Drywall ceiling needs to be sanded and repainted wedges in the drywall finish, unacceptable. 4. Top outside edge of Vestibule 2- 102 needs to be sanded and repainted, very rough and irregular. 5 . Outside corners of vinyl base need to be pulled tight together where ever they occur. 6. Right side of Door I11 leading to Men ' s Restroom vinyl base cut edge is exposed and should be hidden by the edges of the hollow metal frame. Conference Room 2-105 1 . Door 2- 105 outside face top above the view light, chip in the finish 2. Perimeter of view light metal frame word finish needs to be cleaned of paint. That is also true on the inside. 3 . Inside face bottom left comer and bottom edge of Door 2- 105 finish is damaged. 4. Right side of hollow metal frame 2- 105 needs to be repainted. 5 . Light switches to the left of 2-105 need to b e set plumb and level . 6. Carpet where it abuts the hollow metal door frame right and left jambs are cut very rough and irregular, not setting flush to the floor, appears to be debris underneath the carpet, this needs to be corrected. 8 . Bottom right of borrowed light window BLl 2- 105 drywall needs to be touched-up with paint. Also, to the bottom right vinyl base is not adhered tight to the drywall . 9. Top left corner of borrowed light BLl 2- 105 needs to be touched-up with paint. 10. Bottom left and right inside corners of borrowed light 2- 105 paint finish is very rough and irregular. Debris in the paint needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . Underside of borrowed light BLl 2- 105 where the drywall abuts the bottom of the borrowed light needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Finish is very rough and irregular. 12. Left inside corner to the left of borrowed light BLl 2- 105 vinyl base needs to be secured to the inside corner. 13 . East wall left inside corner of vinyl base cut too short. 14. North wall, accent wall, bottom left irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted just off the left inside corner approximately lft. and 2ft. off the floor. Also, left inside comer vinyl base cut too short. 15 . West wall near the wall just above vinyl base paint over-run on the finish needs to be sanded and repainted . 16. Drywall ceiling, the center recess ceiling needs to be sanded and repainted in numerous areas. hregularities in the drywall finish. Also, paint needs to be removed from the escutcheon plate of the light fixture. 17. Dropped soffit has not been completely painted, the drywall soffit two sides are painted the wall color and the other two sides are painted white, this needs to be corrected. Also, outside corners and bottom outside edges of the dropped drywall soffit needs to be sanded and refinished in numerous areas, very rough and irregular. I & South wall above the borrowed light BL1 2- 105 wall color needs to be cut in neat to the ceiling at the inside corner, the completer length of this wall. AV Control Room 2- 106 1 . Unable to access this room at this time, Corridor 2- 109 the ceramic tile floor is being cleaned, this makes Control Room 106, Corridor 109 and Mechanical Room 113 inaccessible. AV Control Room 106 work is being done. Data racks being installed, electrical work etc. Lobby 2-107 1 . Door 2- 107 metal view light frame needs to be sanded and repainted, paint is peeling. Also, strike side of door needs to be refinished the complete length has been sanded. 2. Bottom left inside finish ahs been scratched. 3 . No expansion joint installed at this time at this location. 4. Carpet has not been cut in properly to the hollow metal frame. Carpet has been put over concrete, debris, etc. on the floor, very rough and irregular. Not acceptable. 5 . Wood base needs to be re-caulked where it abuts the inside of the hollow metal frame. 6. Outside of hollow metal frame needs to be caulked where it abuts the pilaster craft column . 7 . Fire extinguisher cabinet to the left of Door 107 needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and painters tape removed from the left side. 8 . Wood base below the fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be cleaned of paint. 9 . North wall decorative wood boxed out pilaster bottom edge above the tape, finish is scratched. Also, nail heads in the black trim still visible. 10. Pilaster accent pieces need to be cleaned of paint and caulked where they abut the drywall . 11 . Area needs to be cleaned of glue on the right side, top face, etc . 12. South pilaster coming off of Door 2- 107 west face just above the base finish is damaged. Also, same side top right paint caulking on the finish needs to be cleaned and removed. 13 . Cove ceiling coming up from 2- 107 top right cove material scratched. 14 . South wall to the right of Door 2-501 right face east face of the boxed out pilaster needs to be cleaned of paint on the laminate finish and also the black trim pieces . Also, black trim pieces need to be repainted, very rough and irregular on the face of the trim. 16. Right side of pilaster to the right of Door 2-501 bottom black trim piece is not secured properly to the pilaster. Also, on this west side of the same pilaster glue on the face needs to be cleaned and removed. 