B. Shop Drawings: Indicate bar sizes, spacings, locations, and quantities of reinforcing steel <br />and wire fabric, bending and cutting schedules, and supporting and spacing devices. <br />C. Manufacturer's Certificate: Certify that products meet or exceed specified requirements. <br />1.05 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Perform Work in accordance with ACI 318. <br />B. Maintain one copy of document on site. <br />1.06 QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Welders' Certificates: Submit under provisions of Section 01300 Manufacturer's <br />Certificates, certifying welders employed on the Work, verifying AWS qualification <br />within the previous 12 months. <br />1.07 COORDINATION <br />A. Coordinate with placement of formwork, formed openings, and other Work. <br />PART 2 — PRODUCTS <br />2.01 REINFORCEMENT <br />A. Reinforcing Steel: ASTM A615, 60-ksi yield grade; deformed billet steel bars, unfinished. <br />Be Welded Steel Wire Fabric: ASTM At 85 Plain Type; in flat sheets unfinished. <br />2.02 ACCESSORY MATERIALS <br />A. Chairs, Bolsters, Bar Supports, Spacers: Sized and shaped for strength and support of <br />reinforcement during concrete placement conditions including load bearing pad on bottom <br />to prevent vapor barrier puncture, <br />B. Special Chairs, Bolsters, Bar Supports, Spacers Adjacent to Weather -exposed Concrete <br />Surfaces: Plastic coated steel or stainless steel type; size and shape as required <br />2.03 FABRICATION <br />A. Fabricate concrete reinforcing in accordance with ACI 318, <br />Be Locate reinforcing splices not indicated on drawings, at point ofminimum stress.
