Wednesday, December 2, 198.1 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the City Hall Council Chambers, <br />1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, December 2, 1981, <br />at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Present were Patrick B. Lyons, Chairman; <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr., Vice Chairman, Dick Bird; Alfred Grover <br />Fletcher; and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were Neil A. Nelson, <br />County Administrator; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Intergovernmental <br />Coordinator; George G. Collins, Jr., Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, Finance Director; Dan <br />(F <br />Fleischman, Bailiff; and Janice Caldwell and' Virginia Hargreaves, <br />Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting t(lJ,grder. <br />Vice Chairman Wodtke led the Pledge fo f Allegiance to the <br />Flag, and Reverend G. P. LaBarre gave the invocation. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or corrections <br />to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of October 14, 1981. <br />Commissioner Fletcher referred to Page 10, Line 20, and <br />asked for clarification of the vote. <br />Chairman Lyons suggested the Clerk check the tape. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the <br />Special Meeting of October 14, 1981, subject to clarification of <br />the tape. <br />NEW ATTORNEY <br />Chairman Lyons introduced the new County Attorney, Gary <br />Brandenburg, and welcomed him on board. <br />DEC 2 1981 48 aa"M <br />
