Building 2 - 2"d Floor Punch List
Atrium
1 Floor Atrium carpeting not completely installed.
2. No vinyl base installed.
3 . No ceiling tile installed.
4. Dura-plex wall finished. It has just been installed. No chair rail.
5 . Carpet down approximately 75% at the 2"d Floor Atrium. Has not been protected .
6. All windows and doors have been taped and protected including the railing for painting. The protection is
still in place.
7. No tile on the stair treads and landings.
8. Drywall ceiling of the main Atrium area in-complete and painted.
9. Perimeter of the drywall ceiling has been covered with paper during the installation of dura-plex wall finish.
10. Drywall ceiling in atrium south end screw heads showing at the West A/C Grille. Also, opening around the
recess can lighting in this same area is cut too large, needs to he patched and repaired.
11 . Sprinkler head up the center of the Atrium of the South side opening cut too large, needs to be patched and
repaired.
12. Drywall ceiling above borrowed light 501 BLI , marks on the ceiling need to be repainted. Also, in this same
area sprinkler head in front of drinking fountain, opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired.

Atrium (continued)
13. Sprinkler head in front of Door 2.2 - 201 A opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired.
14. Ceiling needs to be refinished, drywall finish on the North side looking South by the paint finish overlaps, not
a uniform finish.
15. Drywall header between the drywall ceiling and the acoustical ceiling, edges are very rough and irregular,
needs to he sanded and repainted.
16. Acoustical ceiling grid is installed ceiling tile approximately 10% installed at this time, only at light fixture
and A/C Grilles.
17. Boxed out column to the left of the Men' s Restroom 102 needs to be repainted, finish on scuff marks . Also,
drywall casing head is cracking at the top by the acoustical ceiling.
Men's Restroom 102
1 . Restroom needs to be cleaned completely.
2. No paper towel and trash receptacle installed .
3 . No lighting installed at this time.
4. Ceramic tile needs to be completely cleaned. Also, inside corner needs to be grouted, not grouted at this time
to the inside of the ceramic tile corner.
5 . Exhaust Grille does not set plumb to the room
6. Ceiling needs to be re-worked above the Fire Alarm Junction Box .
7. A/C Grille does not set plumb to the walls of the room.
8. Left side of the door inside below the center hinge the door is damaged and also, inside face is scratched.
9. No silencers installed in the door.
10. The same is true for all Women' s Restroom 103 .
Janitors Closet
1 . Drywall, frames and doors are not tight and protective of painting.
2. No vinyl base or vinyl floor installed.
3 . Walls need to be finished painting.
4. This room is not in the condition to be punched .
Door 2.2 - 201A
1 . Door at this time is covered with painting on interior side.
2. Window frame for the view light paint is peeling, needs to be redone.
3 . Inside face of door, window frame and view light is also scratched.
4. Door frame needs to be completely repainted it has been sanded in numerous areas.
Reception Room 201
1 . Drywall to the left and right of Door 201 needs to be repainted at the base on either side.
2. Vinyl base is not completely installed.
3 . Outside comer of the masonry shaft wall, vinyl base is not adhered. Also, drywall on the outside corner is
irregular, pencil marks on the wall needs to be corrected.
4. East wall between masonry chase and Door 203 scratched on the drywall above the vinyl base need to be
patched and repaired.
5 . Drywall wall between Doors 203 & 204 electrical outlet has been patched and repaired, needs to be sanded
and repainted. Also, vinyl base needs to be cleaned in this same area.
6. Center of the wall touch up marks on the wall not acceptable this is typical throughout the whole wall , needs
to be redone.
7 . North wall of Reception 201 between Doors 307A & 307B at the Conference Room, drywall needs to be
repainted above the vinyl base and to the right of the fire extinguisher cabinet.

Reception Room 201 continued)
8 . Fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall.
9 . Wall is full of drywall dust and fingerprints. Needs to be cleaned and repainted if necessary .
10. Boxed out column between Doors 307A & 201B need to be repaired at the base. Vinyl base not adhering at
the outside corners and also drywall mud and dust at this location needs to be patched and repaired.
11 . Bottom left of Door 201B drywall is irregular just above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted.