17. Base to the left of Door 2-501 needs to be cleaned of glue. 18. Bottom left of hollow metal frame wood door 2-501 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the top edge of that complete hollow metal door frame system, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the drywall. 19. Wood base around the laminate boxed out pilaster numerous areas the base is not set tight to the plastic laminate finish. 20. Cove ceiling above Door 2-501 , finished nail heads need to be patched and refinished, visible. 21 . Cove molding above Door 2-501 needs to be caulked where it abuts the plaster from the bottom edge and the top edge. 22. Drywall around the A/C diffuser needs to be caulked in place above Door 2-501 . 23 . North wall westernmost wood pilaster bottom of base is scratched, needs to be repaired . Also, the westernmost pilaster the right and left, north and south, carpet is cut short, this needs to be corrected. 24. Carpet at Door 2-501 on the corridor side not cut in properly to the hollow metal frame, carpet is set over concrete, irregularity, not acceptable. Needs to be redone. 25 . Bottom left of Door 2-501 , base or the side of the wood base at the carpet is chipped, cracked, needs to be repaired. 26. Right side of Door 2- 109 wood base is not caulked to the hollow metal frame. 27 . Left side of Door 2-209 top left corner needs to be repainted in the plaster. 28. Carpet area between Door 2- 109 and 2-503 carpet glue and paint on the carpet; this needs to be cleaned off. 29. Right side of Door 2- 109 and left side of Door 2-503 wood base does not set tight to the carpet. There is actually a tapered void underneath this, needs to be corrected. 30. Cove ceiling trim between Doors 2- 109 & 2-503 need to have holes for finished nails touched-up and stained to match the wood. Also, cove molding needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall at the upper and lower locations . 31 . Motion detector in front of Door 2-109 opening cut too large in the drywall, needs to be patched and repaired. Corridor 2-108 1 . East end of Corridor 2- 108 right plastic laminate pilasters, the west face needs to be cleaned of glue on the bottom edge above the wood base and also top left corner of the arched area has scratches in the finish . That is also true of the south pilaster in the west face, needs to be cleaned of paint and glue and scratches, needs to be corrected. 2. Right pilaster north side opposite Door 2- 109 the side adjacent to the drywall, chips in the edges , finish of the laminate return has paint on the finish and caulking needs to be redone. That is also true on the left column or the south column. 3 . South pilaster outside comer plastic laminate finish is chipped between the base and the I " black trim piece. 4. Drywall above borrowed light BLl 2- 105 outside face needs to be sanded, caulked and refinished. 5 . Plastic laminate pilasters to the left of Door 2- 105 , between the wood base and the la` black trim piece, plastic laminate warped, there is actually waviness in the plastic laminate. Also, outside corners edges of the plastic laminate need to be cleaned of glue. That is also true of the plastic laminate pilaster on the opposite side of the corridor needs to be cleaned of paint, glue at the outside edges. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A . Right west outside comer of the south pilaster to the right borrowed light BLl- 511 finish is damaged and in that same location just above the middle back trim piece finish is damaged. 7. To the left of the south plastic laminate pilaster to the right of BL 1 - 511 wood base needs to be cleaned of glue. 8 . Head of borrowed light BL - 511 where the drywall meets the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. Joint in the cove molding above the left panel east panel or far right BL - 511 joint in the cove molding is unacceptable, very visible. 10. Inside corners of cove molding at borrowed light BLl - 511 needs to be caulked, voids in the cove molding. 11 . Bottom left and right comers of the hollow metal borrowed light BL ] - 511 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted, drywall is very irregular where it meets the wood base. 12. Wood base opposite Door 2-801 finish is chipped. 13 . Outside face of Door 2- 114 center of door finish is damaged. 14. Wood base below side light of Door 2-801 has glue on the outside corner. Also, this sidelight is missing screws in the stop at the sill. Also, to the bottom left of the side light for hollow metal frame 2-801 glue on the wood base. 15 . Plastic laminate pilaster to the left of Door 2-801 left outside corner between the wood base and the black trim is chipped. 16. Wood base around this pilaster not set tight to the plastic laminate. Also, electrical outlet to the left of this pilaster needs cover plate installed . 17. Plastic laminate pilasters to the left, of left Door 2-115, the outside corners are chipped. 18. A/C diffuser in front of Door 2- 114, outside edge is damaged, needs to be repainted and caulked in place. 19. Hollow metal frame where it abuts the carpet to the right of Mechanical Room Door 2- 115A and left of 215B, void between the frame and the carpeting needs to be corrected. 