Also, no threshold at the expansion joint installed at this time. Corridor 1.2-201 1 . Numerous ceiling tiles missing in this area. 2 . To the left of Door 201A, vinyl base is not adhered to the drywall. 3 . Fire Alarm Pull Station needs to be cleaned of paint and caulked where it abut the drywall . Open Office Area 1.2-202 1 . East wall between the Fire Extinguishers Cabinet and Door 230B, the Training Room and Door 230B, the Training Room about the middle of the wall has a tear in the drywall right at the vinyl base. 2. Edge of drywall soffit board above Door 230B is raveled needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Vinyl base is installed probably 35% of this area. 4. Vinyl base outside comer to the right of Door 230B is not adhered properly. 5 . Right outside corner of Door 230B alcove corner bead is damaged. Also on the left hand side same thing, scratch in the drywall . 7 . Right side of doorjamb 230B drywall is very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. That is true of the left side of the vinyl base location and the right corner. 8 . Vinyl base not installed on the west wall of Storage Room 229 from door 230B towards the Men' s & Women ' s Restroom. 9. Same wall gauges in the drywall have been painted, the vinyl base area needs to be patched and repaired. 10. North wall opposite the drinking fountains, pencil marks on the wall need to be repainted. Also, the west comer of this north wall is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 11 . Work still going on in this area. . Carpet boxes all over the floor and also, news print paper on the carpet for protection. 12. South face of the wall directly opposite the drinking fountains needs to be patched and repaired. Paints not matching where it has been touched up. 13 . North drywall wall of open Office area, the wall conjunction with File Room 207, right end paint on top of the vinyl base needs to be removed. Also, on this same wall pencil marks on the wall need to be cleaned and repainted. 14. Drywall to the right of Door 204A at Vestibule Room, this needs to be repainted where it abuts the metal door frame. 15 . West wall of open Office area 202, the wall adjacent to Conference Room 203 , just to the left of Door 204 a lot of nicks in the drywall, carpet glue, etc . Needs to be cleaned, patched and repainted. 16. Column in the center area of open Office 202 needs to be repainted with a second coat of paint. Corridor 202 1 . Open Office Area 202, item west wall ceiling tile along the wall approximately 2 ceiling tiles to the left of the hom strobe is chipped. 2 . Ceiling tile in front of the free standing column, the 3 full ceiling tiles there is a chip in the tile. 3 . Ceiling grid in front of 230B is damaged. 4. Ceiling tile in front of Copy/Coffee Area 212 in between that area and Door 210 approximately 4 ceiling tiles off that wall, tile is chipped. 5. Open area in front of Office 214 and mailroom 213, west wall data outlet to the left, left side of west wall needs being patched and repaired at this time. 6. Vinyl base has been installed in this area. 7 . Vinyl base to the left of Door 214A joints cut too short. Also, drywall to the left of Door 214A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted on the bottom left and also electrical outlet box needs cover plate . Conference Room 203 1 . Door 203A outside right edge of the metal door frame is dented, needs to be patched and repaired. That is also true of the bottom portions of the jamb, right and left side needs to be patched and repaired. 2. Lights are not operating in Conference Room 203 . 3 . No doors installed at this time. 4. No vinyl base installed in Room 203. 5 . 90% of the ceiling tile is not in place at this time. 6. Carpet joints where the Teal Carpet meets the Pattern Carpet, very irregular, needs to flattened out or cut in re-secure to the adhesive. 7 . Drop drywall soffit at the Conference Room area needs to be repainted at the Sprinkler Heads, fingerprints. 8 . Outside corners of the drop soffit are rough and irregular, these need to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the inside comers . 9. East wall of Conference Room, electrical outlet to the left of Door 203A , drywall around that outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. That is typical of both outlets on this wall . West wall between the boxed out steel column and the wall adjacent to Corridor 201 , the South wall, the drywall around that electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Vestibule 204 1 . No vinyl base installed at this time . 2. Door 204A, strike side of hollow metal door at the bottom has a dent in it. Also, the bottom right and left side needs to be painted at least 2ft up off the floor on the hollow metal frame. 3 . Door 205A Vestibule side facing door has paint on it at the bottom edge. Needs to be cleaned and removed. 4. Metal door frame where it abuts the carpet on both sides needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Fire Alarm Horn Strobe needs to be caulked where it abuts the paint. 6. Drywall to the right of Door 205A screw head exposed, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, at the vinyl base area to the right of this door, drywall is irregular, this needs to be sanded and repaired. 7 . To the right of Door 204A from the Vestibule side, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, torn away from the frame. Also, door heads in the Vestibule where they abut the drywall numerous areas where paint needs to be repainted and the door heads of the metal frame needs to be repainted. 