12. Drywall between the two electrical outlets at the center of the wall needs to be repainted . Also, touchup
marks fingerprints, etc. , on this wall in numerous areas need to repainted if necessary .
13 . West end of drywall exterior wall on the wall adjacent to Work Room 303, electrical outlets cut-in have been
patched, needs to be sanded and repainted.
14. West exterior wall windows need to be cleaned of drywall dust. No blinds have been hung at this time .
15 . Conan sills need to be cleaned of dirt and debris and paint.
16. Northernmost six glass window, below that window is scuff marks on the drywall , needs to be patched and
repaired. That is also true to the left between the Data outlets and this same window area of the wall needs to
be repainted.
17 . Glass window bottom left data outlet has been installed and patched & repaired, this needs to be sanded and
repainted.
18 . To the left of data outlet 27D & 28D approximately 2ft. there is a chip in the drywall needs to be patched and
repaired.
19. Left exterior wall needs to be completely repainted the complete length, patch work at the electrical outlets.
20. Drywall is not painted below the window sills .
21 . Drywall dust on vinyl base needs to be cleaned.
22. South near Northeast corner at Office 204A and exterior window up at the ceiling level tape at the joint for
the drywall is showing this needs to be patched, sanded and repainted.
23 . At this time ceiling grid installed, ceiling tile is only installed at the perimeter approximately 10% installed.
24. To hard to inspect the ceiling grid as far chips and damage until the ceiling tile has been installed.
Office 203
1 . Door 203A - Metal frame for view light window on exterior side, paint is chipped needs to be patched and
repaired.
2 . Door needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, mud, etc .
3 . No silencers in the door frame.
4. Door frame needs to be touched-up with paint inside and out, chips , etc. on the door frame.
5. No door stop installed for this Door 203 .
6. Hollow metal frame top left where it abuts the drywall above the light switch needs to be repainted around the
perimeter. Also, top right corner has wall paint on it needs to be cleaned and repainted .
7. West wall below the quad outlet drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, electrical outlet
covers needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris .
8 . Island wall between Office 203 & 204 where it abuts up against the fixed glass window outside face of the
wall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, top right edge of this window opening needs to be sanded and
repainted.
9 . No window blinds installed. All windows need to be cleaned of dirt and debris .
10. Westernmost window and Office 203 drywall needs to be caulked where it abuts the window sills.
11 . East wall drywall by the duplex electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted in numerous areas. Also,
this same location about the middle of the wall to the top left of the electrical outlet chip in the drywall needs
to be patched and repaired.
12. Drywall dented where the door lockset has been hitting the drywall due no wall stop installed.
13 . Ceiling tile installed in approximately 50% of the room.

Office 204
1 . Door 204 outside the hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted at the floor.
2. Vinyl base needs to be re-secured where it abuts the hollow metal door frame.
3 . No silencers installed in the door frame.
4. Door frame needs to be repainted. There are paint over-runs and appears to be spots by the paint on the door.
5. Door 204 lockset needs to be adjusted it is loose.
6. Door needs to be cleaned of paint.
7. Wall stop needs to be installed for Door 204.
8. Metal door view light frame is scratched, needs to be patched, repaired or repainted.
9. Outside face top metal frame is dented.
10. Top of door frame inside face needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, cleaned of drywall, dust and mud.
11 . Ceiling grid above Door 204 needs to be cleaned at the ceiling where it abuts the wall .
12. West wall of Office 204 left inside corner vinyl base cut too short needs to be corrected. Also, on this same
wall at the ceiling grid at the wall is either chipped or has dirt on it needs to be cleaned.
13 . No blinds installed in the windows at this time.
14. On the South and East inside corner, bottom comer needs to be repainted.
15. Quad outlet in this same location needs to have cover plate installed.
16. Light switch needs to be repainted where it has been patched and repaired.
17. Hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive.
18. Ceiling tile installed approximately 50% .
19. Ceiling grid in front of the Westernmost window needs to be replaced, finish has been damaged.
Open Work Area 303
1 . Metal door frame 303 needs to be touched-up with paint, chips , drywall mud, carpet adhesive.
2. Metal view light frame is dented on the exterior side.
3 . Wood door needs to be cleaned of paint and fingerprints, scuff marks, etc .
