ORDINANCE NO, 2000- 022 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR ±0.63 ACRES LOCATED <br />±249 FEET SOUTH OF CR 512 AND ±235 FEET EAST OF CR 510, FROM CG TO A-1; <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR <br />±0.63 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CR 512, ±300 FEET EAST OF CR 510, <br />FROM A-1 TO CG; AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit. <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of <br />Section 23, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, run north 89°53'45" west a distance <br />of 958.24 feet; then run south 00°09'49" east a distance of 248.99 feet to the point <br />of beginning of the following described parcel; then continue south 00°09'49" east <br />a distance of 419.98 feet; then run south 89050'11" west a distance of 65.00 feet; then <br />run north 00013'15" west a distance of 419.98 feet, then run north 89°50'11" east a <br />distance of 65.37 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.63 acres more or less. <br />Be changed from CG, General Commercial District, to A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 <br />acres); <br />
