At this time Systems Furniture is in place in the Reception Area, along with furniture boxes filling up the remaining of the front Reception Area. This is impacting the Punch List. 2. Door 601A inside face of door finish is damaged extensively on the outside edges above the exit devices, etc . 3 . Left and right bottom hollow metal jambs need to be sanded and repainted. 4. Door 601 , right side of sidelight, wall needs to be sanded and repainted at the sill and also from the right side jamb to the coral cast column. 5. Caulking around the hollow metal opening for Door 601 between the side lights needs to be painted, white caulk has been used. 6. Left side of Door 601 , at the coral cast column, ceramic tile base is missing. 7. Removable mullion is not in place on this door at this time. 8 . Top left of 601 door drywall head is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 9. Wall below the sill of the right and left side lights needs to be sanded, patched and repainted. 10. General touch-up of paint above the counter on the drywall areas at the west wall above the counter top and the Receptionist 601 . 12. Underside of counter drywall needs to be touched-up with paint throughout from what can be seen . Areas around the outlet cover plates need to be patched and repaired where openings have bee cut too large. 13 . Pass thru window at Work Area 609 extensive sanding and painting needs to be done on the jambs and the head of this opening. 14. Counter top at Opening 604 on the Reception Area side needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall jambs. 15 . Plastic laminate counter top needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, dirt and debris. 16. Vinyl base at the outside corner of Reception Area 601 and Work Area 604 vinyl base is cut too short to the ceramic tile base. Not acceptable condition . Also, at the top on this same outside corner of Office Area 604 drywall is damaged needs to be patched and repaired and ceiling tile is cut too short. 17. Carpet needs to be cleaned of dust, dirt, debris , drywall mud, etc . 18. Back wall of Reception Area 601 needs to be touched-up with paint where there is fingerprints, drywall dust, etc. Also, vinyl base needs to be cleaned of accent color paint. 19. Light fixture to the right of Door 601 , lens are damaged. 20. Ceiling tile in the far right corner to the far right of Door 601is damaged, one tile off the west wall edge is damaged. 21 . Two ceiling tiles damaged, that is the 5h ceiling tile off the west wall and 3rd and 4h ceiling tiles off the north wall, tile is damaged. Also, in this same area around the exit sign two tiles are damaged. 22. Ceiling tile damaged, the 4th ceiling tile coming off the right side of Door 601 . Also, in this same area ceiling tile to the east of the return air grille, two tiles have been damaged in this area. 23 . Ceiling tile is damaged, five ceiling tiles off the west wall to the left of Door 601 coming off the coral cast column and also to the left of the A/C diffuser. 24. Ceiling the is damaged in the vicinity of the return air grille which is approximately three ceiling tiles off the coral cast column to the left of Door 601 and four ceiling tiles off the west wall. 25 . Ceiling grid in front of the south wall to the right of the exterior window Fl is full of drywall mud the complete length, needs to be cleaned. 26 . Ceramic tile in the Reception Area 601 needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, drywall dust, etc . 27. Ceiling tile adjacent to the east wall 7h tile off the far right comer to the right of Door 601 on the west wall is damaged. 28. To the right of the right coral cast column, the right and left sides of the column to the right of Door 601 , drywall finish needs to be sanded and repainted above the ceramic tile base, very rough and irregular. 29. Drywall to the right of coral cast column to the right of Door 601 and along the north wall, the wall in this general area need to be touched-up with paint above the ceramic tile base and vinyl base, marks on the drywall throughout, etc . 30. Drywall above hollow metal Door frame 637 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the top of the hollow metal frame. 31 . Ceiling tile coming off the left corner of Door 637, edges are cut irregular. 32. Ceiling tile missing above the boxed out column to the right of Door 637 . 33 . Left and right outside corners of the boxed out column to right of Door 637, glue on the vinyl base and needs to he secured to the drywall. 34. Ceiling tile to the left of the boxed out column between boxed out column and Door 637 tile is damaged. 35 . Left outside corner of the Work Room 621 to the right of boxed out column or the far left of Door 602, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 36. Drywall above vinyl base to bottom left of Door 602 needs to be sanded and repainted. 37 . Vinyl base for the bottom right of Door 602 cut too short. 38 . Right side, at the upper right side of Door 602, caulk joint needs to be repainted. 