Side light for Door 401A window sill edge needs to be repaired, chipped on the top edge and the left corner. 8 . Fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be cleaned of paint and extinguisher installed. 9. Borrowed light 401 BL2 to the right of Door 401 , just below the sill , imperfection in the drywall and on the right side jamb where the drywall has been touched-up needs to be patched and repaired. 10. Ceiling tile in front of Door 405A not set in place. 11 . View light hollow metal frame needs to be repainted, paint is peeling. 12. Left side of hollow metal door frame 405 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted complete length from floor to top of door frame . 13 . Bottom left hinge tape left in between the hinge and the door frame. 14. Where the drywall and acoustical ceiling grid meet above Door 495A needs to be cleaned of white paint and drywall mud. Dropped drywall soffit over the Customer Service Counter needs to be repainted the complete length in certain areas, insufficient paint on the far east end to the left of the coral cast column, marks in the field of the drywall, outside edge. Also, to the left of the coral cast column to the east, dirt on the edge . 16. To the right of the coral cast column face of accent color on the drop soffit needs to be repainted. Also, ceiling grid along this complete length of the dropped soffit on the Public side and the County side needs to be cleaned of the coral colored paint. 17. Transition in dropped soffit on the far end of the main counter going back to the back area in front of the staging room, small transition piece that goes east and west face of drywall needs to be re-worked, very rough and irregular, that is the face inside toward the Employee area. 18 . Far left east wall adjacent to Door 405A entry wall needs additional coats of paint just below the dropped soffit. 19. Ceiling tile to the left, top left comer of the coral cast column, damaged. 20. Ceiling tile to the top right of coral cast column edges chipped and also ceiling tile is not setting flush to the grid, debris in the grid. 21 . Two ceiling tiles, one in front of the return air grille and one of the return air grille, just to the right of the coral cast column to the west, not setting in the grid properly 22. Dropped soffit in front the stairs and staging area over the western counter, edges need to be repainted neat and clean . 23 . West outside corner opposite Door 403 needs to be re-worked, irregular finish, needs to be repainted. 24. Transition strip needs to be installed between ceramic file and carpet in front of Office Area 403. 25. Ceiling tile in front of Door 403 not setting flush to the grid. 26. Ceiling grid in the center of the westernmost dropped soffit grid has dirt on it between the 6th recessed can lights at the center. 27 . Dropped soffit over Customer Area 407 outside edges chipped in numerous locations along the complete length and also, paint needs to be cut in neat and clean along this edge. 28. Corner guards leading down to Corridor 410 right and left sides need to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 29. Vinyl base to the bottom left and right of Door 408 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 30. To the left of Door 408 drywall needs to be patched and repaired where it has been marked with pencil. 31 . Right inside corner to the right of the side light for Door 408 vinyl base is not cut in properly and also, drywall in this area needs to be sanded and re-worked. 32 . Side of hollow metal frame, side light Door 408, cracks and voids in the drywall , needs to be sanded and refinished. 33 . Drywall behind coral cast column needs to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas, fingerprints, drywall mud, etc . Also, to the right touch-up, there are areas that need to be sanded and repainted. 34. Electrical outlets on the north wall drywall around these outlets need to be sanded and repainted. Also, area needs to be sanded and touched-up with paint where it has been patched. 35 . East end of north wall at the vinyl base ceramic tile base location bottom right corner of vinyl base needs to be cut in properly to the transition strip. 36. North wall right or east inside comer top in this location needs to be sanded and repainted where ever there is drywall. 37. Borrowed light 401 BLl numerous areas have been marked up with pencil to be fixed to the left, right and middle of sill of the borrowed light. 38. Drywall to the top right of fire alarm pull station to the left of Door 408 side light needs to be touched-up with paint, fingerprints along the drywall outside face of the jamb. 39 . Drywall fill of the left side light of door 408 fingerprints, need to be repainted, touched-up with paint, cleaned of paint. 40. First full ceiling tile coming off the left comer of Door 401 side light tile is chipped. Also, ceiling tile to the left of the exit sign above Door 401 tile is damaged . 43. To the left, center and right of the exit sign above Door 401 , edge of drywall header is dented and chipped, needs to be patched and repaired. 44. Left jamb of side light at Door 401 drywall is dented and irregular needs to be patched and repaired. 45. Bottom left of hollow metal frame 401 grout needs to be re-grouted, grout is irregular. 46. Right side of borrowed light 401 BL2 wall is out of plumb, approximately from the center of Bl, 1 401 to Door 405 tapered strip of ceramic tile visible. 