401 <br />• <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, due notice by publication thereof has been given <br />that the County Asseesor of Taxes of Indian River County, Florida, will <br />meet with the Board of County Commissioners on the Sth day of August, <br />1958 and at the said time present the Tax Assessment Roll of said County <br />for the year 1958 for equalization, as will appear by proof of prWication <br />of such notice recorded In the Minutes of this meeting; and <br />WHERLAS, the County Assessor of Taxes did meet with said <br />Board at the time and place stated in said Notice and said Board did convene <br />as a Board of Equalization for the purpose of examining said Roll; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the said County Assessor of Taxes did advise this <br />Board that due to the numerous additions and increases to the Tax Assessment <br />Roll. all of the same had not been completed, NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida. that this Equalization Meeting will continue <br />In session for that purpose and that this Equalization Meeting is herewith <br />recessed to reconvene at the lour of o'clock A.
