0 <br />Wednesday, January 25, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, January 25, 1984, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. <br />Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. <br />Lyons, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, and William C. <br />Wodtke, Jr. Commissioner Richard N. Bird was on vacation <br />out-of-state. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, Community <br />Services Director; Jeffrey K. Barton, OMB Director; Lt. Dean <br />Longo, Bailiff; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order and <br />Commissioner Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Administrator Wright wished to add to today's Agenda <br />the recommendations of the screening committee for the <br />selection of the engineer for the State Road #60 waterline. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the Board <br />unanimously (4-0), Commissioner Bird being <br />absent, added the above item to today's <br />Agenda. <br />JAN 25 1984 69v 55 !1"WE 890 <br />