8 . Electrical outlet, pint sanding at the drywall around the electrical outlets. Office 1.2-205 1 . Light switch to the left of Door 205 from within the Office area the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. East wall North end electrical outlet the drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. Also, below this same area drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repaired. 3 . No vinyl base installed in Office 205. 4. Ceiling tile about 5 % complete in this room. 5 . No window sill installed. 6. Right jamb of exterior window, drywall edge needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, directly below this window, the right side of the window about a foot off the floor there is a budge in the drywall, this needs to be repaired. 7. Electrical outlet to the bottom left of exterior window, needs to be set flush to the drywall. 8. Electrical outlet on the West wall, just to the left of data outlet, the drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. Office Area 1.2-206 1 . Left of Door 206A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted at the light switch. It is irregular. 2. On this same wall carpet adhesive needs to be removed about 6" off the carpet at the middle of the wall . 3 . No vinyl base installed in this room. 4. Window sill needs to be installed on exterior window. 5 . Top left and right inside corner needs to be sanded, drywall is irregular. 6. Electrical outlet to the bottom left of the exterior window, paint tape needs to be removed. Also, below the electrical outlet is a gouge in the drywall that needs to be patched and repaired. 7 . Center of the room ceiling tiles that is the 2nd and 3`d ceiling off the exterior wall, dents in the ceiling tile and also looks like paint on the edge adjacent to the grid . File Room 207 1 . Bottom left below the strike door needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, etc. 2. Top left corner of the Door 207A needs to be sanded and repainted where the drywall meets the door. 3 . Bottom left inside corner drywall very irregular and rough, this needs to be redone. Sanded and painted smooth to receive vinyl base. That is also true of the right inside corner to the right and left of Door 207A. 4. Electrical outlet to the right of Door 207A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. North wall to the right third of the wall irregularities in the drywall approximately 24" or 36" off the floor and also in that right corner where the East and the North wall meet, this needs to be repaired. Corridor 208 1 . Drywall at the vinyl base location between Doors 214A & 215A is very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted . 2. Drywall between Doors 215A and 216A closer to 216A, drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the left of Door 216A. 3 . West outside corner on the wall adjacent to Mailroom 213, vinyl base edge of drywall is chipped, needs to be repainted and the corner bead needs to be secured where the vinyl base is. Also, in this same location electrical outlet drywall needs to be patched and repaired . Opening cut too large. Also to the right of that electrical outlet irregularities in the drywall, needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Above the vinyl base locations between the fire alarm pull station and the electrical outlet about middle of the wall the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Ceiling in corridor in 208 is incomplete . Women 's 209 & Men's Restroom 210 1. Areas still being worked on, not in a condition to be punched at this time. Janitor's Closet 211 1 . Door frame needs to be cleaned of paint and adhesive throughout. 2. No vinyl base installed or ceiling tile at this time. 3 . Floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and sealed. 4. Drywall to the left side of door at the hinged side needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Conduit penetrating the concrete floor needs to be sealed off at the floor and also cut and sealed where it penetrates the ceiling tile. 6. Acoustical ceiling grid in place, carpet adhesive on the grid opposite the Janitors sink, needs cleaned. 7 . Drywall around the escutcheon plates of the Janitor' s sink/faucet needs to be sanded and repainted and painters tape needs to be removed. That is also true of the drywall around the GFI electrical outlet. Cony Room 212 1 . Plastic laminate countertops need to be cleaned of dust, dirt and debris. 2 . Drywall at the light switch needs to be touched up with paint, fingerprints throughout on that wall. 3 . Accent wall center of the wall has fingerprints and chip in the paint needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Same accent wall, bottom left of thermostat there is chip in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . 5 . East wall some gouges in the drywall needs to sanded and painted. That is also true just to the right of the cabinet base where it abuts this wall. 6. Drywall between base cabinets and the backsplash needs to be sanded and repainted numerous area chipped on the drywall around the electrical outlet, etc. inside corner. 7. Top right above the upper cabinets, drywall needs to be repainted. 8. To the left of the upper cabinets about the middle the door drywall is chipped, needs to be sanded and repainted . 