THURSDAY, JULY 25, 1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />met in special session as Board of Equalization, at the Courthouse, <br />Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, July 25. at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Robert W. Graves and Donald <br />Macdonald. Absent were D. B. McCullers and Richard P. Bogosiacn. Also <br />present were Homer C. Fletcher, Tax Assessor; William G. O'Neal,Esctuire, <br />representing Homer C. Fletcher; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney; <br />and Alfred H. J.