20. Bottom right hollow metal doorframe for door 2- 115B where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 21 . Plastic laminate pilasters just in front of entry Door 2-701 before leading to the alcove to that office area and Door 2-601 outside corners are chipped. Also, return on the columns opposite Door 2-701 and the return on the right column or the south column opposite Door 2- 116A, side finish is chipped, paint, etc. Needs to be cleaned from both returns on the columns. 22. Plastic laminate pilaster to the right of door 2- 115B carpet joint at the center of the pilasters unacceptable. 23 . Top right corner of Door 2- 116A needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the drywall . 24. Carpet in front of Door 2- 116A stains on the carpet. 25 . Door 2- 116A Corridor 108 side, right edge is chipped between the bottom and the middle hinge. 26. Wood base tope edge needs to be cleaned of paint. 27 . Ceiling tile to the top left of Door 2- 116A needs to be set flush into the grid. 28 . Wall mounted doorstop to the left of Door 2-601 needs to be secured. 29 . Drywall to the left of Door 2-601 where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, true of the right side of the side light for Door 2-601 . 30. Wood base to the right and below the side light hollow metal frame for Door 2-601 gap is uneven, tapered. 31 . Doorstops should be added for Door 2-701 , door hitting the plastic laminate pilaster. 32. Top right inside corner of cove molding and drywall ceiling to the top of Door 2-601 , gaps in the cove molding, dirt, fingerprints on the drywall need to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the inside corner to the top right of Door 2-701 . 33 . Drywall is rough and irregular around the sprinkler head and near the A/C grille in front of Door 2-701 . Door - 109 inside of door needs to be refinished completely. 2. Outside bottom edge needs to be cleaned of dirt and finish repaired on the door. 3 . Bottom left of door on Corridor 109 side, needs to be sanded and repainted above the ceramic tile base. 4. Right inside corner to the right of Door 2- 113 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, voids in the grout joint at the ceramic tile base. 5 . Hollow metal doorframe 2- 106 needs to be repainted from the floor up and right side of the hollow metal frame has been damaged . 6. Door 2- 106 face of door is damaged at the bottom edge of the door and above the lockset. 7. Ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris to the right and left of Door 2- 106. Also, in the front of Door 2- 106 grout joints are stained of black, dirt and debris, needs to be cleaned. 8 . Left of wood trim at the elevator, void in the grout joint at the ceramic the base. Also, right and left sides of the wood trim where it abuts the ceramic tile base needs to be caulked and also where the wood trim is adjacent to the drywall and the metal doorframe for the elevator. 9. Bottom left and right jambs of the elevator needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and caulked in place. 10. Electrical outlet to the right of elevator electrical device needs to be cleaned of paint. 11 . Center of Corridor 109 in front of Door 2- 113 in numerous locations the grout is stained with the black needs to be cleaned. 12. Access panel on Door 2- 105 needs to be repainted access panel is rusting and edges need to be caulked where it abuts the drywall. 13. Escutcheon plate for fire sprinkler head in front of Door 2- 113 needs to be pulled tight to the ceiling. 14. Cove molding above the elevator joints is excessive where the cove molding meets the drywall. Also, drywall mud on the cove molding needs to be corrected. Women's Restroom 2-110 1 . Outside face of Door 110 needs to be cleaned of paint. 2. Hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 3 . Inside face wood Door 2- 110 finish on the door is damaged. 4. Drywall to the right of hollow metal doorframe where it abuts the drywall texture coating needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head. 5 . Ceramic tile floor and ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . 6. Top left inside corner above mirror and ceramic tile wainscot finish is unacceptable. 7 . Floor drain cover needs to be cleaned of drywall grout. S . Center file walls need to be cleaned of grout, caulking. 9. Bottom left inside comer underneath the lavatories, caulk joint and grout is very irregular, unacceptable. 10. Back splash for counter top is secured to the toilet partition, this is unacceptable . Moves with the panel. Also, tapered leg of the counter, top tape or labeling left on the material needs to be removed . 11 . Ceramic tile at escutcheon plates where the plumbing penetrates the ceramic tile wall opening cut too large needs to be patched and repaired. 12. Ceramic file black accent groutjoint the whole length under the lavatory and toilet stall is cracked and appears a shift that is on the wall this needs to be repaired. 13 . Ceramic tile cove base behind the Handi-cap water closet needs to be cleaned of appears to be black caulking and also the floor is stained with black material. 