assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to <br />the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, <br />requires that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a <br />time and place at which the owners of the properties to be <br />assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear <br />before the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to <br />the propriety and advisability of making paving and drainage <br />improvements, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of <br />payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed <br />against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD or COUNTY <br />CONXIBBIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
