We have have verified that all items are in compliance with our Contract Agreement. The following is a detailed itemization of all potential additional costs: PCO No Item No Description Amount Contractor 079 001 Extend Substantial Completion Date 60 days from 1/31/07 to 4/1/07 as $240,000. TURCON a result of Design Changes issued along with the following Construction Change Directives: CCD 010 Electrical Changes CCD011 Site Sanitary Changes CCD 012 Miscellaneous Office Revisions CCD 014 Cafe Revisions CCD 015 Water Meter Service Size CCD 018 Millwork Revisions to Work Room and Mail Room CCD 019 Millwork Addition for Conference Rooms Final Security Design Revisions. Estimate for potential additional General Conditions equals 30 days at $4,000. per day. This COR is for time and related GC's only and does not include Subcontractor and Vendor Costs. 079 002 Release Contingency -Extension of Time for CCD's 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, ($240,000.) INDR1V 18,19, and Security Revisions. Total Change to the GMP: $0.00 This change is for Extension of Time and related potential General Conditions Costs. Subcontractor and Vendor Costs are included in other COR's that are submitted separately. This COR supersedes and cancels COR 065- • Please return one (1) signed copy of this letter indicating your authorization to process this Change Order Request, which does not change our Contract Amount. Following final approval of the actual Change Order by the Board of County Commissioners, the Owner's Contingency will be decreased by Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($240,000.).