47 . Ceramic tile where it abuts the metal transition strip at the carpet tiles needs to be grouted in between the tile and the back side of the transition strip. Also, edge of tile needs to be cleaned of carpet glue, dirt, etc . 48. Coral cast column needs to be caulked where it abuts the ceramic tile floor. 49. Green circle accent carpet tiles at the center of the Reception Desk in area 401 stain on the carpet tile . Also, some joints are very pronounced, need to be corrected . 50. Reception counter, no grommets cut in to the counter for power and data. 51 . Reception counter face starting from the left to the right V, 2nd, 3rd and 5d' panels are damaged on the bottom edge and in the field laminate is chipped. 52. Left end panel of counter top west facing in panel north side corner is chipped. That is also true of the opposite side the south corner. 53 . Raised counter back splash right bottom corner plastic laminate chipped where it meets the counter top. 54. West side panel of Reception area finish is damaged. 55 . Back plastic laminate wall, plastic laminate has been damaged around the cut outs for electrical outlet and data outlets. 56. Intersection where counter top of back cabinet meets the plastic laminate wall, this area needs to be caulked on the plastic laminate side, which would be the east side and also the west side, the drywall side. 57 . Back cabinet area inside needs to be cleaned of dust and dirt. 58. All kicks need to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 59. The east and west side panels of the vertical wall scratched, bottom edge where it meets the carpet is chipped . 60. Center back panel left edge of plaster around the face is chipped. 61 . End panel of the vertical wall , the north face about 6 inches off the floor, finish is damaged. Plastic laminate has been chipped. 62. Dropped radius dropped soffit above the Reception Counter, south face of the perimeter channel needs to be looked at, large gap between the channel and the drywall that runs from the southwest edge to the southeast edge. 63 . Third ceiling file coming directly off the exit light above Door 401 , debris in the grid needs to be cleaned out. 64. Sixth ceiling tile coming off the left corner of borrowed light BLl 401 and the 2"d file coming off the north wall, debris in the grid and tile chipped. 65. 8" ceiling tile coming off the east wall over the left panel of borrowed light BLl 401 and 3rd tile coming of the north wall, tile is chipped. 66. Ceiling grid is damaged, the 7`" ceiling tile coming off the right corner and the 50' ceiling tile coming off the north of borrowed light BU 401 grid is damaged. 67 . Ceiling tile 5" ceiling file coming off the right hand Door 401 , 7d' ceiling tile coming off the Reception counter 402, tile is chipped. 68 . Ceiling tile to the right or west of the northernmost coral cast column just to the left of return air grille, one ceiling file not setting flush in the grid, other ceiling tile is chipped. Ceiling tile coming off the left corner of door 408 the 3rdfull ceiling tile to the left of the sprinkler head, fingerprints on the tile. Also, to the left of that tile in front of the return air grille and to the right of the exit sign, file damaged, fingerprints on the tile. 71 . Fingerprints on the ceiling grid around the sprinkler head just to the left of the exit sign leading into Corridor 410. 72. Ceiling tile directly to the left of the exit sign, leading into Corridor 410, two full tiles off the header, tile is chipped. Office 403 1 . Outside view light frame bottom edges needs to be repainted where it is chipped. Paint finish has been chipped . 2. Furniture installed in pace at this time. 3 . No screws installed in the frame for view light on the inside face of the door. 4. Door does not set properly in the frame, too large of a gap, strike can not engage into the strike plate. 5 . Top left hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Right side of hollow metal frame at the drywall corner just above the middle hinge needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 7 . Drywall around light switch needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been patched and repaired. 8. Left inside corner to the left of Door 403 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular approximately from the vinyl base up 6-8 inches . 9. North wall needs to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas, dents in the drywall, fingerprints, pencil marks, etc . 10. Ceiling grid to the left of the return air grille approximately 3 grids, finish is damaged. 11 . South wall center of the wall ceiling grid along the wall fingerprints on the grid. 12. Wall mounted door stop needs to be secured to the wall. Pick-up Area 404 1 . Furniture installed in this location . 2. Door 405 metal frame for view light needs to be touched-up with paint inside and outside, paint is peeling. 3 . Transition strip needed where the carpet and ceramic tile meet at the door. 4. Inside bottom right of the hollow metal door frame 405 vinyl base inside comer joint too large. Also, above the vinyl base at this area needs to be repainted. 5. Left inside comer imperfection in drywall needs to be patched, repaired and painted. 6. Dropped ceiling above Door 405 top left inside comer needs to be cut in neat with the paint. 7 . South face of dropped header coral colored paint needs to be repainted towards the grid and at the right and left inside corners needs to be cut in neatly. 