1 <br />r� <br />1 <br />X11 <br />TUESDAY, MARCH lot 1927. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for radian River County, Florida, met <br />at the Court Rouse in Fero Beach, at 2 o'clock P.M.Tuesday, March lst 1927, with the <br />following members of the Board present: John H.Atkin, Chairman; Geo.A.Braddock; J.Wo <br />laBruce; J.J.P.Hamilton and 0. 0. Helseth. Also present were Tiles Marren, Clerk and <br />J. W. Knight, Sheriff. <br />The <br />minutes of the previous <br />meeting were read <br />and <br />approved. <br />The <br />Notary Public bond of J. <br />J. Bustin in the <br />sum <br />of $500.00 with the American <br />'Surety Companap, a corporation, as surety was approved. <br />W.R.Ken. <br />The Deputy Sheriff bond of W. T. Kemp in the sum of $1,000.00 with 2mmu1x2 <br />B. P. Kemp <br />and XxxVzoXzkgft, as sureties was approved. <br />The Deputy 'Sheriff bond of T. D. Summerlin in the sum of $19000.00 with Ormond <br />Taylor and T. W. Knight, as sureties was approved. <br />Application having been made in person by Attorney, C.A.Cunningham, and by order <br />of the County Judge for the return of the cash bond of C.P.,rtin, in the sum of <br />3100.00 which cash . bond was regularly a streated in November 1926 term of County Court <br />and ordered paid into the Fine & Forfeiture Fund, which was paid in by the 3heriff <br />on December 6th 1926, and the Board having considered all the facts in connection there- <br />with, ordered that the application and order for such refund be rejected. <br />It was unanimously ordered that the management of building roads in Special Road <br />& Bridge District No. 4 be left entirely with the County Engineer to work out all <br />details in conne-ction with such program. <br />Gee T. Tippin, appeared before the Board and submitted a report of the activities <br />in connection with the Indian River County display at the -South Florida fair at Tampa, <br />ieh was read and approved by the Board. <br />It ma ordered that Mrs, John Yates, widow of Fellemere, who has six children <br />dependent upon her be placed on the Mother's Pension list to receive $20.00 per month. <br />The several bills against the County, having been audited, were examined, and <br />approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such approved vouchers <br />being on file in the Clerk's office and made a part of these minutes. <br />The County Depositories filed their monthly statements showing balance on hand, <br />receipts and disbursements for the month, and balance on hand at close of February, <br />which, after being audited, were found to be co rreet . <br />There being no further business the Board adjourned until the next regular meet- <br />ing in April. <br />ATTEST-. <br />C 1 e rk. <br />
