The following is a detailed itemization of all extra costs: PCO No Item No Description _ Amount Contractor 085 001 Modify Existing Manhole Covers $ 16,920. GULCON 085 002 General Conditions @ 10% $1 ,692 . TURCON 085 003 Fee @ 4.25% of Total $826. TURCON 085 005 Release Contingency-Manhole Extensions ($ 19,438. ) INDRIV Total Change to the GMP: $0.00 This change resulted in a schedule impact. The necessary Time Extension required was concurrent with other issues that were included in COR No. 065. 1 and AIA Change Order No. 021 . Please return one ( 1 ) signed copy of this letter indicating your authorization to process this Change Order Request which does not change our Contract Amount. Following final approval of the actual Change Order by the Board of County Commissioners, the Owner's Contingency will be decreased by Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars ($19,438.).