39. Drywall above Door 602 where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . Ceiling tiles in the areas of Reception Area 601 need to set flush in the grid. 41 . Ceiling grid coming off the back accent wall of Reception 601 the 4th grid up the back accent wall coming off the east or coming off the north comer, the far left comer grid does not line up with the remainder of the grid, is uneven. 42. Ceiling tile chipped, the 5d' ceiling tile coming off the right side of Door 637 just caddy corner from the A/C supply grille. 43 . Ceiling tile chipped to the right of the boxed out column, which is to the right of Door 637 and to the left of the opening leading to Corridor 624. 44. Ceiling grid along the header leading into Corridor 624 has caulking and drywall mud on it needs to be removed, cleaned and replaced. Office Area 602 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 2. Door frame 602 needs to be sanded and repainted on the outside edges. 3 . Door needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris. 4. Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed. 5. Inside face of door needs to be cleaned of paint. 6. Right and left side hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 7. Bottom right drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Very rough and irregular finish. 8. Electrical outlet to the left of Door 602 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . 9. Drywall behind the boxed out column just above the vinyl base drywall finish is very rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. East wall above the vinyl base to the left of electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . Back side of boxed out column has not been finished, needs to be sanded and finished, still in its rough stats. Open Area 604 1 . Exterior wall to the left of exterior window Fl drywall needs to be cleaned of scuff marks, paint and inside left corner needs to be sanded and repainted . 2. Left and right side jambs need to be sanded and repainted where the finish has been damaged and outside edge is irregular. Also, marble sill needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and caulked where it abuts the jamb. 3 . Left jamb at the easternmost exterior window needs to be sanded and repainted. Paint finish is very rough and irregular. 4. Drywall around data outlet 17/18D needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Exterior window the westernmost exterior window jambs need to be sanded and repainted on the outside edges, paint needs to be removed from the window sills and the glass and caulked joints on the left and right sides need to be redone. 6. Ceiling grid on the exterior wall above the Fl windows is full of drywall mud and paint, needs to be cleaned. 7. Left and right side drywall opening leading into Reception Area 601 needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Cabinetry needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . 9. Back splash needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and the counter tops . 10. Cabinetry need to be cleaned of dirt and debris. It . Ceiling tile is damaged, the ceiling tile off the center of the easternmost exterior window. Also, in this same area ceiling grid is cut too short. Needs to be replaced. 12. Ceiling tile coming off the left corner of the easternmost window, 2nd tile off the exterior wall, tile is damaged. D O N A D I O & Associates , Architects, P.A. Door 605-bottom panel needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris and outside edges of door needs to be cleaned. 3. Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted where it has been scratched on the bottom corners. 4. Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed. 5 . Door 605-B - Door needs to be cleaned of paint, dirt and debris on the bottom toward the view light and outside edges 6. Hollow metal frame needs to be painted bottom left and right areas where there is carpet glue, etc. 7 . Drywall on the right side of hollow metal frame needs to be repainted where it has been caulked. Open Work Area 607 1 . Systems Furniture installed in Open Work Area 607. 2. East wall coming off the left outside corner of Work Room 605 approximately 811. off the corner and 30 inches off the floor, chip in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. That is also typical of coming over to the right where the center of the wall above the vinyl base on this east wall. 3 . South end of the east wall above the vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 4. Ceiling grid at the header leading Corridor 606 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and also it is bent. 5 . Exterior window at the south end of Open Work Area 607, drywall jambs right and left sides need to be repainted. That is also true at the top right and left of the exterior window jamb and the header. 6. Paint needs to be removed from data outlet cover 23D and 24D on the west wall just to the left of the boxed out column. 7 . Boxed out column on the west wall of Open Office Area 607 vinyl base needs to be secured to the bottom left and right corners and drywall mud needs to be removed from the vinyl base. 8. Ceiling tile at the center of Open Office Area 607 coming off the east wall in front, appears to be a smoke detector, debris in the grid needs to be cleaned so the ceiling tile can set flush. 