Notices shall be effective when received at the address as specified above . <br /> Facsimile transmission is acceptable notice effective when received , provided , however , <br /> that facsimile transmissions received ( i . e . , printed ) after 5 : 00 p . m . or on weekends or <br /> holidays , will be deemed received on the next day that is not a weekend day or a holiday . <br /> The original of the notice must additionally be mailed . Either party may change its <br /> address by written notice to the other party given in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> section . <br /> ARTICLE 16 , SURRENDER OF PREMISES <br /> 16 . 0 . Unless County agrees otherwise in writing , M/A-COM shall remove any <br /> improvements installed by M/A- COM or authorized by M/A- COM prior to the expiration of <br /> this Agreement and shall deliver up and surrender to County possession of the Demised <br /> Premises and any improvements not removed upon expiration of this Agreement , or its <br /> earlier termination as herein provided , broom clean and in as good condition and repair as <br /> the same shall be at the commencement of the term of this Agreement or may have been <br /> put by County or M/A- COM during the continuance thereof, ordinary wear and tear and <br /> damage by fire or the elements beyond M/A-COM 's control excepted . <br /> ARTICLE 17 . INTERFERENCE <br /> 17 . 0 . M/A- COM covenants and agrees that M /A- COM ' S communication equipment , its <br /> installations , operation , and maintenance will : <br /> 17 . 0 . 1 . Not irreparably damage the County' radio transmission tower structure and <br /> accessories thereto at the North Tower, or the Property (as such term is used in the North <br /> Tower Lease Agreement) ; <br /> 8 <br />
