WORK ORDER NO. 3 (Engineering/Surveying)
FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING/GIS SERVICES
WITH
Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc.
In accordance with Contract No. 0725 2007-2009
This Work Order No. 3 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6th
2007 between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY). This Work Order No. 3 amends the agreement as follows:
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 3 is for the SURVEYOR to perform Right of Way staking and limited
topographic survey as well as perform various surveying tasks related to the construction of the
outlined secondary roads within the Vero Lakes Estates Sub Division.
Limits are 108th Avenue and 106th Avenue from
Avenue to 108th Avenue as shown on the atta
County, Florida.
SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES
CR 512 to 94th Street, and 94th Street from 106th

As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. and Indian River County, the
SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as
outlined in this Work Order No. 3 described as follows:
• Task 9 — Vero Lake Estates Right of Way Staking, Topographic Survey.
Calculate (in state plane coordinates, North American Datum of 1988) the center line
of the rights of way in relationship to CR512 baseline and the recorded Vero Lake
Estates plat.
Perform Bench run using National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 and set 2
benchmarks in the vicinity and outside the limits of the project.
Perform a closed traverse loop along the center line. Adjust as necessary. Search,
recover and locate any existing monumentation.
Stake the Right -of -Way lines at 50' foot intervals throughout the limits of Task 1.

5. Obtain elevations along the center line profile of the right-of-way at 100 foot intervals,
intersections and or major grade changes along center line.
6. Obtain elevations along the Right -of -Way lines at +/- 100 foot intervals and changes
in direction.
7. Locate any ditches, major swales for mapping.
8. Locate, if any, dirt roads or "trails" along 108`" Avene and 94th Street. Locate the
existing dirt road (or ditches) along 106t Avenue between 94th Street and County
Road 512.
9. Prepare a certified survey of the Center line and Right of Way geometry (with state
plane coordinates), staking, found or set vertical and horizontal monumentation and
drainage features and elevations.
Task 2:
1. Perform various surveying services in support of the design and construction as
directed by the County Engineer or County surveyor at time and materials rates in
accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6'h, 2007 between
SURVEYOR and the COUNTY.
SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION 8r DELIVERABLEWWORK PRODUCT
1. Task 1 shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed.
• Provide Three (3) hard copies of the Survey and a CD containing an electronic
AutoCAD file in state plane geometry and PDF of each sheet of the survey.
2. Task 2: On an as needed and/or requested basis.
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
Task 1:
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the Task 1 services
rendered as identified in Sections I, II, and III of this Work Order No. 3, a lump sum fee of
$9,700.00.
Task 2:
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the Task 2 services
rendered as identified in Sections I, II, and III of this Work Order No. 3, on a Time and Material
basis, Not To Exceed fee of $5,000.00.

the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force
