<br /> consent of COUNTY to TENAN' T ' s parent company , principal , affiliate
<br /> or subsidiaries of its principal or to any company with which
<br /> TENANT is merged or consolidated . As to other parties , this
<br /> Agreement may not be sold , assigned , sublet , licensed or
<br /> transferred , in whole or in part , by TENANT without the prior
<br /> Jwritten consent of COUNTY , which consent shall not be unreasonably
