( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . 5 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . 5 is for providing a Topographic Survey of 8th Court SW lying south of Oslo <br /> Road . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Phase 1 will consist of the preparation of a Topographic survey over that portion of 8 h Court SW lying <br /> east of and adjacent to the Church parcel . <br /> Phase 11 will consist of the preparation of a Topographic survey for the southerly remainder of 8'h Court <br /> SW . <br /> Phase 1 and Phase II will be tied to the Florida State Plane Coordinate System and includes the locations <br /> of the maintained roadbed (as determined by the COUNTY) , power poles and above ground utilities , <br /> driveways , mailboxes , trees 6 "dbh and greater adjacent to the existing roadbed and a distance from the <br /> baseline to the front of the residences . Cross section elevations along the roadbed will be obtained at <br /> approximate 100 foot stations . Existing lot corner monumentation will be located and shown in an effort <br /> to determine the lot lines along the roadbed . The COUNTY will provide the SURVEYOR the most <br /> recent recorded conveyance for each of the parcels along Phase 1 and Phase 1I . <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Phase 1 shall be completed within 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> Phase II shall be completed within 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> SECTION IV - COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept , a fee for services rendered <br /> according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section II & III of this Work Order No . 5 , a Lump <br /> Sum of $ 16 , 000 . 00 . <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein .
