Corridor 103
L Door 103A — Door 103A needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and drywall mud.
2. Door is scratched at the inside face at the exit devices.
3 . Hollow metal frames need to be repainted inside and out.
4. Above Door 103A drywall needs to be repainted above the top right edge and also drywall where it abuts the
hollow metal frame 103A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
5 . West wall outside corner to the left of Tax Collectors door drywall is damaged needs to be patched and
repaired. That is also true of the outside and inside corner of this projection wall.
6. Door 103A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris outside and inside faces are scratched.
7 . Hollow metal door frame needs silencers and need to be repainted.
8. Right outside corner to the door leading into the Tax Collectors office and to the left of Door 103A outside
corner is chipped needs to be patched and repaired. That is also same with the right outside corner of Door
301 A, marks in the drywall need to be patched and repaired.
9. Outside corner of vinyl base needs to be adhered.

Corridor 103 (continued)
10. Drywall wall between Door 301A and 303B above the vinyl base needs to be repainted and also to the left of
the outside corner by Door 303B drywall needs to be repainted along with scratches and dents on the outside
corner.
11 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame 303B above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. That is also
true at the top right and left comers on the right side of the hollow metal frame completely around Door 303B ,
the drywall needs to be repainted.
12. Vinyl base to the right of Door 303B is not setting flush to the wall, needs to be removed, sanded and re-
installed.
13. Paint needs to be removed from the hinges of Door 303B .
14. Right outside corner of Door 303B above the vinyl base door is damaged. This needs to be repaired.
15 . Length of wall from Door 303B to Door 311A the wall needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall dust and
touched up and repainted where necessary where the finish has been damaged.
16. Drywall around Door 311A needs to be completely repainted, door has just been recently installed, hollow
metal frame 311A has not been painted.
17 . Floor tile has been chipped up to install the hollow metal door frame to the left of the Door 311A and to the
right of hollow metal door frame 311 A .
18. Door 311A has no view lights installed.
19. Drywall needs to be repainted completely around the right and left sides and tops of Doors 31 IA.
20. Fire extinguisher cabinet still has painter tape around it.
21 . Exterior Door 103B - Ceramic tile needs to be grouted at the threshold and at the removable mullion .
22 . Exterior hollow metal Door 103B needs to be repainted inside and the jambs right and left sides .
23 . Access panel to the right of hollow metal door 103B needs to be painted, finish is chipped . It is white finish
at this time.
24. Head of hollow metal frame where the removable mullion has been attached, needs to be sanded and
repainted.
25 . Painters tape needs to be removed from fire alarm pull station, fire alarm horn strobe and electrical outlets in
this area.
26. Ceiling tile is missing in 6 locations in this area in front of Door 103B .
27. Boxed out column to the right of Door 103B no ceiling grid installed around that boxed out area.
28. Drop ceiling in front of Doors 211A and 401A & B ceiling tile not in place .
29. Drywall ceiling in front of Door 311A needs to be touched-up with paint along the complete perimeter
adjacent to the wall. Also, drywall opening at the sprinkler heads in front of Door 311A and in front of door
401A & B opening cut too large needs to be patched and repaired .
30. Light fixture, can lights need to set flush and level to the drywall .
31 . West end of drywall ceiling bottom edge is chipped, needs to be repainted.
32. Ceiling tile in the area from Alcove for 311A down to the end of Corridor 103 numerous ceiling tiles are out
of place.
33 . Ceiling grid adjacent to west face of the dropped ceiling in front of Doors 311A needs to be cleaned of
drywall mud, etc . Also, ceiling tile to the left needs to be refinished, this is chipped.
34. Drywall to the left of Door 401B needs to be repainted, spots in the drywall finish.
35 . Hollow metal door frame 401B needs to be repainted on the sides and at the head where the drywall abuts the
head needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
36. Hollow metal frame 401 A needs to be repainted completely .
37 . Transition strips needed between the carpet and ceramic tile at Door 401A and 401 B .
38. Door 401A inside left edge finish is scratched.
39. Drywall to the right of hollow metal frame 401A needs to be repainted where the metal frame abuts the
drywall .

40. Outside corner to door 401A needs to be repainted where it has been chipped, top and bottom.
41 . Drywall at the outside corner of the wall in front of Door 401 A at the ceiling level needs to be repainted
completely along the length of that wall between Door 401A and 108A. Insufficient coats of paint.
