractor may be 3 . include expenses incurred in the repair or
<br /> correcting, removing, or replacing defective Work in replacement of any insured property (including but
<br /> accordance with Paragraph 13 . 07 ; and not limited to fees and charges of engineers and

<br /> Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors, and Engineer, and
<br /> EJCDC C-700 Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract.
