(ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br />(COUNTY). <br />This Work Order Number 10 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />50' Street S.W. Bridge over 43rd Avenue Canal <br />SECTION H — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This Work Order No. 10 is for providing Construction Phase Service (Construction <br />Engineering and Inspection) for the above mentioned project. <br />SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />During Bidding and Construction Phases. <br />SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services <br />rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II and III of this Work <br />Order Number 10, Hourly Not To Exceed $27,557.00. <br />S:\PERSONNEL\Kim\2008\pdfs\BCCBridgeDesignWorkOrder# 1006-30-08.doc <br />
