Wednesday, February 29, 1984 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Special Session at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />on Wednesday, February 29, 1984, at 9:00 A.M. Present were <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; and Richard N. Bird. Absent <br />was William C. Wodtke, Jr., who was out of the County on <br />business. Also present were Michael J. Wright, County <br />Administrator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Scurlock called the meeting to order and <br />Michael J. Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons requested the addition to today's <br />- Agenda of a brief report on the Jail Committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the <br />Board unanimously (4-0, Commissioner <br />Wodtke being absent) added the above item <br />to today's Agenda. <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's- <br />Agenda of a small change order that would complete the 16th <br />Street project change orders and expedite that project, and <br />was advised by Attorney Brandenburg that if this matter <br />required any action by the Board, it could not be added to <br />FEB 2 9 1984 17^0 ME 267' <br />