9. Ceiling tile in front of opening leading to right exit sign leading to Corridor 606 corner debris chipped on the tile. 10. Two ceiling tiles missing in front of the exterior window area of Office Area 607 . 11 . Ceiling grid cut too short, the ceiling grid to the left and in front of the supply grille, that is six ceiling tiles off the exterior wall in Office Area 607 and supply air grille, between Office 608 and Work Area 604 about the center of the room in that alcove. Office Area 608 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 2. On the exterior side to the right of Office 608 door drywall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base and also to the right of that door around electrical outlet cover. 3 . Drywall needs to be repainted where it abuts the head of Door 608. 4. Hollow metal door frame 608 bottom right and left sides, needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 5 . Bottom of door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 6. Right side bottom right of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. Also in this same area vinyl base not cut flush to the jamb, needs to be replaced . 7 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the top edge. 8 . Three ceiling tiles not in place in this office. 9. Bottom left and bottom right jambs of the exterior window need to be painted. D O N A D I O & Associates, Architects, P.A. Bottom right and left hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue and edges need to be repainted where they have been damaged. 4. To the right of the hollow metal frame, on the Corridor side, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregularities in the drywall. 5 . Left side of hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded and repainted about the strike locations. 6. Right side of hollow metal frame 609 needs to be sanded and repainted from the top right edge of the hollow metal frame down to the vinyl base. 7. Inside hollow metal frame top right corner is bent and right edge of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Bottom right and left portions of the frame, carpet glue is on the frames. 8 . Interior face of Door 609 needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 9. Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the top edge. 10. Electrical outlet on the west wall Of Office 609 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the outlet cover. 11 . Right side jamb of exterior window needs to be repainted. 12. Window needs to be cleaned of paint at the aluminum frame. 13. Window sill on the left edge needs to be re-caulked. 14. Ceiling grid to the right of A/C diffuser is chipped. 15 . 2x4 light fixture in front of exterior window lens is damaged. Open Office Area 610 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 2. Exterior wall below the exterior window carpet glue needs to be removed from the paint and paint refinished. 3 . To the left of the exterior widow on the exterior wall drywall mud needs to be cleaned off the wall and repainted. 4. Right side of exterior window needs to be sanded and repainted below the window sill at the exterior wall location and to the right where the drywall wall intersects the window at the jamb. 5 . Right side of exterior window drywall jamb, outside edge of the perpendicular wall abutting the drywall, window jamb needs to be sanded and repainted completely including the top inside corner and left drywall jamb of exterior window needs to be repainted. 6. Electrical outlet on the west wall drywall around the outlet cover needs to be sanded and repainted and also to the right of the outlet, irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Two ceiling tiles not in place in this area. Office Area 611 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time. 2. Exterior drywall above Door 611 needs to be repainted and also to edge where the drywall meets the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 3 . Right side jamb of hollow metal Door 611 inside the office needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Very rough and irregular. 4 . Electrical outlet to the right of Door 611 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the outlet cover and to the right of the outlet cover. 5 . Top left inside jamb of the easternmost exterior window needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Window sill of this same eastern exterior window needs to be cleaned of paint. 7 . Western window, in this office, top right and left corners need to be sanded and repainted and also, hollow metal frames in the top right and left corner needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. Right jamb of westernmost exterior window needs to be cleaned of paint and re-caulked . 9 . Left jamb at the window sill needs to be caulked and repainted . 10. Underside of window sill right inside corner needs to be caulked and repainted. Also the inside corner of the drywall where the exterior wall meets the interior wall needs to caulked, sanded and repainted . 11 . Exterior wall left inside comer at the jog drywall mud on the grid along the whole wall and the inside corner needs to be cleaned. 