RESOLUTION NO. 2004-117 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Housing Authority Fund $ 177,772 <br />Other Special Revenue Funds $25,611,674 <br />Other Debt Service Fund $ 1,247,403 <br />Capital Projects $18,334,093 <br />Enterprise Funds $38,143,657 <br />Internal Service Funds $17,551,922 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Lowther , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
