FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ANNUAL SURVEYING and MAPPING /GIS SERVICES
WITH
Masteller , Moler, Reed & Taylor , Inc .
In accordance with Contract No , 0725 2007 -2009
This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated
November 6th , 2007 between Masteller, Moler , Reed & Taylor, Inc . (SURVEYOR) and Indian
River County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) amends the agreement as
follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) is for the SURVEYOR to perform surveying services in
connection with the design and replacement of an existing transite force main . The survey limits
are from Lift Station # 143 located at Young ' s Market at 2601 South U . S . Highway No . 1 west to
Old Dixie Highway , lying in Indian River County , Florida .
SECTION II = SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller , Moler , Reed & Taylor, Inc . and Indian River County ,
the
SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as
outlined in this Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) described as follows :
• Recover horizontal and vertical control and establish survey baseline as directed by the
engineer.
• Locate all existing monurnentation for establishment of existing rights of way , easements
and platted lines .
• Research property appraiser records and recorded plats to identify existing easements etc
along the route .
• Locate and identify all visible topographic features along the route , including but not limited
to buildings , utilities , pavement , culverts ,
• Perform cross sections and obtain elevations along the route at 100 foot intervals sufficient
for engineering utility design purposes . Elevations will be based on NGVD 1929 unless
otherwise directed .
• Prepare topographic survey , including depiction of elevations , improvements , and right of
way , easement and land lines .

SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION , DE LIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT
• Project shall be completed within thirty ( 30) business days from Notice to Proceed .
• Prepare and provide five paper copies and one digital file of Topographic survey upon
completion of the project .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept , for services rendered as
identified in Sections I , II and III of this Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) a lump
sum fee of
$5 , 900400 ,
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect , and are incorporated herein .
