r � <br /> 1 . 1 . 8 . The use by M/A-COM of the County' s space on the North Tower is solely <br /> for state-wide 800 MHz telecommunication purposes and not for any commercial <br /> transmission of any nature whatsoever; <br /> 1 . 1 . 9 . During the term of this Agreement , M/A- COM shall not use any of its <br /> telecommunications equipment located on the North Tower for any purposes other than <br /> state-wide 800 MHz telecommunications ; <br /> 1 . 1 . 10 . Pursuant to the North Tower Lease Agreement , the County has the right to <br /> occupy up to 700 square feet of floor space located in the Equipment Building and M/A- <br /> COM hereby acknowledges that , under this Agreement , M/A-COM will be receiving the <br /> use of a portion of the County' s 700 square feet , and such portion is more specifically set <br /> forth in Exhibit " B " attached to the North Tower Lease Agreement ; and <br /> 1 . 2 . County acknowledges that M/A-COM may need to run flexible coaxial transmissions <br /> lines between or among the various antennae M/A-COM will install on the North Tower and <br /> the radio equipment located in the equipment shelter in accordance with the construction <br /> and intermodulation plans approved by TALCOM . County agrees to cooperate reasonably <br /> with M/A-COM , at M/A-COM 's sole expense , in making application for and obtaining all <br /> licenses , permits and other necessary approvals that may be required for M/A-COM 's <br /> above-described use of the North Tower. All of M/A-COM 's construction and installation <br /> work on the North Tower shall be performed at M/A-COM 's sole cost and expense and in a <br /> good and workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable laws , ordinances , and <br /> administrative regulations . <br /> ARTICLE 2 - SOUTHWEST TOWER PREMISES . INTENTIONALLY OMITTED <br /> ARTICLE 3 - TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> 3 . 0 . North Tower. M/A- COM acknowledges and agrees the term of the license granted by <br /> the County to M/A-COM for the North Tower is governed by the terms of the North Tower <br /> Lease Agreement , including , without limiting the generality of the foregoing , all notice and <br /> time frame provisions . Unless sooner terminated or modified in accordance with its terms , <br /> the North Tower Lease Agreement has a term of years ending in the year 2021 , and an <br /> annual evergreen renewal thereafter . <br /> 3 . 1 . Both M/A-COM and County will be allowed to terminate this Agreement by providing <br /> the other party with sixty days (60 ) prior written notice . Such notice shall be effective upon <br /> actual receipt by M/A- COM or County . <br /> ARTICLE 4 - RENT ; SECURITY DEPOSIT ; TAXES <br /> 4 . 0 . For and in consideration of the sublicense granted by the County to M /A- COM under <br /> the North Tower Lease Agreement , M/A- COM covenants and agrees to pay to the County <br /> the sum of One Thousand and 00/ 100 Dollars ($ 1 , 000 . 00) per month for each month of the <br /> term of this Agreement , as more specifically set forth in this Agreement . <br /> 3 <br />
