STATE OF FLORIDA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER) <br />RELEASE OF LIEN <br />Indian River County acknowledges payment of Ten Thousand Dollars <br />($10,000.00) as full satisfaction of a lien created by environmental fines levied in Indian <br />River County Environmental Control Hearing Board Case Number 356-02, and filed in the <br />public records of Indian River County at OR Book 1559, pp 2688 through 2689, inclusive, <br />said lien attaching to the following real property: <br />The East 5 acres of the West 10 acres of the East 21.18 acres of Tract 1, less <br />canal, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in St. Lucie County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Indian River County releases said lien. <br />EXECUTED by the Chairman, and attested and countersigned by the Clerk of the <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, this <br />5th day of February , 2008. <br />Attest: <br />`�v .
