(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br />(COUNTY). This Work Order No. 5 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />IRC Project 0749 SR 60 & 58th Avenue limits. <br />Proposed Intersection limits (Reference attached location map): <br />North - 26`h Street, South — Main Relief Canal, West— +/- 1,200', East - 55th Avenue <br />SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The scope of services for this Work Order No. 5 is for the purpose of providing Right -of -Way <br />staking and Boundary Survey professional services to support Right -of -Way Acquisitions, <br />Planning, Design, Construction and permitting applications. <br />Services shall include (not limited to): <br />• Staking of existing and proposed Right -of -Way <br />• Boundary Surveys <br />• Sketch and Descriptions <br />• Field an/or office positioning of easements and utilities. <br />• Miscellaneous services as requested by County Staff. <br />Boundary Surveys, staking, marking of parcels rendered under this work order are to be <br />ordered and completed on an "as needed" basis. <br />C:\Documents and Settings\steven.hyde\Local Settings\Temporary Internet <br />Files\Content.Outlook\YZGOB9AZ\0725 WO 5 SR60 58th Ave Misc ROW Kimley-Horn 3-11-08.doc <br />