12. Ceiling tile, the 2°d full ceiling tile off the Corridor wall to the right of Door 611 and the 1 " ceiling tile off the east wall, tile is damaged . 13. Ceiling tile, I " full ceiling tile coming off the left comer of Door 611 , edge is chipped. Conference Area 612 & 613 1 . Exterior Door 612 top right corner at corridor side finish on hollow metal frame is rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the outside face just below the middle hinge. 2. Bottom right face of hollow metal frame id dented. 3 . This door frame needs to be completely repainted, extensive marks and chips. 4. Outside face on the Corridor side the drywall needs to be sanded where it abuts the hollow metal frame at the head and caulked and repainted. 5. Finish on Door 604 is damaged right above the lockset, escutcheon plate and also on the right side in line with middle hinge and above the middle hinge finish is scratched. 6. Bottom left comer drywall needs to t touched up with paint to the left of Door 612. 7. Right side of Door 612 hollow metal frame below and above the light switch cover plate needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. 8 . Drywall around the light switch plate to the right of Door 612 needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. Door 613A — Drywall at the head of Corridor side of Door 613A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 10. To the left on the exterior corridor side the vinyl base to the left of Door 613A is cut too short. 11 . Drywall above the hollow metal window opening at 613 BLl needs to be sanded and repainted above the hollow metal frame. 12. Bottom right and right side of hollow metal borrowed light 613 needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is very irregular. 13 . Top left corner of hollow metal frame to Door 613 needs to be sanded and repainted at the frame, finish is irregular. Also, to the right of the door frame from floor to top comer of the door needs to be sanded and repainted. 14. Top left corner of borrowed light 615 BLl needs to be sanded and repainted. 15. Bottom left corner of BL light 613 needs to be sanded and repainted at the drywall . 16. Underside of borrowed light 613 BLl the complete length of the widow where the drywall abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted the complete length. Also, in this same area drywall above the vinyl base is very rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 17 . Inside Office Area hollow metal borrowed light BLl 613 needs to be sanded and repainted where tit abuts the drywall. Also, left jamb needs to be completely repainted. 18. Drywall to the left of the left jamb of borrowed light BLl 613, drywall has pin holes in it between the borrowed light and the light switch cover. Needs to be sanded and repainted . 19. Light switch and electrical outlet between Door 613 and borrowed light 613 needs to have paint removed. 20. Drywall where it meets the head of borrowed light 613 BL 1 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted the complete length. 21 . Underside of borrowed light 613 BLl where the drywall meets the sill of BLl needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted completely. 22. Drywall above the vinyl base below borrowed light BL] 613 needs to be sanded and repainted. Borrowed light 613 BLl the complete length of sill of the hollow metal frame in right and left side jambs need to be repainted. 24. Drywall to the right of borrowed light 613 BLl needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular around the wall mounted door stop. 25. Hollow metal frame 613B left side of the frame needs to be repainted. Also, drywall at the hinge location needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true the bottom hinge and middle hinge, drywall very rough and irregular. 26. Right side of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 27 . Top right corner of hollow metal frame 613B rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 28. Drywall at the head of hollow metal frame 613B needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 29. Johnson control box to the right of Door 613B needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and paint. 30. Screws missing in cover plate for light switch to the right of door 613B and also light switch devices need to be cleaned of paint. 31 . Exterior wall on the east end between the l ' and 2 d windows , drywall irregularity approximately about 30 inches off the floor and dirt on the drywall. 32. Window sill at the 2°d window coming form the east end of the room on the exterior wall needs to be caulked. 33. Window sills the 3rd and 4" window coming from the east exterior wall need to be re-caulked at the drywall jamb. 34. Ceiling tile to the right of Door 612 is chipped along the wall at the tar from on the wall. ? ?? 35. Ceiling grid at the return air grille in front of Door 612 finish is damaged. Also the ceiling tile is chipped at the sprinkler head adjacent to this same return air grille. 36. Ceiling the to the right of Door 612 between the light fixture and the supply air grille, ceiling tile is chipped and damaged. 37. Ceiling tile for the top left of Door 613A edges area chipped. 