Sheriff be instructed to notify Mr. Kersey to remove obstructions from the road on or before <br />Monday, August l2, 1940. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited were examined <br />and found to be oorrect, were approved and warrants ordered issued in the settlement of same. <br />(Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The War -1 <br />rants so issued from the respfeotive funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as pro- <br />vided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded beim <br />made a part of these minuted. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds which having been audited was found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made seconded and carried the Board then <br />adjourned until 6:00 P. M. Monday, August 12, 1940. <br />A__J2:fJ <br />-----------------------------------a------------------------------------------------------------ <br />MONDAY;��ST 12,. 1940. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met at the Court house in <br />Vero Beach, at 8:00 P. M. August 12th, 1940 in regular adjourned meeting with the following <br />members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, W. C. Graves, Jr. and Frank'C. Vickers. <br />Absent: C. S. Michael and S. E. Glover. Also present were Marshall 0. Mitchell, Attorney for <br />the Board from the firm of Mitchell, Smith and Mitchell and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />In the absence of Chairman Michael, Albert 0. Helseth was selected to serve as <br />Chairman Pro -tem, who announced this adjourned meeting was held for the purposecf considering <br />and discussing the removal of the Rough fish from Blue Cypress Lake. <br />Mr. J. B. Tippin, 'President of the local Rod & Gun. Club; B. L. Holman and other <br />-ed <br />interest/parties were present at this meeting. <br />It was moved by W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Frank C. Vipkers and carried that the <br />State Commission -of Game and Fresh Yater fish be authorized to proceed with the removal of the <br />Rough fish from Blue Cypress Lake as previously outlined by Mr. John L. Billingp,Chief Conser- <br />be <br />vation Agent, with the understanding that the work/done under the constant supervision of a <br />Marden appointed by the Game and Fresh Water fish Commission and with the understanding that <br />the work could be stopped any time -as deemed advisable by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />adjourned. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then <br />ATTEr— <br />Wze,"&L4, <br />-------- /- -------------------------------®--m-------------------------------------------- <br />TUESDAY.