9. Countertop just to the right of the sink, a black mark in the mica, does not appear to be able to be removed, this needs to be taken care of. 10. Fifth cabinet door from the left inside face needs to be cleaned of adhesive . D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A . Hollow metal door frame to Door 213A needs to be cleaned of adhesive . Also, same side below the middle hinge, scratch and also edges are chipped needs to be repainted. Left outside drywall where it abuts the door frame on the strike side needs to be repainted where it has be caulked. Very irregular at the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Vinyl base installed in this room. 3 . Vinyl base to the left of the door at the hinge side needs to he reinstalled or caulked where it abuts the hollow metal door frame . 4. Drywall to the left of the hollow metal door frame and top right, drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Drywall between hollow metal door frame strike side and light switch needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. All electrical outlets in this room the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where it is irregular or openings are cut too large. 7 . Corners of vinyl base at the inside corners vinyl base is not set tight into the corner, there is a void behind it. 8 . Cleanout on the South wall needs to be escutcheon cover plate. 9 . Ceiling tile to the right of the Return Air Grille has a chip in it, needs to be patched or repaired. Office 214 1 . Door 214A, the hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of adhesive and repainted where the frame has been chipped in numerous locations on the strike side. 2. Bottom right on the outside of the Door 214A below the bottom hinge is chipped. Chip in the wood door. 3. Left of Door 214, drywall is irregular to the left of the bottom hinge, needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Right of Door 214A, adhesive on the wall needs to be repaired. 5 . Drywall at the floor level where the vinyl base is to be installed numerous areas inside comer missing drywall, irregularities all need to be sanded smooth to receive to the vinyl base. 6. West wall, electrical quad outlet, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the electrical outlet. Also, on this wall about the middle of the wall there are gouges and material on paint on the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. North wall, East end electrical outlet needs to be cleaned of paint. 8. South wall, second electrical outlet to the West, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the outlet. Office 215 1 . No door installed at this time. 2. Bottom outside face of stop on the hinged side needs to be repainted. 3 . Carpet at this area on the outside face of the right side of the door frame is cut too short from the door frame. 4. Left side bottom left inside of Office 215, drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Light switch, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and switch needs to be set plumb . 6. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler heads needs to be replaced. Red mark on the tile. Office 216 1 . Upright metal door frame chip in the paint that has been painted over needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Hollow metal door frame, bottom right chips in the paint, needs to be repainted. 3 . To the left of Door 216A, inside the office fingerprints on the wall need to be cleaned. Also to the right drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted and also needs to be painted where it abuts the hollow metal door frame. 4 . To the left of Door 216A, center of the wall to the left of electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the bottom left and right of this same area there are imperfections in the drywall, needs to sanded and repainted. 5 . On the South wall between the light switch and electrical outlet to the left of Door 216, approximately 30" off the floor, there is a horizontally irregularity in the drywall, this needs to be taken care of. East wall , top left near the Return Air Grille, marks on the drywall, fingerprints also in the center of this same wall needs to be repainted. Office 217 1 . Bottom right inside face of door needs to be cleaned carpet adhesive. 2. Door frame for 217A, top right inside corner at the stops need to be filled in and repainted. 3. Top left of Door 217 is a crack in the drywall up to the ceiling, this needs to be patched and repainted . 4. Door frame 217 needs to be cleaned of carpet glue and repainted wherever there is any mix, etc. 5 . Inside to the left of door frame 217 , drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. The complete length of the door. 6. Top right edge of door frame inside is dented needs to be patched and repaired. Also, drywall needs to be sanded at the door head and repainted. 7. Electrical outlet to the left of Door 217, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where there is irregularity. 8. Any areas in this room where drywall has carpet adhesive on it needs to be removed prior to painting. 9. Right side of Door 217 drywall is very irregular from the carpet up, needs to be sanded and repainted. Office 218 1 . Door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. 2. Bottom left and right sides are chipped and also middle of the frame on the left is chipped needs to be repainted on the outside face. 3. Bottom left of door 218 drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the right side on the top edge. 4. Acoustical grid just above Door 218 needs to be cleaned of paint. 