y, ��S/fdn/ za�v�fv <br />/ Ac t <br />10/31/88 <br />pnot2 <br />LR -Planning <br />DN/V3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88-45 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN WHICH LIES WITHIN <br />SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST, INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Commence at the Northwest corner of the SE$ of the SE$ of <br />Section 20, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida, and run South 0 degrees 32 minutes 37 <br />seconds West along the West line of aforesaid SE $ of SE <br />J, a distance of 108.65 feet to a point on the south <br />right-of-way line of State Road 512, thence run North 88 <br />degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds East along the south R/W of <br />State Road 512, a distance of 50.03 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning (being the intersection of the easterly <br />right-of-way line of 108th Avenue and the Southerly <br />right-of-way line of S.R. #512). From said Point of <br />Beginning continue North 88 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds <br />East along the southerly right-of-way line of S.R. 512, a <br />distance of 199.37 feet, thence run South 00 degrees 44 <br />minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 200.0 feet, thence <br />run North 89 degrees 15 minutes 23 seconds West, a <br />distance of 198.78 feet to the East right-of-way of 108th <br />Avenue, thence run North 0 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds <br />East along the easterly right -,,of -way line of 108th Avenue, <br />a distance of 192.41 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Being a part of Lots 1, 2, 11, 12 and 13, of Block D, of <br />the Plat of Vero Lake Estates Subdivision Unit H4, filed <br />in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 31, said land <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />
