r <br />Wednesday, January 4, 1984• <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, January 4, 1984, at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Present <br />were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Vice <br />Chairman; William C. Wodtke, Jr., Margaret C. Bowman, and <br />Patrick B. Lyons. Also present were Michael J. Wright, <br />County Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the <br />IN <br />Board of Cpunty Commissioners; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Community Services Director; Jeffrey K..Barton, OMB <br />Director; Lt. Dean Longo, Bailiff; Barbara Bonnah and <br />Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerks. <br />Chairman Bird called the meeting, to order. <br />Reverend John F. Few, Christ Methodist By the Sea, gave <br />the invocation and Administrator Wright led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Administrator Wright requested the following items be <br />added to today's Consent Agenda: <br />1) The Service Agreement with AT&T to purchase equipment. <br />There is one minor change in the contract which <br />requires the Board's approval. <br />2) Authorization for the Urban Forester to burn the - <br />underbrush at the proposed location of the County <br />Fairgrounds. <br />AN 4 7984 r�: <br />