42. Exterior Door 103B hollow metal doorjamb the fasteners need to be patched, sanded and repainted. Heads
are exposed at this time.
43 . Drywall between Door 401A and 108A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and touched-up with paint along
the complete length at numerous areas above the vinyl base where there are gouges in the drywall and glue on
the wall, etc .
44. Door 108A hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted.
45. Metal door frame needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris.
46. Top right corner and top left comer of the hollow metal frame is bent.
47. Drywall to the top left comer of Door 108A appears to have been an irregularity in the drywall finish, needs
to be sanded and repainted.
48. Drywall in hollow metal door frame 107A needs to be repainted completely.
49. Top right of door frame 107A drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
50. Bottom right of Door 107A is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
51 . Three ceiling tiles out of place in front of Door 301 A.
52 . Ceiling grid top left corner leading out to Door 103A grid is damaged and has drywall mud on it, needs to be
cleaned and repainted, repaired.
53. Ceiling tiles in front of Door 303B four ceiling tiles out of place.
54. Ceiling tiles between Door 311 , 303B and 311A six ceiling tiles out of place.
55 . Ceiling tile about the middle of the way between Door 303B and 31 IA damaged at the center. Also, to the
right of this same area edge of the ceiling tile damaged.
Data Room 107
1 . Outside edge of door is chipped, needs to be cleaned of paint and debris.
2. Outside face is chipped at the center of the door and inside face needs to be cleaned of drywall debris and
yellow paint on the hinge side and the bottom of the door.
3 . Top right comer of hollow metal frame 107 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud.
4. Boxed out column area vinyl base needs to be cleaned of glue.
Electrical Room 108
1 . Outside face of Door 108 needs to be cleaned of paint on the bottom edge of the door.
2. Inside face of Door 108 needs to be cleaned of drywall dust and paint.
3 . Drywall to the right and above Door 108 needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is very irregular above and
below the Siemens panel to the right of Door 108.
4. Ceiling tile needs to be cut neat and clean around conduit penetration, this should trimmed out at all possible
with sand grid.
5 . Electrical outlet cover plates need to be cleaned of paint.
6. Plywood backboard needs to be touched-up with paint where the fire proof paint has been damaged.
Tax Collector Area
1 . Door 201 - Doors need to be cleaned of dirt and debris and scratches on the interior face .
2. Hollow metal door frames need to be repainted.
3 . Removable mullion not installed.
4. Satellite to the right of Door 201 frame needs to be sanded and repainted .

Tax Collector Area (continued)
5 . Coral cast column to the right of the side light at Door 201 , coral cast base where it abuts the drywall is very
irregular, unacceptable. That is also typical at the head, capital, of the coral cast column on the right and left
sides.
6. Electrical outlet to the right of the coral cast column and also Door 201 cover plate missing. Also, in this
same area of the Johnson control box needs to be set plumb and level to the wall and cleaned of paint.
7. Need to make sure that the coral cast columns are caulked where they abut the ceramic tile floors and the
drywall.
8. All window sills on the south wall need to be cleaned of paint at the underside and the edges.
9. Hollow metal strorefront windows on the south wall need to be cleaned of paint and caulking in numerous
areas. Also, drywall jambs need to be painted in locations where there are insufficient coats of paint and also
the outside edges of the drywall jambs where they have been chipped in side window locations.
10. South wall to the left of Door 201B outlet box is exposed.
11 . Fire Extinguisher to the right of Door 201B needs to be caulked to the wall and the protective covering
removed.
12. Electrical outlet to the right of Door 201B needs to be cleaned of paint.
13 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris throughout the whole floor area. Numerous
areas have white and gray paint throughout out on different riles .
14. Coral cast column to the left of Door 201 needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris .
15 . Quad outlet to the left of the coral cast column needs cover plate installed.
16. Duplex electrical outlet to the right of the data outlet 45/46 needs paint removed from the electrical device.
17 . Door 203A — Hollow metal frame on the outside needs to be touched-up with paint.
I & To the right of Door 202A right hand side corner paint needs to be cut in properly. At this location there is
two paint colors and they overlap in the inside comer.
19 . Door frame 202A left side needs to be cleaned of paint.
20. East and wall between Door 202A and to the left towards the Reception Area needs to be touched-up with
paint that is on the east and south side fingerprints, dirt, etc.
21 . Drywall header over the Tax Collector Reception counter running the complete length of this space, outside
edge where the vertical face meets the ceiling horizontal, paint cut in is very irregular and not acceptable.
Also, chips on the edges need to be patched and repainted.
22. Drywall ceiling at the westernmost coral cast column, between Reception Area 201 and Open Office Area
202 directly in front of the drive thru window, pencil marks on the ceiling need to be cleaned. Also, to the
east of this same coral cast column in the drive thm area drywall opening cut too large around the can light,
needs to be patched and repaired.
23 . Drop ceiling over the Reception counter to the west of door 201 numerous can lights drywall opening cut too
large, needs to be patched and repaired starting on the east end of 2nd and 41Il can lights .
24. Drop ceiling over the Tax Collector Reception area A/C grilles fingerprints on the drywall need to be cleaned
and repainted .
Reception Area 201
1 . Acoustical ceiling tiles that cover about 10% are missing, not in place.
2. Ceiling grid above Door 202A finish is damaged on the grid.
3 . Ceiling grid to the right of Door 202A next to the coral cast column uneven , needs to be corrected, not setting
flush.
4. Light fixture along the south exterior wall the easternmost light fixture prismatic lens is dented. Also going to
the west the 3rd light fixture off the Atrium wall prismatic lens is dented.
5 . Ceiling grid along the face of the drop header needs to be cleaned of accent color paint.

Reception Area 201 (continued)
6. Ceiling grid to the left of the westernmost coral cast column on the north side joint in the grid is unacceptable;
finish on the grid is damaged.
7 . Ceiling tile to the west of the 3rd light fixture coming off of Door 201 and the 2 full ceiling tile off the
drywall header chip in the rile .
8. Door 202A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris .
9. Transition strip is needed between ceramic tile floor and the carpet at Door 202A.
10. Outside corner of Work Room 203 in the Open Office area 206 just in front of Door 202A paint finish around
this corner needs to be touched-up with paint. Wall has fingerprints, dirt, etc. That is the complete wall from
Door 202A to the outside corner and from outside corner to borrowed light 203.
11 . Green accent wall along Office 205 and the partial wall at the end of Corridor 208 and Open Office Area 205
needs to be repainted, fingerprints, scratch, dirt and debris on the wall.
12. Hollow metal door 205A needs to be repainted on the left and right jambs approximately 12 inches up off the
floor. Also, left jamb hinge side is bent at the floor of the door frame.
13 . Green accent wall the outside wall of Office 205 on either the left and right side of borrowed light 205 needs
to be repainted in numerous areas .
14. Borrowed light 204 and BL2 that is the right of Door 204A top left corner needs to be cleaned of green accent
color.
15 . Hollow metal door frame 204A needs to be touched-up with paint the he base.
16. Cabinetry along the east exterior wall at the drive thru area needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall, the
base cabinets and the back splash.
17. Back splash to the right of drive thru window joint in the back splash is unacceptable, irregular.
18. Drive thru window sill is unfinished.
19. Back splash to the left of the drive thru window has caulking and drywall mud on it, needs to be cleaned off.
Also, edges of the drywall opening to the drive thru window needs to be patched and repaired.
20. Back splash along the south exterior wall needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and that is the same
with base cabinet.
21 . Southernmost knee space underneath the drive thru window drywall cut out around junction box is very
irregular, needs to be neat and clean. Also, center knee space there is an opening between the knee space and
the sill of the drive thru window.
22. Electrical outlet to the right of the F4 window and exterior wall at the drive thru area, needs to be cleaned of
paint.
23 . Back side of drop soffit at Open Office Work Area 206 & 202, ceiling grid needs to be cleaned of black paint.
Also, joints at the radius of the grid in this area are excessive, this needs to be corrected and be cleaned of
drywall mud.
24. Header between the outside corner of Work Room 203 and Office 205 where the grid abuts this header, not
acceptable, west side of the grid is a double ceiling grid butted together, irregular, voids in it, drywall mud,
etc ., southeast fingerprints, paint, unacceptable, ceiling tile setting uneven the complete length of this header.
25 . Ceiling tile in front of the borrowed light window 203 just to the right of exist sign chip in the tile.
Office 201
1 . Door 204A — Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed for Door 204A.
2. Finish on the metal of view light frame needs to be repainted inside and out. Paint is peeling off.
3 . Door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris.
4. Drywall around electrical outlet to the left from Door 204A needs to be sanded and repainted. This is also
true of the light switch, drywall is irregular.
5 . Pocket Door 205B bottom right and bottom left drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular.

Office 201 (continued)
6. To the left of hollow metal door frame 205B at the latching device height drywall is irregular, needs to be
sanded and repainted.
7 . Hollow metal frame at the head stops for the pocket door needs to be caulked and repainted . Also, the head
track for the pocket door is unacceptable, screws do not engage for the stops into anything and the exposed
wood can be seen.
8. Drywall to the left of Door 205B and to the right of Data outlet 31/32 just above the vinyl base to the left and
the right of the data outlet needs to be sanded and repainted.
9. Drywall around quad outlet to the left of the data outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall irregular.
10. Desk set in place in this room, unable to physical see condition of the wall at borrowed light 204 BLl .
11 . Drywall above light 204 BLl needs to be sanded and repainted at the hollow metal window frame .
12. Ceiling grid in front of Door 204A is chipped, that is the 2°d one off the exterior wall and the ls` the above the
left side of the door.
13 . Ceiling grid the 1st ceiling grid off the south wall and 4`' full tile off the west wall, finish on the tile is
damaged.
14. Ceiling tile ls` full tile off the east wall, 2"d full ceiling tile off the north wall tile is chipped.
Work Room 203
1 . This room is full of chairs from wall to wall. This room can not be completely punched out due to the chairs .
Unable to access the borrowed light 203 BL from inside of Work Room 203 , needs to he punched out at a
later date.
2. Door 203 - Hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint inside and out.
3 . Inside top right corner of the door frame is bent.
4. Door 203A is a Dutch door, inside face of Dutch door shelf needs to be finished, unfinished at this time .
5 . Inside face of Door 203A, chips in the finish, top right at the dead bolt and lockset, etc.
6. Vinyl base to the left of Door 203 needs to be re-adhered.
7 . Left of Door 203A drywall needs to be repainted from the vinyl base up, insufficient coats of paint.
8 . Light switch covers and light finish device needs to be cleaned of paint.
9. Ceiling grid above 203A full of drywall mud and paint, this needs to be cleaned.
Office 205
1 . Desk has been set in place in this room.
2. View light in pocket door 205B has not been installed.
3 . Door 205A - Metal view light frame needs to be repainted, paint is chipping especially no paint on the screw
head.
4. Outside face of door bottom edge needs to be cleaned of paint and finish has been chipped.
5 . Borrowed light 205 BL2 hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint to the left jamb and top head
and also drywall where it abuts the head of the frame needs to be sanded and repainted.
6. Hollow metal door frame 205A bottom right of the door is dented.
7. Vinyl base to the left of 205A needs to be cleaned and also inside comer needs to be repainted.
8. To the left of Door 205A drywall around electrical outlet needs to be repainted.
9. Left side of hollow metal door frame from the vinyl base up to the strike needs to be repainted and
re-caulked.
10. Borrowed light 205 BL1 that is the narrow view light in the east wall of Office 205 , frame needs to be
repainted completely.
11 . Two ceiling tiles misplaced at this time.
12 . Ceiling tile between boxed out column and A/C diffusers tile is chipped.

Work Room 207
1 . Hollow metal door frame 207 bottom left is dented.
2. Left side of Door 207 between the bottom hinge and the middle hinge edges are chipped.
3 . Inside face of Door 207 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris.
4. Right of door 207 vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud.
5. General areas throughout this room of the vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt, debris and
paint.
6. Drywall around electrical outlet between the metal borrowed light 205 and borrowed light 204 needs to be
patched and repaired .
7. Inside face of hollow metal door frame 204 BLl needs to be repainted on the bottom left edge.
8. West wall data outlet D04 drywall opening cut too large needs to be patched and repaired.
9. East wall electrical outlet cover plates not installed.
10. Electrical outlet to the right of north exterior wall and window drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
11 . Six ceiling tiles not in place at this time/
12 . Northeast inside corner ceiling tile has paint on it.
13 . Outside corner coming off of Door 207A is chipped and needs to be repainted in numerous areas.
14. Drywall on the outside of Door 207 top left corner needs to be repainted and the drywall where it abuts the
header of the metal frame, door frame needs to be sanded and repainted.
15. Drywall around fire alarm horn strobe to the left of Door 207 opening cut tool large needs to be patched and
repaired. Also, in this same area carpet glue on the walls.
