CONFERENCE ROOM 102
1 . This room at this time is being used for storage of insulation and ceiling tiles .
2. Carpeting not installed .
3 . Vinyl base not installed.
4. Door 102A not installed.
5. Ceiling and tile approximately 80% complete.
6. Walls painted but not finished touching up .
7. No window sill installed at the exterior window .
8. Interior blinds installed.
9. Green accent wall has numerous chips in the paint that need to be touched up.
10. Drop soffit at the excess panel needs to be installed in the drywall ceiling.
11 . Drywall ceiling needs to be touched up where there are pencil marks, uneven edges, etc .
12. Above the base cabinet electrical outlets in Audio Visual boxes have just been cut in.
13 . Base cabinet installed, countertop needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall .
14. Top left edge of the countertop is chipped where it abuts the drywall.
15 . Countertop does not sit flush to the back wall . Left side is tighter than the right side by approximately
a half inch.
16. Interior door frames at door 102A and 102B need to be touched up with paint in numerous areas .
17 . Door 102B needs to be cleaned of paint, debris, drywall mud and also the metal of view light frame has over
spray of paint on it, needs to be cleaned and possibly repainted where there is chips.

Mail Room 115
1 . No vinyl base installed.
2. Door 115 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris .
3 . Outside face top left of view light window the frame is chipped needs to be repainted. That is also true of the
bottom left of the window needs to be repainted and sufficient coats of paints.
4. No light switch installed.
5. North wall middle of the wall has gouge in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired.
6. East wall drywall around electrical outlet cover needs to be sanded and repainted where openings cut too
large.
7 . South wall needs to be repainted in numerous areas. Drywall mud, chips, other paint.
8 . Right inside comer of the East wall , drywall needs to be set flush and level, it is very irregular. Unacceptable,
will not receive vinyl base.
9. Ceiling tile to right or South of the light fixture is cracked, needs to be replaced.
Reception Area 201 and Customer Service Area 202
1 . This area is staging area for the furniture, unable to punch out at this time.
2 . Carpet is not completely installed, vinyl base is being put in at this time, and cabinetry is sitting out in the
open area towards the front entrance door.
File Room 203
1 . Door frame 203 outside needs to be cleaned of dust, drywall mud, etc. Bottom left and right outside edges of
the door frame need to be repainted where it has been chipped. That is also true up about the middle on hinge
side.
2. Vinyl base installed, vinyl tile installed and ceiling completely installed.
3 . To the right of door frame 203, vinyl base is not adhered where it abuts the hollow metal frame, this needs to
re-secured.
4. Top right corner of door frame 203 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the bottom
left between the left inside corner and the hollow metal frame. Drywall is irregular and needs to be sanded
and so it that outside edge of the hollow metal frame .
5. North wall, drywall mud above the vinyl base towards the West end, needs to be cleaned.
6. East wall, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Looks like it has been patched.
Drywall on the outlet and outlet cover needs to be cleaned . Also, back East wall where acoustical ceiling grid
abuts the drywall, needs to be cleaned of drywall mud.
7 . Ceiling tile above Door 203 water stains on it, need to be replaced.
8 . The third ceiling tile in front of Door 203 has chips in it, need to be repaired or replaced.
9. Ceiling tile the 4`s ceiling tile off the West wall and 2d & 3r° off the North wall . Marks in the ceiling tile .
Production 204 / Work Room 205
1 . Vinyl base installed, vinyl tile installed, and acoustical ceiling in place at this time.
2 . Hollow metal door frame 204 needs to be cleaned of adhesive on the left and right side bottoms .
3 . Top right side inside of room, drywall where it about the top of the door frame needs to be sanded and
repainted. That is also typical of the top left of the frame .
4. West wall to the right of Door 204 outlet still being cut into the wall in approximately 4 or 5 locations .
5 . North wall drywall at the underside of the upper cabinets, the North and the East wall needs to be repainted
where it has been patched and repaired. Also, pencil marks need to be removed and repainted.
6. Outlet covers and outlets need to be cleaned of paint.
7. No vinyl base around the boxed out column.
8. Floor tile on South wall is set uneven . Small pieces toward the East end of the room protrude out beyond the
vinyl base.
9. Cabinetry back wall that East wall right inside corner needs to be caulked completely where it abuts the
drywall . Also, this edge of filler panel is chipped in numerous locations .

