eeorded - arcqAelaL -fo Zeche� <br /> r no-0(- .i.r - o 0( P- ern os 40 -A7-65 <br /> h� RESOLUTION NO.2005 - 087 <br /> 1 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 1, THE VILLAGE OF LEXINGTON <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a utility easement on Lot 1 of The Village <br /> of Lexington Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br /> purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County, Florida that: <br /> This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br /> State of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br /> DONALD D.DIPIETRO &HELEN E.PURCELL DIPIETRO <br /> 1785 AYNSLEY WAY <br /> VERO BEACH,FL 32966-8005 <br /> their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br /> Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br /> have in the following described portion of easement: <br /> the northwesterly three feet of the southeasterly 25 foot-wide utility easement of Lot 1, The <br /> Village of Lexington, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 45-45A, of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County.Florida. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 7th day of <br /> June 2005,by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Thomas S.
