COLLINS, SJR., ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; JEFFREY BARTON, FINANCE OFFICER, AND VIRGINIA <br />HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE <br />FLAG, AND REVEREND .JAMES RATCLIFF OF CHRIST METHODIST -BY -THE -SEA <br />CHURCH GAVE THE INVOCATION, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INTRODUCED TO THE BOARD .JAMES SMITH, WHO <br />IS CAMPAIGNING FOR THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF <br />FLORIDA. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS <br />TO.THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 19, 1978, <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE REQUESTED THAT ON PAGE 9, LAST PARAGRAPH, <br />'ADMINISTRATOT" BE CORRECTED TO "ADMINISTRATOR,`•' AND THAT ON PAGE ZO <br />SECOND LINE, THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 BE CORRECTED TO READ $4,500.00. <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON REQUESTED THAT ON PAGE 78, 5TH PARAGRAPH, <br />"CHARING" BE CORRECTED TO READ "CHARGING." <br />THESE CORRECTIONS HAVING BEEN MADE, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY <br />APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 19, 1978# AS <br />WRITTEN, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO <br />CARRY A CONCEALED FIREARM OF RUSSELL C.