Production 2041 Work Room 205 (continued)
10. North wall, left inside corner where the filler strip abuts the drywall, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted
and also filler strip needs to be re-caulked.
11 . Ceiling grid perimeter ceiling tile where the main runner over laps the ceiling grid, ceiling tile is not sitting
flush in the grid, this needs to be resolved.
Cash Counting Office 206
1 . Door 206 does not close into the frame. Hitting on the top inside. Needs to be adjusted to close properly.
2. Hollow metal door frame on the bottom right and left needs to be repainted where brown paint overspray and
chips on the hollow metal frame .
3 . Carpet in place, vinyl base in place and ceiling in place.
4. Furniture in boxes installed in this room. At this time leaning up against the wall, etc.
5 . Receptacle to the left of Door 206, drywall needs to he sanded and repainted where openings cut too large.
6. Drywall where it abuts the left side, strike side of Door 206 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
7 . To the left of Door 206 the South wall towards the left inside corner, paint overspray needs to be sanded and
repainted.
8 . East wall, carper adhesive on the wall needs to be cleaned.
9 . North wall about the middle of the wall, approximately to 12 to 16 inches off the floor, there is a bulge in the
drywall that needs to be repaired and repainted.
10. Bottom right of door 206 on Office 206 side, drywall is irregular and where it abuts the hollow metal frame
needs to be sanded and re-caulked.
Office Area 207
1 . Inside face of Door 207 , bottom below the light panel does not appear to have proper finish.
2 . Outside face Of door 207 same thing, the grain is showing through the finish. Appears not be finished
properly unless that' s paint, but there are scratches and the floor needs a lot of work.
3. Hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and chips on the outside edges.
4. Window adjacent to Door 207A the bottom right and left corners, all corners are very irregular, Unacceptable,
need to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the window frame to the far right or to the North , Very
irregular and rough, needs to be sanded and repainted .
5 . Carpet installed and vinyl base installed at this time.
6. Drywall to the left of Door 207A, carpet glue on it needs to be cleaned and also drywall needs to be sanded
where it abuts the metal door frame, very irregular.
7 . Furniture boxes placed in the room.
8. Drywall at South wall, drywall to the right of the hollow metal frame above the light switch is very irregular,
needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall above the top right corner of the hollow
metal window to Door 207B .
9. Drywall below the hollow metal frame of the windows for 207A & B need to be sanded and repainted.
10. To the right of door frame 207B , drywall below hollow metal window where it abuts the hollow metal door
frames needs to be sanded and repainted.
11 . Hollow metal door frame to the right at the strike side of Door 207B needs to be repaired at the top and the
right where there is brown paint on the door.
12. View lite 207, bottom right and underneath the hollow metal frames just above the quad outlet, drywall is
very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted.
13 . Hollow metal frame bottom left just to the right of the bottom left metal frame is dented and damaged.
Painting on frame is very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted in numerous locations all around the
opening.
14. To the left of the view lite 207, drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and
repainted. That is also true of the drywall on the right side and also needs to be re-caulked.
15 . Left inside corner to the left of view lite 207 , irregular in the drywall just above the vinyl base, needs to be
sanded and repainted.

Office Area 207 (continued)
16. North wall is inaccessible, furniture boxes is stacked up along the wall, unable to see the complete wall .
17 . Ceiling tile in front of Door 207B to the East of the A/C Grille and just to the North of the Can Light tile is
chipped and needs to be replaced.
Open Area 208
1 . Carpet installed at this time.
2. No vinyl base installed.
3 . Ceiling tiles installed except for 5 or 6 tiles have been removed.
4. Access way leading into 208 adjacent to Office 207 , drywall to the bottom right of Door 207 needs to be
sanded and repainted.
5 . Bottom left of door frame 207 on the hallway side needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular.
6. Ceiling grid along the South wall of Open Area 208 on the West, the right outside corner of Office 207,
ceiling grid is not set level. Also, in this same area tape, paint on the wall, grid needs to be removed.
7 . South wall about the center of the wall over the Data outlets, streaks on the paint and also chips on the
drywall need to be cleaned, patched and repaired.
8 . Right outside corner leading to Corridor 210 is chipped, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, header at
this location between Open Office and Corridor 210 between Office Area 209 and Door 202, right and left
side joints where the header abuts the outside corner of the walls needs to be redone, tape is exposed.
9. Ease wall the wall adjacent to Office 209, center wall is marked with dirt and fingerprints , needs to be cleaned
the whole length of the wall . Also, carpet adhesive needs to be removed.
10. Bottom right East inside corner at the exterior wall needs to be touched up with paint.
11 . Exterior windows right and left jambs drywall needs to be touched up with paint in numerous areas. Caulking
needs to be re-caulked where it is cracked .
12. Second window to the West (left) from Office Area 209 the first double window, drywall below the quad
outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Rough finish.
13 . Westernmost window on the North wall (the far left), left jamb where the drywall and the window sill meet
needs to be caulked. Right now is open and exposed. Also, in this same area, left inside corner below
window sill needs to be touched up with paint.
14. Fire extinguisher cabinet on the West wall needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . Also, fire alarm
horn strobe in this same area needs to be cleaned of paint.
15 . Drywall just below the fire extinguisher cabinet on the West wall nick in the drywall has been painted over,
needs to be patched and repaired. That is also true of a couple areas to the left of this same location
approximately 6 or 7 ft.
Office 209
1 . Door 209 hinge bound will not close.
2. Door frame 209 needs to be sanded and repainted on both sides, approximately couple of feet up from
the bottom. Also, top right outside face, outside corner needs to be sanded and repainted on the hollow
metal frame.
3 . Inside face bottom left at the bottom hinge hollow metal paint is very irregular needs to be sanded and
repainted .
4. Carpet installed, vinyl base installed and ceiling tile installed.
5. Furniture in boxes installed in this room at this time.
6. Vinyl base inside comers are wrapped not cut, pulling away from the comer, needs to be re-worked .
7. Window blinds installed.

