FX Agreement
This amendment authorizes the extension to the EDACS FX agreement executed between
Indian River County, the (Subscriber), and M/A-Com Inc.(formedy Ericsson Inc. (Seller) dated
10/31/97.
The term, of this extension shall start on 8/1/2008 and expire on 7/31/2009
EDACS FX Fees: $74,000.00 -- Option SSSV1 F
Subscriber agrees to an extension of the existing EDACS FX services agreement for a one year
term, based on the payment terms agreed to by Subscriber and Seller or its EDACS Reseller /
EDACS Strategic Integrator.
Upon expiration, the Subscriber may request an additional extension, which will be agreed upon
by both parties at that time.
Except as modified in this amendment, the terms and conditions of the above mentioned
Agreement remains in effect.

WITNESSETH
W I I II' IZ F A's, ill 1995, the County purchased radio equipment and software from Ericson, Inc.
