CLERK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 078 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />RELEASING AN EASEMENT ON 5380 95'h STREET <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement located on 5380 <br />95th Street (LOT 9 OF THE RIVER BOAT CLUB SUBDIVISION; AS RECORDED IN PLAT <br />BOOK 14, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY); and <br />WHEREAS, Charles and Sharon King, the owner of 5380 95' Street, have made application <br />to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />To release the entire 10 -foot -wide conservation easement shown on Lot 9 of The River Boat <br />Club subdivision, less and except any portion of the access & drainage easement located on the <br />northern portion of lot 9 as shown on the recorded plat. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner F 1 e s the r , seconded <br />by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 9th day of December , 2025, <br />by the following vote: <br />D <br />Chairman Deryl Loar AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Laura Moss AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H.