Office 209 (continued)
8 . West wall , North end to the right of quad outlet, marks on the drywall need to be cleaned . Also, above the
quad outlet approximately Eft. up there is irregularity in the paint, needs to be sanded and repainted.
9. Caulking between the drywall and the exterior windows needs to be redone. Cracking and pulling loose in
numerous areas.
10. Northwest inside corner to the left of the window, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
11 . East wall above the duplex outlet, pin holes in the drywall needs to be patched, repaired and repainted all the
way around the electrical outlet.
Corridor 210
1 . Carpet is being installed.
2. No vinyl base installed at this time around Corridor 210 where it abuts Door 202A and Office Area 209.
3 . Outside face of Door 202A, finish has been damaged either by tape, needs to be looked at on the left that is
the hinge side on the bottom below the view light. This is typical of numerous locations on this side of the
Building. That is true of the inside face also.
4. Inside face bottom right at the bottom hinge, edge of door is chipped, needs to be repaired.
5. Top right of Door 202, drywall needs to be repainted, black mark on the drywall. Also, in this same area
ceiling needs to be cut in properly where it intersects the wall.
6. Outside corner at Door 211 the outside corner drywall needs to be repainted, chipped. Also, outside face of
door frame 211 needs to be repainted at the bottom where edges have been chipped of paint.
7. Drywall at the head of door frame 211 needs to be sanded and repainted.
8 . Drywall above vinyl base between Doors 211A and 211B numerous areas gouges in the drywall has been
painted over, this needs to be patched and repaired.
9. Hollow metal door frame 211 B needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive on the outside face and also repainted
on the bottom edges .
10. To the left of Door 211 outside corner drywall is damaged and also the drywall above the base is damaged.
This needs to be patched and repaired.
11 . Large open area across from Office 213 and at paired Doors 103A is full of furniture boxed furniture. Unable
to inspect. Header that separates this open area from the Corridor 210 drywall mud on the ceiling grid needs
to be cleaned and removed. Also, ceiling grid most ceiling tiles in place in this area.
12 . Outside corner to the left of Door 211B not adhered to the drywall .
13 . Hollow metal door frame 103A, right and left sides , needs to be touched up with paint where the drywall
abuts the hollow metal frame and also the frame needs to be touched up with paint on the left and right sides.
14. Hollow metal frame 103A top right comer and bottom left jamb are damaged and top of left jamb needs to
have removed.
15 . Bottom left inside corner of inactive Door 103A vinyl base needs to be secured.
16. East wall adjacent to 215 Copy Room, drywall above the vinyl base in numerous the whole length of wall
needs to be sanded, patched and repaired.
17 . Fire extinguisher cabinet to the right of Copy Room opening needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall
and above fire alarm horn strobe above needs to be set plumb and straight.
18 . Electrical outlet the fire extinguisher cabinet drywall around the outlet needs to be sanded, patched and
repaired.
19. Wall adjacent to Office 214 needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive.
20. Door 214 bottom right and left of the hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, around
the complete perimeter of this door drywall has been pulled away from the frame this needs to be repaired
caulked and repainted
21 . Drywall to the left of Door 214 just above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired, and also in this
same area outside corners of the boxed out column needs to be patched and repaired, comer is chipped.
22. Vinyl base along the wall between Door 213 and the boxed out column is not adhered at the center and where
it abuts the hollow metal door frame. Not secured properly .