38. Ceiling tile coming directly off of Door 613A the 1" the off the exterior wall , tile is chipped. Open Office Area 614 1 . Office furniture is installed in this office at this time . 2. Outside drywall at the head of Door 613B needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 3 . Bottom right drywall to the right of hollow metal door fame needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Drywall around Johnson control box to the left of Door 613B opening cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired. 5 . Drywall where it abuts the left jamb at Door 613B needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular finish. 6. Drywall opening leading into Open Office Area 614 jambs need to be sanded and repainted where they are rough and irregular. Also, on the outside corners of this opening vinyl base needs to be re-secured. 7. Finish tape still installed on the vinyl base in this area. 8. Drywall to the bottom left above the vinyl base of Door 615 needs to be sanded and repainted very rough and irregular. 9 . Drywall where it abuts the left side of Door 615 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 10. Drywall at the head of Door 615 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 11 . West wall middle of the wall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Top right inside corner of the west exterior wall drywall mud needs to be cleaned off the ceiling grid . 5 . South exterior window in Open Office Area 616 right drywall jamb needs to be repainted and outside edge needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint. 7. North exterior window sill, bottom left drywall edge needs to be sanded and repainted. It is cracked. 8. Inside corner to the left of the northernmost exterior window needs to be repainted approximately 5ft. up the wall . 9. Outside corner of 4ft. 9 projection wall projecting off the north wall of Computer Room 623 and the Open Office Area 617, outside edge corners need to be sanded and repainted. Ceiling tile scratched and one tile chipped, that is 3 tiles off the opening leading into Office area 614. 12. Ceiling tile, one ceiling file off the top left corner of borrowed light 613 BLI fingerprints on the tile. 13 . Ceiling tile, the 3`tl ceiling tile coming off the about the center of borrowed light 613 BLI just near the return air grille, tile is chipped. Men's Restroom 618 1 . Hollow metal door frame 618 needs to be repainted. 2. Drywall to the right of Door 618 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal frame. That is also true of the left side the complete length from floor to top corner. 3 . Drywall where it abuts the head of hollow metal door frame 618 on the outside needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4. Hollow metal frame 618 needs to be completely repainted. 5 . Inside face of Door 618 bottom edge needs to be cleaned of drywall mud . 6. Ceramic tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris at the base of ceramic wall tile, floor tile, vanity tops, etc. this room has not been cleaned at all. 7 . Right side of hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted on the outside edge. 8 . Where the paint finish meets the hollow metal door frame and any other fixed items, painters tape has been left in place and painted over. This needs to be removed and repainted. That is also true at the ceiling where the wall finish and ceiling where painters tape has been left in place and painted over. 9. Access panels not installed in the ceilings. Two large and one small . 10. Protective covering needs to be removed from toilet accessories. 11 . Counter top needs to be caulked where it abuts the ceramic tile. 12. Left inside comer of vanity sat the ceramic tile, grout unacceptable finish, this needs to have a neat clean finish. 13 . Grout missing under the vanity innumerous areas at the wall tile. 14. Voids in the grout at the flush valve for the urinal . 15. Wall needs to be patched above the paper towel dispenser. Also, in this area to the left and right of the opening to be patched no grout in the tile joints. 16. Escutcheon plate needs to be put on the drain line. It penetrates the ceramic tile wall and be set tight to the ceramic tile wall. 17. Protective wrap for the lavatory plumbing lines, this is in the Handi-cap toilet stall needs to be secured and snapped tight together, where they are pulling off. 18 . Caulking at the water closet at the front edge has void in it between the water closet and ceramic tile. 19. Right inside corner the east wall of Handi-cap stall, wall finish and ceramic tile has not been cut in neat and clean . This needs to be redone. Hollow metal door frame needs to be completely repainted. 3 . Drywall to the right of hollow metal frame 619 needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. To the right of Women ' s sign drywall needs to be repainted where there is a mark on the wall. 5. Left of hollow metal door frame 619 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 6. Room needs to be completely cleaned, floor, walls, toilet partitions, vanity, counter tops, etc. 7 . Painters tape has been left in place at all door jambs and also ceiling where the wall and ceiling meets and then painted over, this is unacceptable, needs to be redone. That is also true above the ceramic base. 8 . Right inside corner above the vanity needs to be cut in neat and clean between the wall finish and ceramic tile and the grout joints. 