Dear Mr. Blum,
We have finalized gathering all the required quotations for PCO-061 for the following extra work: Architectural
Revisions per CCD's 12, 16, & 24; and Misc Carpet Revisions We have reviewed the Subcontractor Proposals
(copies attached hereto) and have verified that all extra work items are in compliance with our Contract Agreement.
The following is a detailed itemization of all extra costs:

This change results in a schedule impact of 45 days to the Project. The Extension of Time is included in COR 094
along with concurrent time extensions from other CCD's referenced in COR 094
Please return one ( 1 ) signed copy of this letter indicating your authorization to process this Change Order Request
which does not change our Contract Amount. Following final approval of the actual Change Order by the Board of
County Commissioners, the Owner's Contingency will be decreased by Forty Four Thousand Seventy One Dollars
($44,071 . ). This approval will also authorize us to issue Subcontract Change Orders as required .

The following narrative is a description of the Architectural and Electrical drawing revisions/changes for CCD 16.
Revision I1. consists ofthe following
L Provide full height privacy walls, each with a new door, at the ends of the Community Development Customer
Service counter, 1 . 1 -405.
2. Delete millwork from Staging Area 1 . 1 -406.
3. Revise Work Room 1 . 1 -421 to delete free standing counter and include countertops in the southeast comer of this
area.
4. Revisedoorschedule to include two (2) additional doors, 1 . 1405A and 1 . 1405B, at the Community Development
Customer Service counter.
Items 1 thru 4 are Owner directed changes to the project
Revision 72 consists of the following•
1 . Provide flagpole lighting.
2. Provide separate power sources for County data room and Clerk of Court data room.
3. Provide UPS reconfiguration to include one 15 KW UPS for Commission Chambers (Bldg 1), one 50 KW UPS for
Clerk of Court (Bldg 1), one 50 KW UPS for County data (Bldg.l ), one 130 KW UPS for Building 2 computer
systems.
4. Reconfigure power at all workstations to separate UPS and non-UPS power.
5. Reconfigure Public Works conference room lighting to accommodate projector.
6. Reconfigure furniture in Community Development plan review room
7. Reconfigure furniture in Community Development Lobby.
8. Reconfigure caf6 for final layout.
9. Reconfigure tax collector waiting/reception are&
10. Miscellaneous coordination revisions.
Items 1 thin 9 are Owner directed changes to the project. Item 10 is based on coordination of field conditions with Turner.

Per our meeting on Monday October 23, 2006 the following offices will have their carpet changed
as outlined below;
These are the standard CPT-8 ;
1 . Joined offices 1 .2 . 205 , 1 .2 . 203 will have now have CPT-7. PNT-1 will be on all walls and soffits. (clerk of the
court)
2 . Office 2 . 1 .216 will now have CPT-8. (tax collector)
3. Office 2 . 1 .615 will now have CPT-8. (Prop. appraiser)
These offices will also have upgraded wood furniture and office 1 . 2 . 203 will have a 16 foot
conference table.
Remember ONLY these areas are called CPT-8 ALTERNATE, which is Bentley, elysian
tip, color vestal 887944 ;
4. Commissioners office and assistants area-Building 1 .2 - 50335045505, 506, 507, 508, 5099510, 51 1 . All paint in
these areas to be PNT-1 , including soffits .
