<br />The Board of County commissioners in and for Indian River county, Florida, met at 
<br />the Court Douse in Vero Beach, at 10:00 ofolack A* M. i'aesday, April 9nd 1935,. -with ,the 
<br />following member - of the Hoard present: J.J.P.Hamilton, chairman; Frank C.. Vickers; 
<br />it. B. Widge; N. P. Dole and Rdwin A. Helsethe also present were = W. Prick, Sheriff, 
<br />Chas. A. Hitchell, attorney, and Miles Warren, Clerk, 
<br />the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. 
<br />Mrs. Mary Orice, Vero Beach, who was stricken from the Mothers+ Pension list when 
<br />her son entered the-C.C.C.Camps, and who was diecharoed, was ordered restored to that 
<br />lint to receive-=;ther sum, of V6.00 per month until the further orders of this Board. 
<br />sm. F. Johnson, wabassso, who has been receiving an allowance from this Boarrd b ing 
<br />now in each physical condition that he cannot longer care for himself, it was ordered 
<br />the allowance be increased to x+25.00 per month and he be placed in the -Magnolia Home, 
<br />Lockhart, Florida. 
<br />GJ. F. A111ams, M= *inter Beach, who has been receiving an allowance from this 
<br />Board, now being confined to his bed, it was ordered the allowance be increased to 012* 
<br />per month until the further orders of this Board.

<br />ordered that Mrs Bdna Loudermilk, Sebastian, 
<br />be 
<br />placed on 
<br />the pauper list to 
<br />receive 
<br />the 
<br />sum of 910.00 per month temporarily, and she

<br />to oonfer with the 
<br />County Judge relative to proceedings against her husband to enforce support. 
<br />it was moved, seconded and carried that B. P. Poole, a member of this Board, be 
<br />named and designated as a member of the county Planning council, as the representative 
<br />the Board of County Commissioners. 
<br />it was ordered that the fish house erected partly on right.of-way of County road 
<br />at the minter Beach Bridge be removed therefrom. 
<br />It was ordered that interest coupons, now in default, from bonds of, the quay Bridge 
<br />District be purchased at 750 on the dollar, as an investment, with such funds as are now 
<br />available. 
<br />Attention vas called to the fest that Mrs Jessie Yates, Sebastian, who has been 
<br />receiving an allowance from this Board had re -married, it was ordered that she be 
<br />from the rolls. 
<br />The Notary Public bond of o. R. Hardoch, in the sum of V500.00 with Columbia Casu- 
<br />alty Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. 
<br />The Clerk was instructed to prepare a proposal to sell to the state Road Department 
<br />one ld ton 3 wheel Buffalo -Springfield roller for the sum of X1,000.00 f.o.b.vest Palm 
<br />Beach. 
<br />The following resolution was introduced by commissioner Mudge, who moved its 
<br />adoptions 
<br />W�W, the Board of Administration has submitted certain proposals of firers 
<br />and corporations to sell to said Board of nftinistration certain bonds of the County of 
<br />Indian River, and obligations assumed by said county, under the provisions. of mouse Bill 
<br />No. 309 Acte of the 1933 Legislature, and 
<br />WHUUW', after carefully considering all of such proposals, and considering the 
<br />amount of funds available and in the hams of said board for, that parpose, and taking 
<br />Into consideration the approximate value of said bonds, it is deemed advisable to pur- 
<br />chase certain -of said besnds and-obligatoss, to-�rits 
<br />One (1) St Lucie County, now Indian River County, bpecial RM 
<br />District #1 bond, dated Jan 1, 1918 due July 1, 1937 at 46*
