September 10, 2002 <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25h Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, September 10, 2002 <br />at 9:28 a.m. Present were Ruth M. Stanbridge, Chairman; John W. Tippin, Vice Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Fran B. Adams, Caroline D. Ginn and Kenneth R. Macht. Also present were <br />James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G.
