• <br />db <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-66 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the rate of taxation necessary <br />to meet the expenditures of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September <br />30, 1973, pursuant to the budget of said Board as heretofore published <br />and approved, is as hereinafter levied and that the tax rate as <br />hereinafter shown and set forth be and it is herby levied on all <br />taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1972 <br />with the rate hereinafter set out, to -wit: <br />1. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the General <br />Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of four <br />and three hundredths (4.03) mills upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby imposed. <br />2. In order to meet the estmated expenses of the Road and <br />Bridge Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />ninety-three hundredths (.93) mill upon the dollar be levied and is <br />I <br />hereby imposed. <br />3. In order to meet the estimated expenses of the Fine and <br />Forfeiture Fund, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate <br />of one and nine tenths (1.9) mills upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby imposed. <br />4. In order to provide funds to the Indian River County Public <br />Health Unit, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of <br />twenty two hundredths of a mill (.22) upon the dollar be levied, assessed <br />and is hereby imposed upon all property lying and being in the County of <br />Indian River, the proceeds of which when collected shall be paid to the <br />State 'treasurer of the State of Florida for the account of the State <br />Board of Health of the State of Florida to be expended by said State <br />Board of Health as provided by Chapter 154, Florida Statues. <br />
