(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County <br /> (COUNTY). This Work Order No . 5 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> IRC Project 0749 SR 60 & 58th Avenue limits . <br /> Proposed Intersection limits ( Reference attached location map): <br /> North - 26`h Street, South — Main Relief Canal , West — +/- 1 , 200' , East - 55th Avenue <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this Work Order No . 5 is for the purpose of providing Right-of-Way <br /> staking and Boundary Survey professional services to support Right-of-Way Acquisitions, <br /> Planning , Design , Construction and permitting applications. <br /> Services shall include ( not limited to): <br /> • Staking of existing and proposed Right-of-Way <br /> • Boundary Surveys <br /> • Sketch and Descriptions <br /> • Field an/or office positioning of easements and utilities . <br /> • Miscellaneous services as requested by County Staff. <br /> Boundary Surveys, staking , marking of parcels rendered under this work order are to be <br /> ordered and completed on an "as needed" basis . <br /> C:\Documents and Settings\steven.hyde\Local Settings\Temporary Internet <br /> Files\Content.Outlook\YZGOB9AZ\0725 WO 5 SR60 58th Ave Misc ROW Kimley-Horn 3 - 11 -08 .doc <br />