4. Vinyl base along the East wall on either side of that the Doors 201B & 303B not installed.
5 . Drywall to the bottom left of hollow metal door frame 201B needs to be repainted.
6. Fire Extinguisher needs to be installed on the South wall .
7. Door 303A needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall dust, etc.
8. Door 303A needs to be touched-up with paint where there are scratches and carpet adhesive.
9. Light switch to the left of Door 303A needs to be straightened.
10. West wall has been added in Open Work Area 203A that is coming off the exterior wall approximately 1 /3 in
from the exterior wall . Door frame in place not painted, no doors installed at this time.
11 . New room created by this wall , vinyl base has not been completely installed.
12. Quad outlet in the northwest corner needs cover plate installed.
13 . Ceiling tile not installed at this time.
14. Remaining Open Work Area ceiling tile uninstalled around the perimeter.
Conference Room 307
1 . Door 307A hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and repainted where scratches along
the outside edges and also glue needs to be cleaned off the carpet. Outside and inside.
2 . Metal frames for door view light paint is chipped, needs to be repainted.
3 . Door needs to be cleaned of drywall mud.
4. Bottom right edge needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive.
5. Vinyl base not installed between Doors 307A & 307B .
6. Door 307B hollow metal frame needs to be repainted. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt, drywall dust, drywall
mud, etc .
7 . Top right of Door 307B drywall is irregular and needs to be sanded and repainted.

Conference Room 307 (continued)
8. To the right of Door 307B electrical outlet cover plate needs to be installed.
9. East wall borrowed light window 307, the hollow metal frame needs to be completely repainted . Also, this
wall needs to be repainted, numerous patches, etc.
10. West wall vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris.
11 . Quad outlet needs to have a cover plate installed in the west wall .
12. West wall to the right of the easternmost electrical outlet damage in the drywall needs to be patched and
repaired. Also, gouges in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired, repainted.
13 . Also, on this north wall to the west half there is a horizontal gouge above the vinyl base needs to be patched
and repaired.
14. Ceiling grid installed.
15 . Ceiling tile installed around the perimeter.
16. No ceiling tile installed at the interior of the ceiling grid.
17. Perimeter accent carpet rile joints are very visible . Needs to be looked at.
Corridor 105
1 . Door 105A door frame needs to be protected due to the dura-plex finish going on the wall and not Atrium
side.
2 . Bottom right inside face of Door 105, the door is damaged. Needs to be patched and repaired or replace.
3 . Metal window frame for the view light needs to be repainted on both sides. Paint is chipping.
4. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall mud, etc .
5 . Ceiling grid installed. A couple of areas need to be finished up down towards Door 105 and 503A.
6. Numerous ceiling grid are missing out of line, hanging loose. That is typical along the complete Corridor
105A.
7 . Ceiling grid only installed at sprinkler heads and A/C Grilles.
8 . South wall to the left of the electrical outlet, drywall around the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and
repainted, very irregular. Also, to the left of the electrical outlet approximately 217t., gouge in the drywall
needs to be patched and repaired. Also, going to the east approximately Wt., a gouge in the drywall above
the vinyl base.
9. Fire extinguisher cabinet to the right of Door 503A needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall. Also, to
the right of this area approximately 5Ft. , just above the vinyl base there is an irregularity in the drywall that
needs to be sanded and repainted.
10. Door 503A does not close properly in the frame. Is not engaged in the strike.
11 . Outside corners to the left and right of Door 503A alcove needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, vinyl base
in not adhering at the outside corners.
12. Drywall to the right of the Door 503A needs to be touched-up with paint and that is also true above the vinyl
base.
13 . Carpeting in this area is not been protected . Dust, dirt has been tracked throughout. Repair.
14. Drywall wall running from Door 503A to the east needs to be repainted. Fingerprints, scuff marks, roller
marks, finish not acceptable.
15. Door 105B Hollow metal frame has not been painted.
16. Doors need to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt, debris, etc.
17. To the left of Door 105B just to the right of Data Outlets 07D & 08D needs to be cleaned of drywall mud.
18. North wall of Office 106 off of Corridor 105 carpeting adhesive needs to be cleaned off the wall in this area.
19. Vinyl base running from Door 106A to 107A is not set level to the floor towards Door 107 . Needs to be
redone.