9. Counter top needs to be caulked where it abut the backside of ceramic tile. 10. Grout joints missing below the vanity cabinet, needs to be repaired. 11 . Floor drain needs to be cleaned of grout. 12. Ceramic tile wall not finished above the paper file dispenser and to the right of the mirror and also grout joints missing in this same area. 13 . Handi-cap sink escutcheon plate need to be installed at the sink at the ceramic tile wall where it penetrates the wall and also wraps for the drain line needs to be secured and snapped together. 14. Ceramic tile opening cut too large at the escutcheon plate for the flush valve of the water closet. 15 . Ceiling needs to be repainted around the A/C grille and the light fixture towards the center of the room and also around the perimeter, especially above the vanity. Janitors Closet 620 1 . Right side of drywall and right and left side where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Drywall finish is very rough and irregular. 2. Head of hollow metal frame 619 where the drywall hits the frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 3 . Transition strip needed between the carpet and the sealed floor in the Janitor' s Closet. 4. Wall needs to be painted where it abuts the ceiling tile and to the right of Door 619. 5 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint. 6. Inside corners need to be sanded and painted. That is especially true of the right inside corner and the left inside corners to the right and left of Door 619. 7. Drain pan for hot water heater the outside comer needs to be cut off at an angle and flush to the stand S. Two ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 9. Boxed column to the left of the Door 619 outside corner and face needs to be sanded and repainted and vinyl base needs to be re-secured. Work Room 621 1 . Room is completely filled with furniture. 2 . Entry coming into 621 off of Corridor 606 bottom right and left side corners need to be cleaned of carpet glue, repainted and need to make sure the vinyl base is properly secured to the drywall. 3 . Ceiling tile is chipped coming off the left opening leading into Corridor 624, the 4h tile off the left opening, file is chipped . Also, to the left of that same tile, one single tile not setting flush in the grid. 7. This area above the door opening leading into 624 Office 621 ceiling tile does not seem to be level, the grid does not seem to be level, very irregular. & Ceiling tile is chipped, the 4 h ceiling file off the north wall and two ceiling tiles to the right of the right corner of the opening leading into Corridor 624. Comauter Room 623 1 . Drywall to the right and left of Door 617A on the inside needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall above the vinyl base to the right of Door 617A . 2. All walls need to be touched-up with paint where there is dirt and fingerprints, etc., and vinyl base needs to be cleaned of scuff marks, paint, etc . 3 . Door 623A — Bottom right of Door 623A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and vinyl base needs to be re-secured to the wall. 4. Left side of hollow metal frame drywall where it abuts the frame needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true at the head where the drywall abuts the head of Door 623. 5. Electrical outlet to the left of Door 623 needs to be sanded and repainted, patched and repaired, chips around the opening of the electrical outlet cover plate. 6. Borrowed light 623 BL right side drywall jamb and drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the bottom left jamb the head where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, the underside of borrowed light BL1 623 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 7. Electrical outlet cover to the bottom left of borrowed light 621 BLl drywall is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted . 8 . North wall electrical outlet to the right of the FM200 Canister drywall is rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. Plywood back boards needs to be repainted with fire retarded paint where the paint finish has been chipped. 10. Ceiling grid directly in front of the electrical panel on the south wall, 5's grid off the electrical panel , finish is damaged. Production Room 625 1 . Furniture in place in this office. 2. Transition strip needed between carpet and VCT floor tile. 3. Drywall opening 625 leading into Production Room outside edges needs to be sanded and repainted, and vinyl base needs to be secured to the wall . 4. Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt, debris and paint. 5 . South wall left inside corner by the boxed out column drywall mud on the VCT needs to be removed. Also in this area VCT is cut too short. 6. VCT has glue, drywall mud, scuff marks, etc . throughout. 7 . North wall above the right electrical outlet the drywall needs to be touched-up with paint. Left boxed out column on the south wall, outside comers need to be sanded and repaired and also, vinyl base needs to be re-secured . 