b . Purchase agreement(s), based on the Acquisition Plan (if applicable), must <br /> be approved by FCT and sent to owner(s) within 45 days of receipt of <br /> the appraisal review memo establishing the Maximum Approved Purchase <br /> Price . <br /> 6 . By execution of this Agreement, the Recipient affirms that : <br /> a. the Recipient is ready, willing and able to provide the local match, if any is <br /> required ; <br /> b . the Recipient reaffirms the representations made in its Application <br /> C , the Recipient shall , on January 30 of each year after acquisition of the <br /> Project Site, prepare and submit to FCT an annual stewardship report as <br /> required by Rule 9K-7 . 013 , F .