14. Top edge of black 2x6 ceramic tile trim needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and caulked neatly. 15 . Right inside corner ceramic tile joint cracked to the right of the water closet. 16. Ceramic file base opposite the pullets painters tape left in place and the finish applied over the tape this needs to be removed, refinished, corrected. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. Right inside corner of the ceramic tile at the west wall right inside corner full of drywall mud, caulking, tape, etc, unacceptable. 18 . Ceiling grid above door leading into Handi-cap stall is dirty. 19 . Ceiling grid at the top right corner of the wall to the left of Door 2- 110 is dirty. 20. Ceiling grid abutting the drywall soffit needs to be caulked in place the complete length of the drywall soffit. Men's Restroom 2-111 1 . Door 2- 111 bottom edge of door is damaged. 2 . Door 2- 111 hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 3 . Carpet at the ceramic tile needs transition strip installed and also at Door 2- 110. 4. Inside face of Door2- 111 needs to be cleaned of grout and debris. 5 . Hollow metal frame needs to be repainted where it abuts the drywall finish right and left sides and head of the door. 6. Floor tile needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and grout joints need to be cleaned. 7. Top right inside corner between the drywall finish and the ceramic tile wainscot, unacceptable. That is above the lavatories . 8. Back splash needs to be caulked where it abuts the ceramic tile in the drywall finish. 9. Ceramic tile cut too large where the drain line penetrates the ceramic file wall. 10. Grout joint at the black file below lavatories voids in the grout and that is also true of the right inside corner. 11 . No grout in the inside corner and finish between the file and the drywall finish is rough and irregular. 12. Ceramic tile to the right of urinal, holes in the ceramic tile. 13 . Cove base below the Handi-cap stall sink needs to be cleaned of debris . 14. Grout joint at the black accent tile above the base the east wall at the Hindi-cap toilet voids in the grout. 15 . Left inside comer opposite the Handi-cap water closet, voids in the joint needs to be caulked and repainted or refinished. 16. Ceiling grid at the drywall header drywall ceiling needs to be caulked in place and grid needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, etc . 17. Ceiling grid above the paper towel holder dispenser is dirty and also ceiling tile at the sprinkler head location fingerprints on the tile . Data Room 2-112 1 . Door 112 right side of door to hinge needs to be completely refinished. 2. Vinyl threshold is not setting flush, not cut properly. 3 . Plywood back board needs to be touched-up fire treated paint where the edges have been cut and has been damaged. 4. Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint at the head. 5 . Drywall on the left side of hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the complete left side from vinyl base up to the top corner and also at the head. 6. Back inside corner needs to be properly caulked and repainted. Very rough and irregular. 7 . Walls need to be touched-up with paint where there are fingerprints, dirt marks. 8. Right side of plywood back board behind data rack drywall finish is very rough and irregular, unacceptable needs to be redone . 9. Penetration in the ceiling needs to be cut neat and clean and trimmed out with ceiling grid. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. Door 2- 113 at the active side top inside edge finish is chipped. 2. Drywall needs to be sanded and repainted to the left and right sides of Door 2- 113 . 3 . All debris needs to be removed from this room, boxes sitting on top of the electrical transformer, etc. Electrical Closet 2- 114 1 . Outside face of Door 2- 114 center of door finish is damaged. 2. Inside face below the door closure finish is damaged. 3 . Floor needs to be cleaned up of dirt and debris. Ceiling is not finished. 4. All penetrations in the acoustical ceiling tile need to be cut neat and clean and finished off with a ceiling grid trim. 5 . All penetrations to the floor need to be sealed. 6. East wall to the right of the Liebert Network tile units, drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 7 . Ceiling tile at sprinkler head is chipped, damaged. 8. One ceiling tile missing in this room. 9. Right side of Door 2- 114, bottom hinge level needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted , irregular drywall finish and also to the right of the inside corner. 10. Left of hollow metal doorframe 2- 114 drywall is rough and 'irregular needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the top left corner and the head of the hollow metal door where it abuts the drywall. Mechanical Room 2-115 1 . Inside face of Door 2- 115A bottom face of door is dirty and face is damaged. 2. Head of Door 2- 115A needs to be caulked in place where it abuts the masonry opening. 3 . Floor needs a flush bolt strike installed at the inactive door for Door 2- 115. 4. Hollow metal frame 2- 115A needs silencers installed. 5 . Inactive Door 2- 115B needs strike plate installed at the floor. 