1 <br />E <br />Resolution was duly °sac onded by'Commissioner Graves and upon being put to a vote the <br />same was unanimously adopted. <br />Hon. W. R. Duncan, Tax Assessor suggested that copies be made from the old Plat Books <br />in order that the County would have a permanent record of all plats. E. E. M. Tuesday, July 2nd., 1940 in regular meeting with the following <br />members of the Board present; C. S. Michael, Chairman; S. E. Glover, Albert 0. Helseth and W. C. <br />Graves, Jr. Absent. Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Wm. W. Friok, Sheriff; Charles A. Mitohe <br />Attorney for the Board and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />The tag books being ready to be returned to the Tag Assessor for the purpose of eat <br />ind the taxes thereon as provided by law the Board of County Commissioners took up the matter of <br />r <br />making an estimate of the necessary expenses for the fiscal year from October 1st., 1940 to the <br />30th. day of September, 1941, and having -considered the_reoeipts;,estimated by the Clerk and the <br />Tax Assessor and having given full consideration to the needs and necessities of the County and <br />the requirements for the different purposes to meet the expenses during the said fiscal year, <br />have determined and do hereby declare the following to be the expenses and all special and <br />extraordinary expenses contemplated for the fiscal year next ensuing and for whish the revenue <br />for the year 1940 from ad valorem taxation and the estimated receipts from other sources will <br />be available. <br />211.
