A. The Supplier shall provide the services of a qualified Manufacturer's technical representative who <br />shall adequately supervise the installation, testing of, and start up of all equipment famished <br />under this Contract and instruct the Contractor's personnel and the Owner's operating personnel in <br />its maintenance and operation as outlined in the General Conditions. The services of the <br />Manufacturers representative shall be provided for the periods stated in the following schedule: <br />INSTALLATION <br />TRIP <br />(DAYS) <br />1 /unit <br />OPERATION <br />TRIP* <br />(DAYS) <br />1 /unit <br />GUARANTEE <br />PERIOD <br />TRIP (DAYS) <br />1 <br />* During the operation trip, the Manufacturer shall instruct the Owner's personnel <br />A total of seven (7) service days (56 hours) shall be provided by the Manufacturer's <br />representative for each type and application of drive installed. <br />B. The Manufacturer's representative shall direct all final adjustments necessary for the drive system <br />to meet all operational and performance requirements outlined herein. <br />C. Any additional time required to achieve successful installation and operation shall be at the <br />expense of the Contractor.