20. To the left of Door 107A drywall has carpet adhesive on it and also gouges in the drywall needs to be patched
and repaired.
21 . To the bottom left of the fire alarm hom strobe to the left of Door 107A, pencil marks on the wall need to be
repainted.

Corridor 105 (continued)
22. Approximately 7ft. to the left of door 107A just above the vinyl base and a foot above that irregularity in the
drywall needs to be patched and repaired.
23. Center of the wall between Doors 107A & 108A, a gouge in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be
patched and repaired.
24. Door 108A outside face is damaged needs to be taken care of.
25. Outside face of Door 108A is damaged at the center, large scratch on it needs to be patched and repaired.
26. Door frame 108A needs to be repainted where it is chipped at the outside edges and scuffed.
27. to the right of door 003B drywall needs to be patched and repaired at the bottom outside corner and at the
drywall between 108 and 003 .
28 . Door 003B at the stairwell does not close properly, needs to be adjusted. Also, wood trim for the view
window is damaged, the finish is peeling off, needs to be patched and repaired .
29. Door 314A — Needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris.
30. Hollow metal door does not set plumb in the door frame. Irregular gap at the top left and the bottom right
parts of the door frame at the head and the jamb.
31 . Carpet glue needs to be cleaned off the door frame and the door. Also, door frame bottom left is damaged,
needs to be repaired.
32. View light metal frame needs to be repainted, paint is chipping.
33. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall mud.
34. West wall to the left of Door 314A, carpet glue needs to be removed. Also, in this same area drywall mud or
chip just above the vinyl base needs to be cleaned and repainted.
35 . The complete length of this wall the Corridor wall adjacent to unfinished area 602 and the Computer Room,
fingerprints, drywall mud, dust, etc. needs to be cleaned, repainted if necessary .
36. Drywall opposite Door 106A, water spots on the drywall and also in this area just to the left of the water spots
gouges in the drywall need to be patched and repaired.
37. South outside corner of the Computer Services Room, drywall corner is damaged and also the drywall in this
area between the corner and electrical outlet needs to be repainted.
38 . Wall from the outside corner of the Computer Service and Corridor 105 down to Door 401 wall is scuffed,
fingerprints, drywall dust the complete length of the wall . This needs to be cleaned and repainted if
necessary .
39 . Any irregularities in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. Couple of locations at the center of the wall
above the vinyl base.
Electrical Room 108A
1 . Electrical Room 108A is not ready to punched out.
Computer Room 401
1 . Computer Room 401 not ready to be punched out.
Reception Area 501
1 . Door 503A does not close properly in the door frame.
2. Door 503A bottom right between the bottom and middle hinge edge is damaged.
3 . Door 503A inside edge above the lockset, door is damaged at the edge and also at the top left edge from the
inside.
4. Left inside corner to the left of Door 503A needs to be repainted where it has been patched.
5. Door frame needs to be repainted where the edges have been damaged and carpet glue is on these areas .
6. Vinyl base where it abuts the door frame for Door 502B needs to be re-secured. Not attached properly.
7. North face of drywall at the outside corner by Door 502B paint above the vinyl base needs to be repainted .
Insufficient coats of paint.

Reception Area 501 (continued)
S . Center of this wall the wall that runs along Work Room 502, painter tapes on the vinyl base needs to be
removed.
9. Drywall around Data Outlet 35D needs to be patched and repaired.
10. Outside corner to the right of Door 502A painters tape needs to be removed from the vinyl base. Also , vinyl
base cut too short where it abuts the metal jamb on the right side of Door 502A .
11 . East wall to the left of Door 502A - Janitor' s 014A wall - Drywall needs to be repainted around the electrical
outlet that has been patched and previously painted. Inconsistent with the rest of the wall.
12 . West wall of Reception Area 501 painters tape still installed on the vinyl base and on the doors.
13 . Borrowed lights need to be repainted where drywall mud has gotten on the frames and insufficient at the sills .
That is for both borrowed lights 501 BL & 501 BL2.