5 . Electrical outlets to the left of Door 218 the drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler heads, fingerprints need to be cleaned or replaced. Conference 219A 1 . Right side of Door 219A on the outside face, door frame is dented. Also, adhesive on the door and numerous areas of the door paint has been chipped. 2. Inside face of door frame bottom left and bottom right doorjamb is dented. 3 . Left of Door 219A, drywall needs to be patched and repaired to left of electrical outlet. Also, a hole adjacent to the fire alarm horn strobe, needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Adhesive on wall, fingerprints, etc. , needs to be patched and repaired. On the South and the East walls . 5 . Exterior wall the accent wall, drywall around the electrical outlet needs to he sanded and repainted. Drywall is irregular. 6. Left inside comer at the exterior wall where the field color and the accent color have been cut in is irregular, this needs to be cut in clean. 7 . West wall to the right of Door 219A paint on the wall needs to be removed and repainted . 8 . Bottom right where the vinyl base is, drywall is very irregular. Needs to be patched, sanded smooth and repainted. 9. Chip in the ceiling grid the 2"0 main runner off the exterior wall and to the left of the exterior window and the 2 x 2 light fixture, chip in the finish. Open Office Area 220 1 . To the right of Door 217A needs to be sanded and repainted at the door jamb. 2. To the right of Door 218A between 218A door frame and the electrical outlet irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted D O N A D I O & Associates , Architects, P.A . Drywall between Doors 232A and 233A irregularities in the drywall above the vinyl base, needs to be patched and repaired. Also to the left of 232A, drywall is irregular where it abuts the hollow metal door frame on the left and the right sides need to be sanded and repainted. 4. Drywall to bottom left of Door 219A needs to be sanded and repainted, Drywall is irregular. Also, on the middle of this wall between 219A and 233A wall needs to be patched. 5 . Drywall at fire alarm horn strobe to the left of 219A needs to be patched and repaired. 6. Drywall to the right of Door 219A approximately 3 feet up the wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. 7 . Drywall to the bottom left of Door 222A needs to be sanded and repainted and needs to be cleaned of adhesive . 8 . Drywall around Data Outlet 19D & 20D on the South wall of Open Office Area 220, irregularity in the drywall between the Data Outlet and the Quad Outlet, needs to be sanded and repainted . 9 . Drywall to top right of Data Outlets 15D & 16D, irregularities, need to be sanded and repainted. 10. Drywall between Data Outlet 15D, 16D & 13D & 14D, fingerprints on the wall, good portion of this wall between these two Data Outlets needs to be repainted. 11 . Quad outlet to the right of Data Outlet I ID & 12D, bottom drywall paper is tom, needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 12. Bottom right at Door 221A drywall is very irregular, needs to be repainted. Also, at this same location the door frame is dented above the bottom hinge and Door 220A, IA is missing a hinge . 13 . Ceiling grid just to the right of Door 218A approximately 4 ceiling tiles off the North wall is cut too short. Also, in this same area, ceiling around the Return Air Grille needs to be replaced, fingerprints throughout. 14. In front of Door 232A to the right, 3 ceiling tiles off the North wall , right edge is chipped. 15 . Ceiling tile to the left of Door 219A , lir` ceiling tile off the wall, right edge is chipped. Office 222 1 . Bottom right outside edge of glass and frame glazing adhesive is on the glass, needs to be cleaned up. 2. Door frame 222A needs to be cleaned of adhesive. 3 . Bottom left and right door frame needs to be touched up with paint. 4. Right side comer just to the right of Door 222 and Secretarial 223 corner bead is damaged. 5 . East wall to the right of Door 222A, irregularities in the drywall below the electrical outlet and about the middle and right end of the wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, true of the North wall at the inside corner. 6. East wall about the middle of the wall, paint on the wall needs to be removed. 7 . South wall middle of wall above the vinyl base nick in the drywall has been painted over, needs to be patched and repaired. 8 . Top right of Door 222, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted at the right side of the jamb. Secretarial 223 1 . There is an open office area to the right of Door 222, drywall from the carpet up approximately 30" needs to be sanded and repainted. Pin holes in the drywall mud. 2 . To the top right of the wall adjacent to Office 222 ceiling grid is broken, not connected at the access panel to the above ceiling equipment. Office 224 1 . Bottom right of Door 224 outside face needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. Also on the inside face . 2. Door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. 3 . Light switch to right of Door 224 irregularity in the drywall top edge and the light switch in the bottom edge, needs to be sanded and repainted. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A . North wall, water stains, some type of liquid stain on the drywall needs to be repainted . Also, to the bottom of the electrical outlet in this same location there is an irregularity in the drywall . Needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Bottom left jamb of the window opening needs to be sanded and repainted. Outside edge is very irregular. 