16. Right of Door 207A outside corner vinyl base is not adhering.
17. Open alcove to the right of Work Room 207 furniture is installed completely in this area. Walls need to be
touched-up with paint in numerous locations.
18. Back wall drywall needs to be patched and repaired around electrical outlet and electrical outlet cover needs
to be set flush to the drywall. This is the Office Alcove between Work Room 207 and Office 210.
19. Above this area alcove two ceiling tiles missing not in place.
20. Left outside corner to the left of Door 210A fingerprints on the drywall needs to be repainted .
Office 210
1 . Door 210A - Bottom left of hollow metal door frame 210A is damaged.
2. To of hollow metal door frame where drywall abuts it needs to b sanded, caulked and repainted.
3 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted from the floor up approximately 18 to 24 inches .
4. Inside face of Door 210 below the view light finish has been damaged, irregular.
5 . West wall above the vinyl base carpet glue on the wall .
6. Exterior window on the west wall right side drywall jamb needs to be repainted.
7 . North wall electrical outlet to the far right drywall around the outlet is irregular needs to be sanded and
repainted.
8. Boxed out column drywall surface above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. Also, the outside corners
where the vinyl base is not adhered to this outside column area.
9. Electrical outlet to the left f Door 210 the outlet device needs to be cleaned of paint and the outlet needs to be
set plumb and level.
10. Two ceiling tiles not in place.
11 . Ceiling grid around the boxed out column is not setting flush to the drywall . Also, ceiling grid between the
boxed out column and the north wall has paint on it, that is the grid along the wall.
12. Drywall to the right of Door 210 and to the Vestibule on Corridor 208 side needs to be patched and repaired
above the vinyl base, drywall is damaged and also glue on the wall.

Vestibule 211
1 . Transition strip needed between the ceramic tile and the carpet.
2. Right and left outside corners where the ceramic tile and vinyl base meet the transition is not acceptable.
3 . Floor tile is not grouted at the exterior door.
4. Top left comer and the drywall above the door to the left of exterior Door 211 A needs to be repainted.
5 . Outside edges drywall jambs leading to Door 211 need to be repainted.
6. Hollow metal door and frame inside face needs to be completely repainted.
7 . North wall around borrowed light 213 drywall needs to be touched-up with paint, fingerprints, dirt, chips in
the paint.
S. Borrowed light hollow metal frame 213 needs to be repainted at the head and the jamb and sill, in numerous
areas outside edges are chipped and bottom right corner is dented. Also, edges /sides of the hollow metal
frame where it abuts the drywall need to be sanded and repainted.
Office 213
1 . Bottom left of hollow metal Door 213 , hollow metal frame is damaged.
2. Hollow metal frame the strike side needs to be repainted, fingerprints all over the door.
3 . Drywall where it abuts the head of Door 213 needs to be sanded and caulked and repainted. That is the head
and the top right jamb.
4. Bottom right inside corner within to the right of Door 213 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
5 . Drywall around hollow metal door frame at the head needs to be sanded, painted and re-caulked .
6. Top left corner of hollow metal borrowed light is damaged.
7. Drywall to the bottom hollow metal borrowed light, drywall needs to be patched and repaired.
8. Right inside comer above the vinyl base at the exterior wall needs to be sanded and repainted just above the
base.
9. Drywall around the light switch needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular.
10. Top left corner of hollow metal door frame 213 needs to be repainted.
11 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame from the floor up to the strike needs to be sanded, caulked and
repainted.
12. Two ceiling not in place .
13 . Ceiling grid above Door 213 needs to be cleaned of dirt.
14. Ceiling tile in the far northeast comer next to the return air grille is chipped.
15 . Outside wall of Office 215 to the right of Door 213 bottom right above the vinyl base pencil marks , paint on
the wall needs to be repainted.
16. Electrical outlets between Door 213 and 214 drywall need to be sanded and repainted.
17. Drywall to the bottom left of Door 214 needs to be patched and repaired.
Office 214
1 . Hollow metal door frame 214 bottom left is damaged. Also, at the middle hinge.
2. Drywall to the left of door frame 214 needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the head where
the drywall abuts the hollow metal door frame head and the bottom right above the vinyl base.
3 . To the right of Door 214 inside the office area drywall and hollow metal frame needs to be sanded where it
abuts the drywall approximately 12- 18 inches off the floor. Also, inside corner of vinyl base is not adhered