6. Hollow metal doorframe 2- 115B needs silencers installed. 7 . Door head 2- 115B needs to be caulked in place at the door concrete lintel. Corridor 2-116 1 . Door 2- 116 outside edge is damaged between the bottom and the middle hinge. 2. Carpet needs to be cleaned to the left of Door 2- 116 and left inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 3 . East wall at boxed out column to the right of this area drywall is rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted . 4. Vinyl base needs to have paint cleaned from the top edge. 5 . Drywall above Door 2- 118 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 6. Transitions strip at carpet and concrete floor at exit stairs 003 does not set flush to the floor. 7 . Right of doorframe 2-514 right side needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 8 . Ceiling grid to the right of Door 2-514 and Door 003 double grid not acceptable. 9. Ceiling tile at sprinkler head above Door 2- 120 edges are chipped. 10. Ceiling grid in front Door 2- 118 at the corner of the sprinkler head location grid is bent. 11 . Ceiling tile above fire alarm horn strobe to the right of Door 2- 117 edges are chipped. 12. Outside of drywall ceiling above Door 2-603 needs to be sanded and repainted. 13 . Ceiling grid along the east wall between Door 2- 116A and the right outside corner of Room 2- 119 has paint on it and is not setting flush to the wall. 14. Hollow metal frame needs to be caulked the vinyl VCT flooring. 2. Right side inside corner drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very rough and irregular especially at the ceiling. 3 . Left of Door 2- 117 drywall opening cut too large at light switch. Needs to be patched and repaired this complete area. 4. Drywall above doorframe 2- 117 needs to be sanded and repainted, texture very irregular. 5 . All penetrations in acoustical ceiling tile need to be cut out neat and clean and trimmed in metal grid. 6. VCT flooring needs to be cleaned. 7. Drywall between electrical panel LCP2 and LCL2, hole in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired . That is also true at the ceiling level , screw head to the right of LCL2 at the ceiling level . 8. Right inside corner to the right of LCL2 needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is rough and irregular. 9. Ceiling grid above H2W panel, dirt and debris on the grid in this area. Data Room 2-118 1 . Middle electronic hinge is not installed as of this time . 2. Hollow metal frame needs to be caulked where it abuts the VCT flooring. 3 . Plywood backboard needs to be touched-up with fire resistant paint where the finish has been damaged . 4. Penetrations in the acoustical tile ceiling need to be cut neat and cleaned and trimmed in metal grid. 5 . Ceiling tile at the two duplex outlets, tile is damaged where it was cut around the outlets, needs to be replaced. 6. Grid around the A/C diffuser is damaged, needs to be replaced. 7 . East wall of data room, large opening in the wall needs to be patched and repaired. 8 . Drywall above the right side of hollow metal doorframe needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Men's Restroom 2-119 1 . Inside face of Door 2- 119 door needs to be cleaned of water stains, dirt and debris. 2 . Top edge of hollow metal door frame 710 painters tape needs to be removed and finish needs to be repaired. 12 . Left outside comer at shower ceramic tile edges not acceptable, should be a bull nose finish. 13. Height of shower unit where the drywall abuts the shower head very rough, irregular, drywall mud, voids in the finish. Needs to be corrected. 14. Drain cover for shower unit needs to be properly installed, its loose and tape needs to be removed from the shower unit. 15 . Top right side of shower unit, holes in the fiberglass flange for the shower unit needs to be filled in, screw heads need to be covered up, they are exposed. 16. Drywall opening at the shower inside corner where they abut the ceramic tile painters tape left in place and painted over, needs to he removed and corrected. Also, the same for the fire alarm horn strobe. 17 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned around the water closet. 18 . Trim piece at the drywall opening the 2x6 block front piece at the drywall opening cut rough and irregular, not acceptable. Clerk To The Board - Reception 801 1 . Two light fixtures not working in this office at this time. 2. Outside face of Door 801 metal frame for view light top and bottom edges chipped. 3 . Left inside corner to the left of Door 801 corners needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Drywall above the door and side light of door 701 finish needs to be repainted where it has been patched and repaired. 5 . Bottom right of hollow metal frame for side light drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very rough and irregular and also the drywall below the fill of the side light needs to be sanded and repainted and where it abuts the window sill needs to be caulked, sanded and repainted. 7. Drywall to the right of the hollow metal door frame between the window sill and the vinyl base needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. & Vinyl base to the right of door 801 , cut too short. 