Corridor 210 (continued)
23 . Hollow metal door frame 213 bottom left needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and edges need to be
repainted. Also, on the left hand side up approximately 2ft off the floor, door frame has been damaged and
that is also true of the drywall at the head, it needs be re-patched and repaired, drywall has been pulled away
from the frame .
24. Door frame 212A , hollow metal frame has been damaged on the left hand side, needs to be sanded and
repainted on the top and right and left comers . Also, in this same area drywall has been pulled away from the
frame, needs to be patched and repaired, caulked and repainted.
25 . Vinyl base to the left of Door 212 not secured to the wall.
26. Boxed out column to the right of door 209, outside edges are chipped needs to be patched, repaired and
repainted.
27 . Drywall to the right of Door 209 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal frame and
also top right comer hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted.
Office 211
1 . At this time the room is filled with Filing Cabinets, unable to access or visually look at the Southwest walls.
Door 211A
1 . Door needs to be cleaned around the perimeter the door light. Also, intersection of the door light and
metal door light frame needs to be resolved.
2. Bottom left and right hollow metal jambs needs to be cleaned, sanded and repainted where it has been
chipped .
3 . Top left of hollow metal door frame inside overspray of paint needs to be repainted.
4. Carpet install, vinyl base installed, ceiling file in place approximately 4 or 5 tiles missing.
5 . Light switch to the left of Door 211B needs cover plate.
6. Carpeting at Door 211 B not cut in place.
7 . To the left of Door 211 B vinyl base is not adhering where it abuts the hollow metal frame on both the left and
right sides.
S . Door 21113 needs to be cleaned of paint overspray and dirt and debris. Also, this door is hitting the top of the
door frame, needs to be adjusted to close properly.
9. Top right, hollow metal frame paint overspray needs to be cleaned.
10. Outside face, bottom left hollow metal window frame needs to be repainted and also paint on the glass.
11 . To the right of Door 211B, drywall on the East wall just behind the door is chipped and also the drywall
above the vinyl base is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted.
12. East wall the Southeast corner, drywall needs to be repainted at the corner, insufficient coats of paint.
13 . South wall above the Filing Cabinet which can be seen quad outlets need cover plates. To the left electrical
outlet mud on the drywall needs to be cleaned.
14. Ceiling tile directly above and to the left of Door 211A chipped and cracked.
Door 212
1 . Hollow metal door frame bottom left is damaged, bent. Needs to be corrected. Also, door frame needs to be
repainted, irregular, chips, etc.
2. Carpet, tile in place, vinyl base in place and ceiling grid in place.
3 . Furniture in boxes set in room at this time.
4. To the right of door frame 212, drywall needs to he sanded, caulked and repainted, very irregular.
5. Top left hollow metal door frame from the inside needs to be cleaned of overspray.
6. Drywall to the right of hollow metal door frame , when the door was hit the frame has been pulled away from
the drywall and damaged. This needs to be repaired. Drywall needs to be re-patched, repaired and painted.
7. Drywall around light switches and dimmer switches need to be sanded and repainted . Also, the duplex outlet
above the floor, drywall around that outlet needs to be sanded and repainted.

8. Glue needs to be taken off the wall in numerous locations that is mastic for the carpet.
9. Southwest boxed out corner vinyl base is not adhering to the outside corner. Also, chip in the drywall needs
to be sanded and repainted.
10. Exterior window left jamb outside edges needs to be cleaned and repainted where it has been chipped and
drywall mud.
11 . Right side of window at the window sill needs to be repainted at the jamb and the drywall where it abuts the
side of the window sill is irregular. Also, just to the right of this area pin holes in the drywall need to be
sanded and repainted.
12. Drywall to the top left of the electrical outlet, the outlet to the right of the exterior window is irregular needs
to be sanded and repainted.
13 . East wall, cleanout needs a cover plate installed.
14. East wall needs to be repainted. Appears that the wall has either had overspray from a door being painted,
etc ., but needs to be repainted.
15 . Drywall around electrical outlet cover to the left of Door 212 on the North wall, drywall needs to be sanded
and repainted around the perimeter.
16. Back left inside corner above the boxed out corner small piece of tile is chipped.
Office 213
1 . Door 213, door hits top of the doorjamb, needs to be adjusted to close properly.
2. Door frame for 213 needs to be cleaned of adhesive for the carpet. Also, top of the door frame on the outside
where the drywall abuts, its pulling away from the door frame. Needs to be sanded and repainted.
3 . Bottom right door frame needs to be re-sanded and repainted. Paint finish is irregular and bottom left is
similar condition.
4. Carper installed, vinyl base installed and ceiling tile in place at this time. Also, window blinds.
5 . Furniture in boxes in this room at this time.
6. Left of Door 213 , drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the outlet cover plate to the left of the
door and also drywall around dimmer switch. Opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired.
7 . To the left of door frame 213, drywall needs to sanded, re-caulked and repainted, it' s cracking. That is also
true of the top right of the hollow metal door on 213 .
8 . To left and right and top of the hollow metal door frame, drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
9. Top right inside door frame has paint overspray needs to be repainted.
10. Left of electrical outlet to the left of Door 213 horizontal scratch on material on the wall needs to be cleaned
and repainted.
11 . Vinyl base around the boxed out column are not adhering. Need to be re-secured.
12. Electrical outlet to the left of the boxed out column drywall needs to be sanded, patched and repainted. That
is to the inside corner to the left of this outlet, drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
13 . Inside corners not secured tight to the drywall , they were wrapped with the vinyl base, they are pulling away.
14. Caulking at drywall in the hollow metal windows is cracked and areas need to be re-cleaned when re-caulked.
15 . West wall behind Door 213 paint and carpet glue on the drywall needs to be cleaned.
Office 214
1 . Door frame 214 on outside face left and right need to be touched up where it is scratched. Also, right side and
the top of the door frame on the outside face there is places the door has been hit, pulling away from the
drywall . Drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true on the inside face completely
around the perimeter of the door frame, drywall needs to be patched, repaired, caulked and repainted.
2 . Hollow metal door frame on the inside needs to be cleaned of paint overspray.
3 . Carpet, vinyl base and the ceiling is installed at this time.
4 . Boxes of furniture have been installed in this room.
5 . South wall to the left of the thermostat and around the duplex electrical outlet, drywall needs to be cleaned of
dirt and debris and needs to be sanded and repainted.