14. Double Door 501A inside face needs to be repainted of scratch marks, scuff marks. etc.
15 . Vertical mullion not installed at this time .
16. To the right of Door 504B drywall needs to be repainted where it has been patched.
17. Fire extinguisher cabinet not installed to the left of Door 504A.
18. To the left of the fire extinguisher cabinet and Door 504A electrical outlet where it has been patched, repaired
and repainted needs to be painted again, the paint is not consistent with the overall wall painting.
19. Bottom right of Door 504B drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
20. Drywall between Doors 504B & 505A marks on the wall need to be patched and repaired. Also, carpet glue
and just to the left of Door 504B drywall irregularity above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired.
21 . Drywall above the vinyl base between Doors 505A and 506A is irregular, need to be sanded, patched and
repaired. That is also true just to the bottom right of Door 505A, drywall is irregular needs to be patched and
repaired.
22. Between the top right of Door 506A and the fire alarm horn strobe, mark on the drywall needs to be cleaned,
sanded and repainted.
23 . To the left of Door 503A drywall wall as it runs to the east, inconsistency in the paint, looks like insufficient
paint applied in certain areas to the left of duplex electrical outlet. Also on this same wall left inside corner
vinyl base is not secured. Drywall in this area needs to be sanded and repainted.
24. East wall ceiling tile around the boxed out column no grid installed . Also to the left of this boxed out column
painters tape still installed on the vinyl base. Base needs to be cleaned.
25 . Quad outlets need to be cleaned of paint around the perimeter.
26. Outlets in this area also need to have painters tape removed from them.
27. East wall to the right of Door 503A, the 3ft. 8 portion, drywall needs to needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive
and inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, this same location outside corner of vinyl base is
not adhered.
28. Ceiling tile installed in this area approximately 95% complete, except at that the center column and outer
areas throughout.
29. Vinyl base at drywall column in Reception Area 501 needs painter tape removed. Also, data outlet where it
has been patched and repaired needs to be repainted.
30. Ceiling grid to the left of Door 503A is damaged, that is the 2nd grid off the wall at Door 503A.
31 . Ceiling grid along wall to the top right of Door 503A ceiling tile not setting flush in the grid, cut tile irregular.
32. The 7`d full ceiling tile off the East wall directly in front of Door 503A approximately the 5th and 7" tile,
edges are chipped and damaged.
33. Ceiling grid in front of Door 503B the 2"d grid off the door approximately 3 tiles is damaged and in line with
center light 501 BL2.
34. Ceiling grid between Doors 504A and 504B is missing along the wall .

Work Room 502
1 . Door frame 502B needs to be painted at the outside edges and carpet glue removed.
2. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint, etc.
3 . Painters tape still installed on vinyl base in this area.
4. North wall, East end carpet glue needs to be cleaned just above the vinyl base. Also, along this same North
wall, a couple of areas drywall mud on top of the vinyl base at the center between duplex outlet fixtures .
5 . Drywall wall to the right of Door 502A, a lot of patching and repairs, this hole needs to be patched and
repainted. Painting needs to be consistent with overall color of the wall and that is also true to the left of Door
502A.
6. Door frame 502A needs to have carpet glue removed on the inside and outside face and touched-up with paint
on the outside edges.
7 . Ceiling tile installed in this room.
8. Vinyl base installed and carpeting.
9. Ceiling tile in front of Door 502A, not setting flush to the grid and also just in front of that door
approximately three ceiling tiles along the wall to the left of Door 502A adhesive on the tile and the grid.
10. Ceiling grid to the right of Door 502A, 4" ceiling tiles off the right side of Door 502A, one grid off the wall
where Door 502A is located, grid is damaged and also a joint in the middle of the grid is uneven, bent.
Conference Room 504
1 . Door 504A, door frame needs to be sanded and repainted at the edges and also where there is carpet adhesive
installed.
2. Ceiling gird installed in only perimeter acoustical tile installed.
3 . Exterior wall needs to be repainted completely, patching and repair at the window sills. This needs to be
redone before it can be inspected.
4. to the left of Door 504A and below the wall stop drywall needs to be repainted and also to the top left the grid
on the wall .
