Chris is willing to settle this matter in accordance with the <br /> following points: <br /> 1 . Christopher N. . j pie, as Trustee of the Christopher N. Kirrie Trust, dated June 20, 1995 <br /> will quitclaim all of his interest in the following described property to the County: <br /> Parcel : 60 feet more or less X 3 30 feet more or less bounded by Lots 28 & 29 and <br /> 9 & 20 in A.A. BERRY' S Subdivision, as recorded in Official Records Book 1015 , <br /> Page 814, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> (hereinafter the "Subject Property's <br /> 2 .