6. To the left at the quad outlet below the quad outlet drywall is a little irregular, needs to be sanded and
repainted.
7. Exterior window to the left and right, edges need to be repainted. Also, to the right jamb glob of paint on the
right needs to be sanded and removed.
8. East wall to the right of the door, paint on the wall needs to be cleaned .
Mail Room 215
1 . To the left of the opening the North wall adjacent to the sink drywall needs to be patched and repaired and
cleaned and repainted where it has been chipped, scuffed. Also, electrical outlet to the right of the sink,
drywall needs to be patched and repaired around the outlet and to the bottom right where the screw is
penetrating.
2 . Drywall on the South wall about the center of the wall, screw holes penetrating through the drywall, this
needs to be patched and repaired. Also, a scratch mark has been painted over, needs to be patched and
repaired.
3 . Walls need to be touched up with paint in numerous locations above the cabinetry where there are fingerprints
on the walls.
4. To the right of the opening to the bottom left the outlet switch needs to be sanded and repainted, wall has been
chipped due to the installation of the cabinetry.
5. Cabinetry needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris.
6. Cabinetry needs to be caulked where it abuts the side panels, which are the countertop and the side panel
abutment.
7. On the Men' s side cabinet underneath the sink eschutheon needs to be installed on a drain line.
8. Faucet is not set securely to the sink and countertop, very loose.
9. In front of sink the front left of edge there is a dent and scratch in the stainless steel sink.
10. Ceiling grid along the Corridor wall above the opening, unacceptable, away from the wall, full of drywall
mud, irregular.
11 . Inside comers of the vinyl base need to be properly secured and set flush.
Conference 216
1 . Hollow metal door frame bottom right outside face, overspray on the hollow metal need to be repainted.
2. At this time carpet is being laid, no vinyl base in place, flooring tile 70% complete.

Public Works File Room 322
1 . Room has furniture stored in it up along the wall. Unable to punch out properly in this area.
2. Vinyl floor is in place, vinyl base is in place except for the interior free standing column and acoustical
ceiling grid is in place.
3. Door 322A - Inside face left active door is scratched on the bottom left face and bottom right corner inside
the room. Also, inactive door is chipped at the middle hinge.
4. Outside corners of vinyl base areas that are visible at least at the one to the right of door in front Door 322 the
outside comer of Open Office Area 315 is not secured.
5 . West wall adjacent to Open Area 343 drywall around duplex outlet needs to be sanded and repainted where it
has been cut too large.
6. East wall duplex outlet just to the right of the free standing column drywall is irregular in this area. That is
also true of the electrical outlet to the left of the free standing column on the East wall .
7 . Fire alarm horn strobe on the East wall needs to be set flush to the drywall plumb and level.
8 . Drywall to the right of Door 322B at the access ladder ceiling grid is all removed, wall is full of fingerprints,
dust and dirt, needs to be completely repainted.
9 . Door 322B - Outside face about middle right door is scratched.
10. Right of Door 322B no switch plate cover installed at this time.
11 . Vinyl base to the right and left of Door 322B is loose. Also, drywall to the right of Door 322 screw heads
exposed needs to be patched and repainted.
12. Left jamb of hollow metal door where the drywall abuts it, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
13. North & West walls completely covered with furniture, countertops . Unable to observe.
14. Ceiling tiles in front of Door 322A at the Exit Sign in numerous locations is damaged . That is front of the
Exit Sign to the right of the Exit Sign and diagonally to the right. Also, ceiling tiles damaged (2) ceiling tile
to the left of Exit Sign and (3) full ceiling tiles off the Exit Sign, ceiling tiles chipped.
15 . Center of the room ceiling file is chipped approximately in line with the two free standing columns in the
center just to the right of light fixture.
16. Ceiling tile damaged (5) full ceiling tiles off the South wall and (6) full ceiling tiles off the East wall.
17 . Free standing column to the West ceiling grid does not set flush to the ceiling tile .
Men's & Women's Restroom 323 & 324
1 . Can not be punched out at this time. Needs to be cleaned.
Building Room 344
1 . No vinyl base installed, no vinyl flooring, ceiling tile is partially installed.
2. Hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint on the bottom portion outside edges .
3 . Conduits in the northwest corner have not been furred out with drywall yet.
Muster Room 325
1 . At this time furniture is in place in this area around the perimeter. VCT flooring installed, vinyl base is
installed and ceiling tile in place.
Door 325A
1 . Door does not close properly in the door frame.
2 . Outside of Door 325A, bottom left of view light door is scratched. Also, door needs to be cleaned, appears to
be paint on the finish, not properly removed.

