When we prepared the budget in <br /> August of 2004 , we anticipated a slow down in the number of refinancings <br /> and a slow down in construction . However , the low interest rates <br /> and the strong construction over the past year resulted in <br /> significantly higher recording fees . We anticipated recording <br /> fees of $ 915 , 000 and actually received $ 1 , 237 , 000 . <br /> My check for $ 896 , 495 will be hand delivered to the Indian River <br /> County Board of County Commissioners .
