CORRECTIVE COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED Made the 8th day of April , 20089 by INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the first
part, whose address is 1801 27thStreet, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, and WILLIAM HOLT,
RICHARD HUNTER, JR. , CLARENCE BAGLEY, ROBERT TAYLOR and DAVID
WILLIAM, as Trustees of the Mount Zion Baptist Church, an unincorporated Church, whose
address is 4405 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32967, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part, its heirs and
assigns forever, the following described lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida:
The North 345.6 feet of the East 11.18 acres of Tract 1, Section 28, Township 32
South, Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of the lands of the Indian
River Farms Company recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; said lands now lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT all right-of-way for roads, canals and ditches.
This Corrective County Deed is necessary to correct that certain Deed recorded in Official
Records Book 1842, Page 2210, wherein title did not go into the trustees of the unincorporated
Church.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board,
the day and year aforesaid. ,