5 . Electrical outlet on the west wall to the right of Door 325A needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, above
this same location marks on the drywall need to be repainted.
6. Half of this wall is covered with furniture boxes leaned up against the wall .
7. West wall, north end just to the right of the free standing column the drywall around electrical outlet cover is
very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
8 . On the south wall rile has been cut or has not been laid parallel to the walls, tapered irregular pieces along the
complete length of the south wall.
9. Free standing columns does not have vinyl base installed.
10. North wall duplex outlet to the left of Data 07 & 08D drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
11 . Portion of drywall about the center of the drywall on this west wall is not visible doe to fumiture placement.
12. Drywall around Data Outlet 09 & 10D is very irregular needs to be patched, repaired and repainted.
13 . East wall to the left of the boxed out column drywall around electrical outlet cover needs to be sanded and
repainted.
14. East wall about the center at the top marks on the drywall needs to be cleaned.
15 . To the left of Door 325B switch plate cover needs to be set plumb.
16. Right and left side of the hollow metal frame vinyl base does not set flush to the wall.
Door 325B
I . Inside face has scratches on the door approximately 12 to 16 inches off the floor.
2. Door frame needs to be touched up with paint on the bottom left and right outside edges and where it has been
scuffed up on the middle of the doorjamb.
3 . Ceiling grid where it abuts the header between Doors 325A & B has drywall mud and paint on it, needs to be
cleaned.
4. Ceiling tile approximately center of the room at the sprinkler head, fingerprints on the tile.
5. Ceiling tile in front of Door 325A in front of light fixture has dirt and fingerprints on it.
6. Ceiling grid to the left of Door 325A grid and ceiling tile is not setting flush into the grid this needs to be
repaired/corrected.
Corridor 326
1 . Carpet in place, no vinyl base and no ceiling tile installed.
2. Drywall between Door 344 and to the right of that to the fire extinguisher cabinet, very irregular where the
vinyl base is going this needs to be sanded flush to receive the vinyl base.
3 . Outside corner at Door 325A is damaged, chipped, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, drywall in this
area is somewhat irregular.
4. To the right of 321A drywall is very irregular, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted.
5. To the left of Door 305A, drywall is chipped at the corner and drywall is irregular in this area, needs to be
sanded and repaired.
6. Bottom right at Door 324A, drywall is very irregular at the vinyl base location. This needs to be sanded
smooth to receive the vinyl base.
7 . Drinking fountains need to be caulked where they abut the drywall.
8 . Electrical outlet to the left of Door 323A drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted.
9 . Door 322B bottom right hollow metal door frame is dented. Also, bottom right drywall is missing where the
vinyl base is to be attached, this needs to be patched and repaired.
10. Boxed out column to the left of Door 322B needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, sanding, etc. needs to be
touched up with paint.
11 . Door 325B bottom right pin holes in drywall need to be sanded and repainted. Also, outside comer and
drywall to the left of Door 325B needs to be patched, repaired and repainted .

14. South wall to the right of Door 326A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the electrical outlet and
also to the left of the inside comer next to doorjamb, chips in the drywall need to he touched up.
15 . Middle of the same wall, the wall adjacent to Office 329 about 5ft. up irregularity chip in the drywall needs to
be patched and repaired.
Open Office Area 327
1 . Drywall opening in the Open Office Area 327 needs to be patched and repaired on the face and on the edges
where it has been damaged.
2 . Carpet, vinyl base and ceiling tile installed in this room at this time.
3 . Southeast corner to the right of exterior window inside comer has drywall mud needs to be cleaned .
4. North wall left inside corner adjacent to boxed out column the vinyl base not adhered .
5 . South wall right inside comer carpet cut too short, concrete exposed. Also, vinyl base is pulled away from the
inside corner.
6. Fire alarm horn strobe needs to be set flush to the drywall.

Office Area 328 to Door 328A
1 . Door 328A - Metal frame for view light window on Door 328 needs to be repainted, chips in the paint have
been painted, very visible.
2. Hollow metal door frame 328 area needs to be painted on the bottom right and left, that is the stops inside
face of the stops where it has been chipped.
3 . Inside right hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of paint.
4. To the left of door frame light switch needs to be set level , plumb .
5. Exterior wall below the right exterior wall the right side of the exterior window the drywall needs to be
sanded and repainted above the vinyl base.
6. Carpet, vinyl base and ceiling file installed. Also, furniture is in place, sitting in the middle of the room in
boxes.
7. Drywall opposite Door to the west wall, over spray of paint, needs to be repainted.
Office 329
1 . Carpet, vinyl base and ceiling tile installed. Also, furniture in place in boxes.
2. Door 329 - Door needs to be cleaned, touched up with paint, grain is showing.
3 . Bottom left and right hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint where it has overspray, etc .
4. Top right inside face of hollow metal door frame is very rough, irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted.
5. Light switch to the right of Door 329 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, above the vinyl base to
the right of the door frame screw head showing.
6. North wall to the left of data outlet irregularity in the drywall in a couple of locations this needs to be sanded
to be flush and repainted .
7 . Exterior wall off the bottom left side of the exterior window, couple areas in the drywall need to be sanded
and repainted.

