BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />EASEMENTS ON LOT 19 OF OCEANSIDE REPLAT SUBDIVSION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in utility easements on Lot 19 of <br />Oceanside Replat Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />MANUEL S. VIEIRA and ISABEL VIEIRA <br />101 STONEHILL ROAD <br />COLTS NECK, NJ 07722 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the westerly rear yard ten foot utility easement and the northerly side yard ten foot utility <br />easement of Lot 19, Oceanside Replat Subdivision,according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat <br />Book 10, Page 20 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded <br />by Commissioner NPI1berg Pr , and adopted on the 11th day of <br />March 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