7 . Ceiling grid above this wall has drywall mud on it, etc. Wall does not appear to go through the ceiling, grid sets on top of wall, unacceptable. Top right inside face of this boxed out column is rough and irregular. 8. Drywall between Doors 632A and 633A carpet glue needs to be removed from the wall above the vinyl base and chips in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. 9. Outside corner at Office 629 needs to be sanded and repainted dents in the corner beads, and vinyl base needs properly secured. 10. Vinyl base to the right of Door 629 is cut too short, needs to be replaced. 11 . Drywall to the left of Door 629, directly to the left above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is rough and irregular. Also, approximately 4 and 6ft. to the left of this, location insufficient paint and irregularities in the drywall above the vinyl base. 12. Drywall a round the fire extinguisher cabinet to the right of Door 629A this whole wall needs to be repainted. That is also true of the wall to the left of Door 628A. Left of 628A, left inside comer wall needs to be repainted completely . 13 . West wall off the right inside corner at Office 628A, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around electrical outlet and coming off that inside corner approximately 5ft. 14. West wall to the right or near data outlet 43/44, drywall needs to be touched-up with paint and also, to the right of data outlet 35B & 36D insufficient paint around that area on the drywall . 15 . Drywall between data outlets 31 & 32D and 41 & 42D, drywall needs to be repainted above the vinyl base in this complete area. Finish is rough and irregular and that is also true to the left of data outlet 33 & 34D on the west wall. 16. Boxed out column off of Corridor 624 to the left of Production Room 625 outside corners need to be sanded and repainted. Vinyl base needs to be re-secured at he corners. 17 . Outside corner of Office Area 236, the southeast outside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, this wall needs to be touched-up with paint in numerous areas from that outside corner to Door 237A. 18. Ceiling tile damaged that' s 4 ceiling tiles coming off the west wall and 3 full ceiling tiles coming off the north wall to the left of Door 628A near the return air grille and the fire sprinkler, two ceiling tiles in this area, one the field and one on the edge chips and scratches on tile. 19. Ceiling tile the 2°d full tile off the north wall and two tiles to the left of the right corner of Door 629A , edge of the tile is damaged. 20. Top left of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted where the paint has peeled and repainted. 3 . Bottom left in the right faces of the jamb need to be repainted. 4. Bottom left of the exterior window, around data outlet, drywall needs to be repainted where it has been touched-up with paint, finish is unacceptable. That is also true below the complete exterior window. 8 . All walls in this area need to be cleaned of drywall dust extensively. 9. Ceiling grid along the exterior wall is sagging. This needs to be set plumb and level . 10. Ceiling grid up along exterior wall has drywall mud and paint on it needs to be cleaned . 11 . Ceiling joints in the sprinkler head in front of Door 633 and towards the exterior wall two locations in the joint, unacceptable. Oven Office Area 634 & 635 1 . Left side of hollow metal frame between light switch and the door frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Right inside comer needs to be sanded and repainted to the right of door frame 637 and also the bottom right of the vinyl base to the right side of the hollow metal door frame . 7 . Electrical outlet to the left of Door 637 needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall around electrical outlet. 8 . Boxed out column to the left of Door 637 outside corners need to be re-secured at the vinyl base and right and left sides of the inside corner need to be sanded and repainted . Irregular finish on the drywall. 9. Ceiling tiles above the header leading into the Corridor 624 needs to be set flush to the grid or repaired. 11 . Ceiling grid in this area above the header leading into Corridor 624 from Open Office Area 603 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris. Corridor 606 1 . Wall to the right of Door 608 needs to be repainted around electrical outlet. V Floor Atrium Area in Building 2 is not ready to Punch Out. It is not in a finish condition GENERAL NOTES: 1 . All exterior windows in Property Appraisers area need to be cleaned of dirt, paint and debris . 2. All transition metal strips from the carpet to the ceramic tile need to be grouted between the file and transition strip. This has not been done. 3. All vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint. 4. Electrical outlet cover and electrical outlet device needs to be cleaned of paint on the east wall. 5 . All silencers need to be installed in hollow metal door frames. 6. All hollow metal door frames to Offices need to have carpet glue removed in the Property Appraisers area and repainted where it has been damaged, edges have chipped, etc . 7 . All interior door need to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, dirt and debris.