Open Office Area 331
1 . This area has numerous pieces of steel case furniture lying around against the walls in the middle of the room,
etc.
2. Carpet installed, vinyl base installed, ceiling tile in place.
3 . Exterior wall drywall around data outlet 07 & 08D needs to be patched and repaired opening cut too large .
4. Exterior wall quad outlet below the south window needs to be set plumb. Also, duplex receptacles need to
have drywall sanded and repainted.
5. East wall between the quad outlet to the right or to the south of Data Outlets 11 & 12D and the duplex outlet
irregularity in the wall needs to be sanded and repainted .
6. North wall and south wall of Office Area 331 Steelcase furniture is leaning up against the wall, unable to see
wall condition in a portion of this area.
7. Vinyl base to the right and left of Door frame 332 cut irregular.
8. Top of door frame 332 needs to be sanded and repainted.
9. To the left of door frame 332 above the vinyl base screw head showing and nicks in the drywall need to be
patched and repaired.
10. West wall the outside corner of the File Room 322 west wall of Office Area 330 / Corridor 332 vinyl base is
not adhering at the corner, chips at the corner of the drywall. Also, in this same area fingerprints on the wall
need to be patched and repaired.
11 . Area at the quad outlet, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the two quad outlets.
12. Majority of the wall is covered with furniture boxes at this time.
13 . Quad outlets drywall needs to be sanded and patched and repaired in these areas around the outlet and also
any gouges below the outlets needs to be taken care of.
14. North wall opposite outside corner of Office 332 about a foot down from the ceiling paint handprint on the
wall needs to be cleaned and repainted.
Office 332
1 . Outside face at the bottom of the door appears to have damage in the grain.
2. Right side door frame and left side drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the door frame and
also around the outlet plate for the switch.
3 . Left inside corner needs to be touched up, cleaned of overspray.
4. Electrical outlet behind Door 332 on the south wall, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
5 . Carpet, vinyl base and ceiling tile installed.
6. Furniture in boxes in the room.
7. Carpet adhesive on the walls need to be cleaned.
Office 333
1 . Door 333 does not close properly in the frame.
2. Door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and any scratches on the frame.
3 . Bottom left of edge of door at the bottom hinge is chipped.
4. Right inside corner drywall overspray of paint needs to be cleaned.
5 . South wall right wise inside corner between the South and the West wall needs to be sanded and repainted,
irregular.
6. Carpet glue needs to be removed from the wall .
7 . Exterior wall below window, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around electrical outlet. Also, joint
and vinyl base does not set flush, seared to the wall .
8 . To the left of the electrical outlet on the exterior wall irregularity in the wall and chips in the drywall needs to
be touched up with paint.
9. North wall behind Door 333 , paint on the wall needs to be removed above the vinyl base.
10. Left side of hollow metal frame outside edge of the door frame, overspray of paint, this needs to be sanded
flush and repainted. Also, in this same area drywall needs to be sanded , caulked and repainted.

1 . Perimeter of the middle window light frame the finish on the door appears to be damaged in someway, needs
to clean it and see if it comes off.

4. Hollow metal frame needs to be touched up with paint on both sides of the door frame and also, carpet
adhesive needs to be removed.

6. Clean out in the exterior wall the Northeast comer, left comer needs a cover plate installed.
7. North wall below Data Outlet 41D & 42D drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
8. Left inside corner to the left of the exterior window needs to be painted. Also, below that window and the
exterior wall on this left corner, screw heads showing needs to be patched and repaired above the vinyl base.
Office Area 335

3. Door 335 the finish appears to be damaged around the view light frame.
4. to the left of hollow metal door frame drywall needs to be sanded and repainted flush .
5 . Hollow metal door frame 335 damaged on the right side, hinge side. Also, carpet adhesive needs to be
removed.
6. No switch cover plates installed .
7 . East wall exterior window glazing stop inside corner is too short.
8 . Southwest wall far left electrical outlet drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the outlet and also
below the outlet drywall is irregular needs to be patched and repaired.
Open Office Area 336 & 337
1 . Office furniture is in place leaning up against the wall especially the North wall .
2. Carpet, vinyl base and ceiling tile in place.
3 . East wall between Door 333 and 334, furniture leaning up against the wall.
4. About the middle of the wall 2ft. off the floor, dent in the drywall and painted over, this needs to be patched
and repaired.
5 . East wall at Office 335 at Open Office Area 337, covered with furniture unable to inspect properly.
6. East wall Southeast cornet that is the wall adjacent to Office 335, gouge in the drywall above the vinyl base to
the right of the duplex outlet. Needs to be patched and repaired.
7 . South wall Easternmost exterior window, hole in the drywall below the window needs to be patched and
repaired.
8 . South wall Open Office Area 337 to the left of the Easternmost double window, bulge in the drywall needs to
be corrected . Vinyl base not fitting flush to the wall.
9. Data outlets 37 & 38D needs to be fixed, data plug is pushed into the outlet cover.
10. South wall, Southwest corner to the right of the double window inside comer needs to be sanded and
repainted.
11 . West wall needs to be cleaned of carpet glue.
12. Drywall to the left of Door frame 339A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, door frame on the
outside needs carpet glue removed and frame repainted.
13 . To the right of Door frame 339 approximately 3ft. up , irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and
repainted.
14. Door frame 340A bottom left and right needs to be repainted and cleaned of carpet adhesive. Also, to the left
needs to be repainted, paint is irregular and frame is bent.
15 . Bottom left of Door 340A and bottom right, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.