6. In front of Door 224 approximately 6 to 7 feet, dark area in the carpet. Not sure if this is part of the carpet or something got on the carpet. Where carpet was installed, carpet tiles were installed incorrectly. Oven Office Area 225 1 . North wall the wall adjacent to Office 224 to the bottom left of the electrical outlet is irregularity in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 2. Drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. 3. East wall, drywall below Data Outlet 29D & 30D needs to be patched and repaired, nick in the drywall. Also, drywall around the Quad Outlet in this same location needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Quad Outlets to the right and left of Data Outlet 35D, 36D, 37D & 38D needs to be cleaned of paint. 5. South wall the wall adjacent to Office 203 irregularities in the drywall about center portion and also and carpet adhesive on the drywall . 6. West wall at the Computer Room 226, hollow metal paint on the drywall needs to be removed and drywall needs to be repainted . 7. Top right and left of the hollow metal widow frame, the window head complete length drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. West wall opposite Office 224, fingerprints and carpet glue on the wall, needs to be repainted. 9. About a dozen ceiling tiles are missing in Room 225A Open Office area. . 10. Ceiling to the top right corner of Office 224, approximately 2°d full file off that outside comer is chipped. 11 . Ceiling grid between Office Area 224 and Supply Grille along central file room wall, grid is dirty. 12 . Ceiling tile off the exterior window, the 2°d window from Office 224, 4ih tile off the wall is chipped. Computer Room 226 1 . Computer Room 226 is not complete and will punched out at later date. Production Room 227 1 . Door 227A inside face has been sanded, needs to be finished completely. Also, bottom middle of the door has a scratch in it. 2 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint on the bottom right and left approximately 16" up from the floor. 3 . Drywall to the left of Door 227A needs to be sanded and repainted just above the bottom hinge, irregular. Also, in this same area there appears to be a bulge in the drywall. 4. Bottom left where Data Outlet 13D & 14D, marks on the drywall need to be cleaned and painted. 5 . Top right of Data Outlet I ID & 12D mark on the drywall needs to be cleaned. 6. Southwest inside comer needs to be sanded to receive vinyl base. 7. South wall above the Easternmost duplex outlet, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and also, marks on the drywall needs to be cleaned and repainted. 8. Door 228A inside face at door frame of Production 227 , left side, the bottom left is damaged, dented, and also door frame needs to be touched-up with paint on the bottom right and left sides. 9. Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 228A and Room 227 is damaged. Finish is chipped. That is also true of the ceiling grid adjacent to Supply Air Grille and 1 ceiling tile off the heat detector and sprinkler head. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. At all interior doors where the carpet joints are and where the carpets cut at the door jambs, right and left side need to be secured properly to the floor. Numerous area of the carpet does not have sufficient adhesive or is not cut tight to the door frame. 6. Drywall around electrical outlets needs to be sanded and repainted. That is typical of all electrical outlets in the Conference Room 203. 7 . All wood doors need to be cleaned of dirt and debris on the face. 8 . All drywall at hollow metal door frames at the door heads where the drywall abuts the metal frame head needs to be sanded and repainted, numerous areas are rough and irregular and have not been painted thoroughly. 9. All Fire Alarm Horn Strobes needs to be caulked and set plumb and level in the drywall where ever they occur. 10. No silencers installed in all hollow metal door frames. 11 . Unless otherwise noted no vinyl base has been installed in the Offices of this Building 2, Second Floor East. 12 . All water coolers, drinking fountains , need to be caulked where they abut the drywall . 13 . All hollow metal frames need to be caulked where they abut the vinyl tile . 14. All electrical outlet covers , data covers, fire alarm pull stations , etc . need to set plumb and level in the wall . 15 . All windows on the interior face need to be cleaned of paint overspray on the frame and on the glass. 16. With the plastic wrap on all the ceiling light fixtures unable to do al Punchlist on the lights . This will have to done on a later date. 17. All light switches need to be cleaned of paint. 18. All drywall corners to the jamb side of doors need to be sanded and repainted where the drywall patch compound or tape compound has been put in place. Very rough and irregular. 19. All cabinet doors and drawers need to be adjusted so that they set plumb and level when closed properly. 20. Need to look at all main ceiling grid runners and the joints of those runners to make sure that they set flush and tight. This Punch List is not a Final Punch List, it is a Preliminary Punch List for the efforts of documenting the condition of the space prior to furniture being installed in the East end of Building 2, Second Floor.