8 . Ceiling tile missing in front of Door 405 the ceiling tile in front of the sprinkler head to the east of the light fixture. 9 . Light fixture above Door 405 not working. 10. West wall south end needs to he repainted where it has been touched-up with paint. Also, outside corners are wavy and irregular, chipped. 11 . Ceiling tile above the south end of the west wall coming from Door 405 tile is cracked, needs to be replaced. 12. Exit light leading to Door 405 needs to be moved out one ceiling tile to the south, not visible, being blocked by the wall. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. Duplex electrical outlets on the east wall in front of Door 405 drywall around it needs to be sanded and repainted. Finish is rough and irregular. 14. West wall of Pick-up outside corner at Office 444 needs to be touch-up with paint, corner bead damaged, area has been touched-up. Also, dent needs to be removed around the electrical outlet fixture cover. Customer Service Area 405 1 . West wall adjacent to area leading to Door 405 wall is damaged about 30 inches off the floor in numerous areas need to be patched and repaired. Also, in this same location at the ceiling grid holes in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. 2. Bottom edge of dropped soffit between the 1 '` and 2nd light fixtures coming off the west wall needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. That is also true of the bottom edge between the 4`h and 5i° recessed can lights. 3 . Bottom edge of dropped soffit coming off the coral cast column between the 1 '` light fixture and the 2nd light fixture outside edge needs to be sanded and redone. 4. Bottom right of borrowed light 444 BU needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. Also bottom left of the borrowed light 444 BLl irregularity in the drywall finish needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Ceiling tile coming off the left corner of Office 444, 1 ' full ceiling tile, chipped, fingerprints in the tile. 6. Outside comer vinyl base not secured to the wall at Office 444 . 7. Bottom left of hollow metal frame 444, imperfection in drywall needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. 8 . Two ceiling tiles coming off the Reception counter header, that is two off of the left or west wall and one and two off the south face of the header. 9 . Ceiling tile damaged , 3`d ceiling tile off the west wall and 3`d ceiling tile off the drywall header over the Reception counter, tile damaged. 10. Ceiling grid, 3rd grid coming off the drywall header lining up on the 1 " recessed can light to the right of the coral cast column . Staging Area 406 1 . Right outside comer of Office 444 north face of drywall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired, corner is dented and damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 2. West wall of Office 444 patched areas need to be sanded and repainted Also, to the top right of data outlet Dl l & D12 chip in the finish needs to be patched and repaired . 3 . South wall center of the wall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been patched. 4. Drywall to the top left of the westernmost electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Right inside corner of the west wall at Staging Area 406 needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is rough and irregular approximately 30 inches up off the floor. Also, outside comer of the 1 ft. projection of the wall heading east is rough and irregular, uneven at the comers . 6. Door 405B no view light or metal frame installed. 7. Door 405B bottom right corner of face needs to be cleaned. 8. Left of hollow metal frame 405B paint needs to be cleaned off the top of the vinyl base left and right hand sides, inside corner of the vinyl base joint is excessive. 9. Ceiling tile missing to the right of the exit sign above Door 405B. 10. Double ceiling grid along the south wall along Stairs 003, not acceptable, not parallel to each other. 11 . Dropped header above the wall that has Door 405B in it, right bottom edge needs to be sanded and repainted. 12. Right comer, on the east side of the dropped soffit and above the westernmost Reception counter, the east end of Staging Area 406, face of drywall is very rough and irregular, especially at the bottom edge and the corner, needs to be sanded and repainted. Ceiling tile is damaged that is the 2°° and 4" ceiling tile coming off the left side of the 2nd can light. That is the 2°d can light to the left or to the west of the coral cast column in front of Customer Service 405 . 14. Debris in grid, that is the 4 h ceiling tile coming off the drywall header above the Reception counter for 406 and the 2°d tile coming off the left corner of the Stairs 003 , debris in the grid. 15 . Ceiling tile chipped the 2nd ceiling tile coming off the wall of Stairs 003 and the 5`h ceiling tile off the exit light of Door 405B . Customer Service Area 407 1 . Door 407B does not completely open or close, this needs to be adjusted, real hard to pull on the track. Also, finished material exposed drywall from the head needs to be painted out. 2. Top right inside corner of door 407B needs to be caulked and repainted at the right inside corner. 3 . Top of Door 407 hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4 . Left of Door 407B above the vinyl base, a nick in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Furniture installed at this location. 