ME III <br /> construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids <br /> on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform <br /> work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract <br /> with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in <br /> excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287 . 017 Florida Statutes, <br /> for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being <br /> placed on the convicted vendor list. <br /> 17 . OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES : FFLF, Inc . will furnish the City copies of all <br /> licenses required under local or state laws and regulations covering itself, <br /> agents, vendors and concessionaires, prior to the opening of the Festival . <br /> 18 . SITE : THE City and County hereby grants to FFLF, Inc . the use of the site <br /> described in and under the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit "A " <br /> attached hereto . <br /> 19 . NOTICE TO FFLF, INC . . The City and County shall consider the <br /> employment by FFLF, Inc . of unauthorized aliens, a violation of Section <br /> 274A ( e ) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act . Such violation shall be <br /> cause for immediate unilateral cancellation of this Contract by the City and/or <br /> County . <br /> 20 . GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE : This Contract shall be construed in <br /> accordance with the laws of the State of Florida . The venue for any litigation <br /> arising out of this Contract shall be in Indian River County, Florida . <br /> 21 . NOTICES : Any notices, which any party may or is required to give, may be <br /> given orally, hand delivered or mailed by certified mail, return receipt <br /> requested , postage prepaid, to the City, the County or to FFLF, Inc . at the <br /> address shown below or at such other places as may be designated by the <br /> parties from time to time . <br /> CITY : Jason R.