20. North wall along the Public Works 332 File Room, West corner chipped and has fingerprints, needs to be
patched and repaired.
21 . The complete length of this wall has furniture leaned up against the wall. Unable to inspect properly.
22. North wall East end of Public Works File Room 332 dent in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be
patched and repaired. Data outlet is damaged needs to have cover plate installed.
23 . Free standing columns need vinyl base installed.
24. Ceiling grid near the return air grille a the West end before you get into Open Office Area 342 at the large
column built-out in Exit Sign, grid is scratched and damaged. Also, along this same area, ceiling gird where it
abuts the dropped header in this area the complete length from Door 341A down to Corridor 311 grid is full
of paint, needs to be cleaned, is not setting flush to the drywall and drywall, this is irregular. That is also true
on the other side, which would be the West side of the header, drywall mud, etc. on the ceiling grid that abuts
the drywall header. This is also true of the grid around the large boxed out column exist signs.
Office 339
1 . Carpet in place, vinyl base in place, ceiling file 95 % complete.
2. Furniture in place in boxes.
3. Hollow metal door frame needs repainted at the floor and carpet adhesive removed.
4. Metal frame for view light inside edge is visible unpainted, this needs to be corrected .
5 . Drywall right and left and right sides of door frame needs to be sanded smooth, caulked and repainted.
6. No cover plates installed on the light switches.
7 . Electrical outlet to the right of Door 339 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
8 . East wall needs to be touched up with paint where there are fingerprints.
9. Back right comer with boxed out column, column has been patched and repaired, drywall mud all over the
carpet, vinyl base, etc. Base needs to be pulled up re-installed, carpet needs to be cleaned. Also, ceiling tile
and grid has been removed in this area.
10. Electrical outlet below exterior window, drywall needs to be sanded smooth and repainted .
11 . Right inside comer to the right of the exterior window needs to be repainted.
Office 340
1 . Door 340 outside left below the strike and in the lock set, scratch on the door.
2. Door frame needs to be cleaned of adhesive and also repainted where there area scratches on the door frame
up from the floor.
3 . Top left needs to be repainted at the frame. Paint finish has been damaged.
4. Left inside corner at the wall, overspray of paint needs to be cleaned.
5. Window sill needs to be caulked in place.
6. West wall towards the exterior wall gouge in the drywall that has been painted over needs to be patched and
repaired in about two locations.

1 . Door frame 341 scratches needs to be touched up with paint at the exterior edges and cleaned of carpet
adhesive.

3 . Outside hollow metal door frame 341 top and right comers needs to be sanded, overspray of paint.
4. Outside face right side adjacent to the metal hinge door is scratched.
5. Drywall to the right of Door 341 and also to the right between the two duplex outlets imperfections in the
drywall needs to be sanded and repainted.
6. Drywall around the duplex electrical outlet on the exterior wall needs to be sanded and repainted.
7. West wall to the right of the Northernmost electrical outlet on the North end/ Right end drywall needs to be
repainted above the vinyl base.
8 . West wall above the electrical outlet fingerprints and dirt on the wall needs to be cleaned.
Open Office Area 343
1 . Drywall, vinyl base and ceiling file in place.
2. Office furniture leaning up against the walls throughout this area.
3 . Right and left outside comer leading into this area need to be touched up with paint on the drywall.
4. Vinyl base is scuffed at the outside edges leading into this space.
5 . North wall about the middle of the wall above the vinyl base approximately 12 inches, imperfections on the
drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, the drywall around the electrical outlet on this same wall
needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular.
GENERAL NOTES:
1 . At this time furniture is being moved into the ls` Floor East end of Building 1 . This was not supposed to be
moved in until Monday April 23rd.
2 . All cabinetry needs to be adjusted so that the doors and drawers are plumb and level to each other and spaced
properly.
3. No door hardware is installed at this time on the ls` Floor East.
4. All metal window frames for door lights where the frame abuts the glass is very irregular, paint on the glass,
etc . This needs to be cleaned.
5. All light fixtures are still covered with plastic wrap.
6. All cabinetry needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris inside and out.
7. All electrical outlets, outlet cover plates need to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint.
8 . Window frames and window sills on this portion of the Building needs to be cleaned of all drywall mud, dirt
and debris .
9 . All area where carpet is cut into the door frames needs to be re-looked at. Carpet cut too short, not adhering
properly, appears in numerous locations.
10. All interior pre-finished doors need to be cleaned of paint overspray, paint and at the metal frame for view
lights need to be cleaned where the view light and metal frame meet the glass. Need to make sure that the
glass is cleaned of all the paint. There are numerous imperfections in the frame that need to be sanded and
repainted.
11 . All vinyl file where it abuts the hollow metal door frames needs to be caulked.
12 . Window blinds are in installed in all areas.
