Attached please find an addendum that should incorporate <br /> most of the changes . I am concerned as in several areas of the supplementary <br /> conditions to the general conditions ( Section 00800 ) there appear to be many <br /> areas that require additional information that is not supplied on the blank lines <br /> provided . Attached you will find a proposed addendum to the contract that <br /> resolves the remaining inconsistencies between the general conditions and <br /> supplementary conditions to the general conditions . <br /> The following items need to be rectified prior to approval of this contract : <br /> ,/o General Conditions , Page 24 , 6 . 10 Taxes . This section contains no <br /> deletions but the _ supplementary conditions on page 8 call for this <br /> paragraph to be deleted in its entirety and replaced with other language . <br /> o Page 26 of the General Conditions states . " New Paragraph 6 . 17 . G has <br /> been added . See the Supplementary Conditions " however no new <br /> paragraph 6 . 17 . G could be found in the Supplementary Conditions . <br /> ✓o On page 40 of the General Conditions , Paragraph 14 . 02 . B . 5 . d is not <br /> deleted however the supplementary conditions call for its deletion . <br /> Please contact me should you have any questions . Kindly have all necessary <br /> parties sign the attached Addendum to the Supplementary Conditions and <br /> General Conditions , <br /> W KD/sw <br />