9 . Plastic laminate base cabinet for Reception counter joint, plastic laminate was cut on the left side with the small piece approximately 12 inches wide, ethically not acceptable . 10. Counter top needs to be cleaned of paint. 11 . Drywall to the right of the counter top above the back splash needs to be patched and repaired and also at the outside corner. 12. Area where the stand-up counter no lights in this area, very hard to see, can not punch out at this time. 13 . Fire alarm horn strobe needs to be held tight to the drywall. 14. Ceiling tiles over the stand-up area, one on either side of the sprinkler head location, one tile stained and other is damaged. 15. Lenses for light fixtures need to be cleaned of dirt and debris at the prismatic lens . 1 t . Angled wall inside comers, holes in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired and ceiling grid around the perimeter needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 12. Vinyl base around free standing column is not secured at the corners. Production Area 803 1 . Right of Door 112 drywall above vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Door 805 needs a wall stop or floor stop. 3 . Counter top in Production area, white caulking was used between the back splash and the counter top, unacceptable, needs to be redone with caulking to match the finish of the top. 4. Underside of counter top on the upper cabinets, need to be cleaned of drywall mud. 5 . Left outside corner to the left of the base cabinets needs to be repainted, rough and irregular. 6. Vinyl base at the kick for the cabinetry not secured tight to the cabinetry kick. 7 . Two ceiling tiles to the left of Door 803 and two ceiling tiles off this same wall for Room 803, tile is damaged. Open Office Area 804 1 . Drywall to the left of open shelving for Reception counter just below the counter top needs to be repainted. Also, above the vinyl base. 2. Right side where the open shelving abuts the drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. 3 . System furniture in place in this complete area. 4. Bottom edge of cabinetry needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 5 . Ceiling grid at the dropped header over the Reception counter needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 6. Ceiling tile just in front of the center recessed can light edges are chipped. 7 . Ceiling grid coming off the right recessed can light at the Reception counter header, three grids in are damaged at the sprinkler head. Also, debris in the grid . 8. Back left corner ceiling tile not in place at two locations. 9. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head coming off the left recessed can light at the Reception counter, damaged. 10. Top left comer of Door 805 needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Exterior wall right inside corner of boxed out column , joint cut too large at the vinyl base, paint on the vinyl base. 6. Furniture installed in this office. 7. Exterior window needs to be cleaned of paint over spray . 8. Ceiling grid on the radius wall joint has large gap at the joint, grid is unacceptable. 9. Ceiling tile just to the right of the sprinkler head in front of the top left of Door 805, fingerprints on the tile. 10. Ceiling grid on the west wall, two full tiles off the exterior wall, joint at the grid is unacceptable. 11 . Carpet at door frame 805 is cut too short. GENERAL NOTES : I . All plastic laminate pilasters and wood base need to be cleaned of dirt and drywall dust, especially on the inside comers and top edges , and finishes need to be cleaned of glue, paint, etc . 2 . All carpet where it is cut into the hollow metal doorjamb needs to be re-looked at. Concern that debris has not been cleaned up off the floor. Carpet that is laying flush to the floor is very rough and irregular, not cut neat to the hollow metal door frame. 3 . All black trim work, at the plastic laminate pilasters, need to make sure that the finish nail heads are filled and painted edges are finished, all faces are smooth, no irregular finish in the painted black, all dirt, debris and any chips or scratches need to be patched and repaired. 4. All cove moldings need to have the finish nail heads filled and stained to match the finish of the cove molding. 5 . All cove moldings in the recess ceilings need to be caulked where they abut the drywall, bottom and top edge. 6. All wood doors in numerous areas have paint in the grain, needs to be cleaned off. 7 . All windows sills on the underside should be cleaned of paint and caulked where the window sill abuts the drywall. 8 . In the Commissioners Offices all recessed can light switches need to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris and set flush to the drywall and caulked neatly in place . 9. All light switch covers, electrical outlet devices need to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, etc. 10. All inside and outside comers of vinyl base, the profile base need to be cut tight and no open joints and secured to the wall. 11 . All cabinetry needs to be adjusted so the door and drawers set level and plumb and operate properly. 12.
