PARTIAL RELEASE OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT
The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County , holder of a
conservation easement by virtue of dedication on the Plat of Lindsey Lanes
Subdivision - Phases II — C and II - D , as recorded at Plat Book 17 , Pages 70
and 71 , Public Records of Indian River County , hereby releases a 20 -foot wide
conservation easement along the eastern boundary of the following described
lots :
Lots 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 5 , 6 , 7 and 8 , Block A, Lindsey
Lanes Subdivision — Phase II — C and II as D , as
recorded in Plat Book 17 , Pages 70 and 71 , Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida , including
the East 20 feet of the South 30 feet of Lot 8 ,
Block A.
in consideration of payment of a fee- in - lieu of the native upland set-aside area in
accordance with Indian River County Code Section 929 . 05 ,
This Partial Release of Conservation Easement approved on motion of
Commissioner Lowther , seconded by Commissioner Neuberger and
upon being put to a vote , the vote was as follows :