6. Ceiling tile to the left or in front of the coral cast column right off the drywall header is damaged. 7. Drywall header over Customer Service counter, vertical face needs to be repainted where there is white paint on the face and right and left hand side corners need to be cut in neatly. 8 . Patched areas to the right of Door 407A need to be touched-up with paint where they have been patched . 9. Screw missing in the cover plate for the light switch. 10. Top right corner of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall , drywall needs to be patched and repaired . 11 . Door 407A needs to be adjusted to open and close properly and pocket door frame does not close all the way. 12 . West wall right side to the right of the raised electrical outlet, patches on the drywall need to be and repainted . 13 . Irregularities above the vinyl base in numerous areas at the center of the wall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 14. Bottom left of Door 407D voids in the hollow metal frame meets to the drywall and the vinyl base need to be filled in. Vinyl base cut tight to the frame. 15 . Stops at the head of the pocket Doors 407A & B need to be repainted. 16. Ceiling tile at the back right sprinkler head, debris in the grid needs to be patched and repaired. Also, in this same location at the wall drywall is damaged or debris on the wall needs to be cleaned and repainted. 17 . Ceiling tile along the back wall, the west wall, V ceiling tile and 5m ceiling tile off of door 407B, fingerprints and damaged tile. 18. Ceiling 2x4 light fixture, the middle light fixture, Is' one coming off the drywall header, parabolic lens is damaged . 19 . Ceiling grid, the 4`h grid coming off the south wall and the 5 h ceiling tile coming off the drywall header, finish is damaged on the grid. Office 408 1 . Hollow metal frame for view light in Door 408A needs to be touched-up with paint at and bottom left adjacent to frame and bottom right inside jamb. 2. Bottom side of door strike side needs to be cleaned of paint. 3 . Top left edge of door on the inside face finish is chipped at he edges, top left and top right and the sides above and below the top hinge . 4. Right of door 408A drywall needs to be patched and repaired above the vinyl base. 5 . Right side of hollow metal frame at the drywall around the middle hinge needs to sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the right inside corner from the top of the hollow metal frame up. 6. Top of door and side light 408A where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Drywall to the bottom left of Door 408 above the vinyl base along the complete length of the side light needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the underside of the window of hollow metal frame. 8. East wall above the vinyl base between the electrical outlet and the left inside corner drywall needs to be patched and repaired where areas have been marked in pencil. That is also true of the left inside comer. 9. North wall drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repaired where areas have been circled in pencil around the data outlet above the vinyl base along the whole length of the wall. 10. West wall drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repaired where areas have been circled in pencil around electrical outlets above the vinyl base at the right inside corner of the west wall around electrical outlet and the light switch. 11 . Fingerprints on the wall to the right of Door 408B needs to be touched-up with paint. 12 . Top head of Door 408B where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 13. Ceiling tile coming off the right comer of Door 408B stain in the tile. 14. Drywall to the left inside corner of door 408B needs to be sanded, patched and repainted where it has been marked in pencil. 15 . South wall below borrowed BLl 408 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted on the bottom right and bottom left and underneath the window where marked in pencil . That is also true of the top right corner and the top left comer. 16 . Hollow metal frame BLl 408 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where the bottom of the window abuts the drywall . 17 . Borrowed light BLl 408 bottom left face of the frame and stop middle face of the frame and stop and the right needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is rough and irregular. 18. Center mullion between the two borrowed lights BLl 408 panes eye level scratches in the metal need to be patched and repaired . 19. Drywall to the left of BLl 408 needs to be touched-up, sanded and repainted where it has been circled in pencil . 20. Ceiling tile to the top left of Door 408A scratched. 21 . Ceiling tile chipped, the 3`d ceiling tile coming off the center of the BLl 408 hollow metal borrowed light between the supply grille and the return air grille. Open Office Area 409 1 . All inside and outside corners of vinyl base, the profile base need to be cut tight and no open joints and secured to the wall. 7 . All cabinetry needs to be adjusted so the door and drawers set level and plumb and operate properly. 8 . All vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, scratches, dirt, debris, etc. 9 . All doors, drawers and cabinets need to be adjusted to set level and plumb and latch properly. 10. All closures need to be adjusted to provide 51b closing force for ADA. 11 .