5 . West wall going to the South patch and repairs above the vinyl base need to be repainted and also around the
new duplex outlet that has been added on this area has been painted but it is inconsistent with overall finish of
the wall.
6. Ease wall towards the exterior wall data outlet added, that is data outlet 52D drywall has been patched, needs
to be sanded and repainted and vinyl base needs to be cleaned in this area.
7. Vinyl blinds have not been installed at this time.
8. Door 504 does not close properly, hits the metal frame on the strike side.
9. To the left of Door 504B, just above the vinyl base approximately 4ft. irregularity in the drywall needs to be
sanded and repainted. Also, about the center of the wall above the vinyl base same irregularity needs to be
sanded and repainted.
Office 505
1 . Door 505A — Hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and edges need to be
repainted.
2. Bottom edge of door hinge side needs to be cleaned of carpet glue.
3 . Furniture stored in the middle of this room. Also, half of the vinyl base is covered with painters tape.
4. Duplex outlet on the West wall needs cover plate installed.
5 . No blinds installed at the windows.
6. Jambs and window left and right side need to be repainted where it has been touched-up. Paint color is
inconsistent around the perimeter of the window and at the jambs.

1 . Hollow metal door frame 106 needs to be repainted at the edges where it has been chipped outside and inside.
2. Door 106A large gap between the door on the bottom left at the strike side door does not stay in one position.
Is not plumb. Also top edge of door is raveled .
3 . Furniture sitting in the center of this room.
4. Light switch needs cover plate and also it appears to the right of door 106 light switch needs cover plate.
5 . To the right of Door 106 along the drywall the electrical outlet and data outlet has been patched and repaired,
needs to be repainted and be consistent with the paint that is on the rest of the wall .
6. South wall junction box top left where it has been patched and repaired needs to be sanded and repainted.
Also, along this wall numerous areas dirt, drywall dust, fingerprints , etc. needs to be repainted.
7 . Outside corner of the boxed out column left corner and inside corners do not sit tight and flush.
8. Boxed out column center of the column up towards the ceiling irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded
and repainted. Also, in this area, ceiling grid has not been installed around the column and to the left of the
column.
9. Drywall to the left of Data Outlet 03D and 04D needs to be sanded and repainted . Irregular.
10. East wall that is the south end above the vinyl base irregularities in the drywall needs to be sanded and
repainted. Also, to the right of this same area inside corner of vinyl base is not secured properly.
11 . Bottom left of Door 106 drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted.
12. Hinge side of door between the middle and the bottom hinge is chipped needs to be patched and repaired.
Also, door does not fit in the frame properly, if left unattended door will swing in the out position 180° .

Office 107
1 . Door 107A hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted at the edges and carpet adhesive removed.
2 . Vinyl base to the left of Door frame 107A needs to be secured to the wall .
3 . Drywall behind 107A that is on the south wall, needs to be sanded and painted approximately 30" up off the
floor.
4. Drywall above electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted.
5 . East wall the northeast corner drywall needs to be sanded and repainted in the comer and above the vinyl
base. Also, the opposite corner which would be the northeast comer needs to be repainted where it has
patched and repaired.
6. West wall to the right of the quad outlets data outlet that was installed, drywall has been sanded and patched,
needs to be repainted and be consistent with the paint on the wall . Also, between the quad data outlet on this
same wall and the duplex outlet about the middle approximately 2ft. off the floor gouge in the drywall needs
to be patched and repaired.
7 . Drywall around the light switch needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall irregular. Also, above this same
area to the right of the top right of Door 107 area needs to be repainted, irregular finish in the paint.

GENERAL NOTES:
1 . All the light fixtures have plastic protective coating still installed on them.
1 All rooms need to have walls, doors, windows, window sills , carpet, etc . cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and
debris .
3 . Office Areas at 201 through 307, furniture is stored in these areas in boxes.
4 . No silencers installed in hollow metal door frames.
5. Fire extinguisher cabinets need to be caulked where they abut the drywall.
6. All metal frames for the door view lights need to be sanded and repainted. Paint is peeling, etc.
7. All doors need to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, dust, etc .
8. Before doors can be thoroughly inspected they need to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris in order to
inspect for any chips , scratches damage, etc.
